I canceled my mani/pedi at my normal salon this past Saturday. My toenails were longer than usual and I ripped 2 of the longer part off yesterday. My regular girl is off on Tuesday and I was looking for some place closer. I have passed Jade Nails quite a few times and decided to give it a try. Jenny, the girl who did my mani/pedi was wonderful. She did a great job and is friendly. I would go back in a pinch to Jenny again. I also like that they use plastic liners and the tools were in closed package that I am thinking sanitizes them. The wide assortment of colors was nice. Second time visiting the salon. I won't be able to make my scheduled appointment at my regular salon tomorrow night. I walked in about 10:15 and was taken right away. Unless you have an appointment I don't think you can request who you would like. Jenny, the same girl who did my mani/pedi last year did it again today and Gabby my eyebrows. I had a matching gel mani and regular pedi and another amazing job. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago, but decided to give Jade Nails a chance with Nex Gen nails. Mia did a good job with these and they lasted for weeks. Unfortunately, Mia is gone and so am I. My next Nex Gen manicure did not last even two weeks and at $35.00 is not acceptable. Every nail lifted. I called to try to get a regular manicure and told them about this. They said they would see what they could do. When I went in for the manicure, they would not do anything. I proceeded to get the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The whole manicure lasted 5 minutes and the manicurist cut me doing my cuticles. My thumb was still bleeding while my nails were drying. My nails are rough and ragged. I will not be back! read more

Jade nails used to be great when they first opened. But as time went on my nails stayed on for maybe 3 or 4 days without lifting or chipping. I usually get pretty long coffin with heavy design but after the 1st time my chrome came off on the 1st night, I never went back. Lan used to be really good but she isn't there anymore. The other lady that sat in front of her was the rudest person I've ever met in a service industry. Constantly pulling your hands and bending your fingers in unnatural ways. Always saying "dont move for me". She was the worst. Gaby is good. Not sure if she is still there. She was the only person who would overdo the filing and drilling. She never caused any unnecessary pain. Pedicures are ok. Not the best. Overall it used to be a great place to visit but I wont go back after my back to back bad experiences. read more

Never going back! Did a terrible job in my feet and my gel manicure was terrible ! They charged me $20 for my daughter who is 6. They actually did a better job on her than me. Plus they charged me an extra $10 to soak off when half of it was already off. My nails color does not match my toes at all, and it was the same color apparently (94) - colors were completely off! Unbelievable! And I paid $80 for everything. I redid my toes when I got home. There was bubbles and hair in my nail polish and in my gel color too. Horrible horrible! read more

SUPERIOR customer service! I was welcomed with smiles and great attitudes. The nail color selection was the largest I've seen--I can't wait to try some new ones soon. It's really clean and the prices are standard. I'll definitely go back. I tried this place out a few months ago and it's alright. I get acrylics with gel on top. Their selection for gel and regular polish is pretty big. When I go in with an appointment already they always make me wait at least 10-15 mins after the scheduled time. Basic designs I ask for don't come out like the pictures and I'm charged a lot extra for them. Also very clean and a friendly staff. read more

It's a hit or miss when you come here. Depending on who you get, sometimes you get a good job sometimes you don't. I usually ask for Ella. She always does a good job. Today I got someone else. Don't know her name because they don't wear name tags anymore. But Ella does. The girl who did my nails today did a "ok" job. I had to tell her to make a few corrections. She didn't understand or speak english so it was difficult. She rushed through my appointment and it made me feel uncomfortable. I guess it's all about the money. My review is based on 2 experiences at this nail salon. My first was a regular mani & pedi for me and a full set of nails and pedi for my daughter. Overall, the service and quality was good, but the 40 minute wait despite having an appointment scheduled was very disappointing. I do like that they used plastic liners for their pedicure stations. The 2nd experience was getting an ombré fill for my nails. The tech was very nice and she claimed she knew what she was doing, but clearly didn't when 1) she continued to inquire with other techs on the powder colors during the process and 2) applied the white powder way too low into the bed of my nails. I politely showed her a pic of how ombré nails should look and she tried to correct it, but it looked horrible so I had her paint over them with gel polish. It was a bit awkward between the 2 of us - to a point where the tech didn't have me wash off all the debris from all the filing. The shape of the nails I asked for wasn't up to par and they were uneven and lumpy (see photo). It looked so bad that I removed the acrylics a week later only to find that it had ruined my real nails to a point where they were paper thin and had grooves from the nail tech filing so deep. What a great new salon! I went in the saturday before Easter, and they had enough staff to take me right away. I had jason. He was so great. He was super friendly right from the beginning. It was my first time here and he made sure everything was to my liking. I ended up getting the pink and white gel set and a pedicure. He was fast, but gentle and clean. I went to the nail salon and asked for coffin nails and I got a square shape. I kept asking to go shorter and every time she cut or filed them down the length it wasn't getting much shorter. They did take their time doing my nails which was nice, however all the time they put in did not pay off. My nails are not an even length. I'm very upset. I always come here to get my nails done, but this time was definitely the last. I got my nails done and they were very beautifully done, the design was very nice too. The very next day, it already started chipping off! Even the smallest thing I did, a huge chunk would just chop off, even into my food. Whenever I paint my nails myself or get them done, it ALWAYS lasts AT LEAST a week. More and more came off day by day, so I decided to go back and ask them to do it again. It was about 2-3 days after I got it done. Went back there, and was told that I "should be happy it even lasted 2 days, that's why people get gel." Excuse me? Then why is it that EVERY SINGLE time I do it, it lasts at least a week? I kept telling the lady that, eventually she made a face and agreed to "polish over". I picked a different color from a different company, because I did not want the same thing happening again. She saw the difference in the color I chose and made a face. I politely asked her to re do my design, as I paid $5 for it and it did not even last a day. What she did did not even classify as a "design". It was just lines all over the place, it looked like complete garbage, as the first one was done so nicely. Seems like she did it on purpose, because she actually started it off okay, but then proceeded to do the garbage "design". With this service that I received, never coming back here again. UPDATE- It has now been more than a week and nothing has come off. That woman doesn't know what she's talking about. read more

My only nail salon now. Sometimes I stretch getting my acrylics filled but NEVER have I had a nail lift, even going on 5-6 weeks since my last appointment. This says they truly use quality premium products, not say they use LCN, OPI, etc like a lot of salons in the area do but use cheap imitations instead. It costs about $5-$10 dollars more than other salons in the area but there truly is a huge difference! Beyond clean, very professional staff. I've never had my appointment delayed or interrupted due to a nail tech taking a personal call, answering texts or having to run around and do something else like many other salons I've been to. There is ALWAYS someone sweeping or cleaning in some matter. They have their own receptionist too which is a huge plus. The salon itself it very bright, fresh and airy. They play fun music and have two TVs on (on separate channels) so your appointment goes by quick. I get stiletto nails with gel color and they have always been on point! No wonky angels or mismatched shapes. Very quick too! Huge gel and regular polish selection. I've had one pedicure here that was nothing special but it was worth the money. I really liked how sanitized they kept the whole pedicure area in general but my spa pedi was a bit lacking. I think I'll try again though for that. The only reason I don't give it five stars is my appointments are usually delayed 10-15 minutes because the nail tech is running a bit late on a previously but honestly I don't mind waiting. I only feel bad because sometimes I feel a bit rushed but it's never effected the quality of my nails. This is THE place to go. read more
