I was charged an extra $5 for shaping when I've had the same nail shape (almond) for years. They pick and choose who to charge with what and their prices are never consistent. I know so many people who come here and do not get charged for shaping as it should be!! I don't understand why I was charged for keeping the same shape. This isn't worth $73 (without tip!!), I've gotten this same design at other places for less than that. They make booking difficult too I have to add another appointment if I want a design? Wow! A gel manicure that lasts less than 3 days - so bad. Looked nice when I left, but by the 3rd day the top coat became "milky". It looked like my color circled my nails but the center was milky white. I was on vacation for 2 weeks. My gel typically lasts 15-20 days - was I surprised that my first day in Italy my manicured looked horrible! I don't know if it was the product or the tech but it was the worst gel manicure I have ever had. Stay away. read more

I went back to this nail salon because Jenny who does my nails did it again, loved them. However, I had them done last week and one the gel nail polish came off and that never happens, usually it lasts 3 weeks. I'm kind of disappointed because I'm not in town to go and get it fixed or just get them removed because the rest of my nails are fine. read more

I've been here a number of times. The service is subpar. The staff aren't very nice, and although the salon itself is beautiful and the quality of my nails has been overall good, I won't be back. The girl at the front desk talked down to me about my appointment not showing up on her end, and she couldn't care less. Very frustrating considering how far I had to drive - but if you don't mind poor customer service they do a fine job with nails. read more

I came here for a French pedicure before my friend's wedding. This is not my usual salon. I made an appointment for 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:28 PM and stood at the counter while some girls clicked around on computers until one eventually said hello. I checked in then quickly used the restroom before my appointment. I was sitting waiting from 2:30 PM until 2:50 PM, with zero communication about a late start. I went to the counter myself to ask when the pedicure was going to start. No apology or explanation from anyone. A few minutes later someone called me over. There was no communication during the entire pedicure. The guy cut all of my toenails off completely. This happened so quickly that it was too late to say anything (I would have had uneven nails atp). He didn't ask me a shape either. He just filed all the way down. The actual pedicure was okay, nothing to write home about but not horrible. The French was not the style I wanted. The salon(s) that I go to typically ask all of this ahead of time. I was disappointed overall. This place gets one star for how pretty it looks inside and one star for just completing the pedicure . I will definitely never come back though! read more

First time here, really needed a pedicure and honestly chose here because not much else was opened on a Sunday. The place was very busy which is usually a good sign. Upon walking in its really very pretty and clean looking. That staff was nice. I liked that they lined the tub for the pedicure and opened new tools. However the pedicure was very mediocre. Not much cleaning and very minimal rubbing. Let's be honest that's the best part of a pedicure. My friend got a spa pedicure and was also slightly underwhelmed too. Just had a horrible experience at the Nail Spa and Beyond. I was about to get my nails done with Chloe . I found her to be extrenely rude. I asked for the TV channel to be changed - it was on the cartoon channel - and she completely ignored me as if I wasnt there and started doing my nails. I asked again and she said No! Other customers might not want that. What adult would want to watch a cartoon channel? I told her I was a customer too! I left her station immediately. Why do I keep going to this salon!? Post-covid I thought I'd give this place another try. It's close. Making an appointment is kinda easy. I went for a pedicure a few weeks back as a way to dip my toe in the water. It was fine. Very short (less than 20 minutes) and to the point. Fine enough that I made a follow up appointment for today. When I arrived, I picked a color as directed- more on that later. I had a short wait and was seated somewhat quickly. At that time, I confirmed that I would like to add a ten minute massage to the service. I also told the tech that I currently had gel polish on my nails from my last service. Now, we all know how they remove gel polish, right? Apparently not! The tech proceeded to soak a long piece of cotton in acetone and wrap my toes like a baked potato! (See attached photo.) She then offered to give my my additional 10 minute massage while my toes were wrapped and was annoyed when I declined. She decided to use the time to find the gel version of the color I selected. When she couldn't find it, she brought me a different color. I told her I wasn't fond of the color and was looking for something close to what I had selected. She was then joined by another tech to try and convince me that I should take the new color they were offering. Eventually they gave up, and within minutes were able to located a color similar to what I had picked out to begin with. From there, the service improved slightly. But enough is enough. This place is fine if you are looking for the bare minimum, but the bad service isn't worth what they charge. read more

Moved here within the last year and shopped around for a new nail salon, until I found here- have gone multiple times and a great experience every time. My new go to salon! Online booking is convenient and good color selection. Mani and pedi done well and grows out even better. Vicky and Abby have been exceptional with nail art, did the purple flowers and pink design respectively. The pink design came out even better than the inspo pictures! Yesterday I went to get my gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My nail tech was Abby and she did a great job :) I wanted blue with sparkles but I wasn't sure if the sparkles I picked for my gel manicure would go. Abby came back with a sparkly glitter that would show up on the blue I was getting. I'm so glad I asked instead of trying to go with the glitter one I pick originally. Wow - love this salon! Came here for the first time upon my sister's recommendation. I am embarrassed to say, but it was my first pedicure since before the pandemic. The technician was fantastic. She really took her time and gave my feet the extra TLC they needed to be seen in public again. She never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable about having left it so long since my last pedicure. I have gone to this salon several times so for for pedicures and manicures. I have never had a single issue with any other technician thus far besides SOPHIA (she works in the very back room). From the first time I booked with her I felt she was not very nice but I decided to keep going to her because I liked how she did my nails. I had asked the receptionist when booking my appointment if she was able to do a 3D flower design and the receptionist said she believes she can. I go to my appointment and ask her if she can she told me no with a disgusted look on her face. She then proceeds to pretend to not understand my question when I ask if she can simply draw a flower on my nail with regular polish. She was very rude and unprofessional. I informed the Manager but so far it does not seem there will be any repercussions. Customer service has gone down the drain. All other technicians that I have been with have been respectful and pleasant. Not sure what her issue is but if you want mutual respect and professionalism do not book with her. read more

BEWARE OF LYNN!!! (Fake name she will have probably changed it by now) An AWFUL EXPERIENCE all around. The aesthetic of the shop doesn't make up for the poor service and subpar quality. I was warned about the bad service but shocked at just how bad it is. I got a gel pedi and she sanded my nails down to the point I was BLEEDING. Once she began my mani, she started venting to a peer about something in another language but was clearly upset, THROWING MY HAND around and aggressively speaking. Despite asking for a coffin nail, somehow I ended up with a CROOKED SLOPPY square. When I called her out on it she aggressively grabbed my hand again to show her coworker and proceeded to talk about me in another language. After being MANHANDLED, DEGRADED & VERBALLY ABUSED I had to request for another nail tech to soak off my nails because she was livid, walking around the store cursing me out. 0/10 experience & I ended up buying press ons because I had vacation the next day, the press ons looked better than her attempt at a mani. My gel pedicure came off 1 week later. After reaching out to the owner, he gave her a warning and his suggestion was to come back and just go to someone else....YIKES, never again. read more
