Instead of treating me with respect, Anni started loudly calling me a liar in front of other customers because I couldn't recall the exact day of my appointment (I work two jobs and don't keep track of dates). When I quietly approached her about it, she doubled down, mocked me by asking how old I was, and continued to speak to me in a nasty, humiliating way. Another customer who overheard even looked at me with sympathy because it was so unprofessional. I am heartbroken to leave the pedicurist I've supported for years, but I will never return to this salon again. No client deserves to be treated this way. If you are considering this salon, please be aware of how the owner behaves toward both customers and staff.
