Let me start off by saying, Din is amazing and you absolutely need to see her for any permanent…read moremakeup procedures. I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed ~4-5 years ago elsewhere, and while I was happy with what I had gotten at the time, after seeing Din, I appreciate how much more care she takes in what she does, and the level of customer service she provides. Getting permanent makeup done, especially your brows, is a BIG procedure, and actually, a bit of an emotional one! And thankfully, Din is there every step of the way. I started the process by booking my consultation with her, which we did via Zoom due to COVID. Although I was fairly familiar with the process, she still took the time to explain everything so I was prepared for the procedure, and to allow me to tell her what I personally wanted. From there, we booked my first session! I got a combo brow, and Din took into account the shape of my face and what I told her I liked. The procedure itself was not bad at all; Din numbed me (and continued to do so throughout the procedure). While it is a very similar feeling to getting a tattoo, Din has such a light hand and made sure I was OK throughout the entire procedure so I never felt any pain - moreso I felt the vibrations from the machine and the eventual soreness that comes with getting a tattoo procedure (if you've sat for a tattoo, you know this feeling). (Also, as we got this done during COVID, I must say - Din's office is *spotless* and she took every precaution to ensure that we were safe, and of course, that everything was sanitized for the procedure itself.) Afterwards, she walked me through what I needed to do through the healing process and what to expect - the itchiness, the peeling and how dark and light it would be at different stages (she also provides a cute info sheet!). You can see how my healing went in one of the pictures attached. What's great is that Din also includes a touch-up with the fee you pay, which is amazing and really speaks to how much Din cares about the final result. All in all, Din gave me back my confidence, and saved me a lot of time trying to fill my brows every day!

I booked nanoblading as a surprise for my 67yo mom. She was nervous bc she'd never had any procedure, so gave herself an extra hour to drive the hour to the appt. Sadly, she hit traffic, had to take a detour, and ended up lost and panicked. Though she'd kept driving and updated Thay, when she'd finally called to tell them she'd be an hour late, not only did they say she'd miss the appt, but they told her she'd lose the $450 deposit I'd paid! When I called to see if anything could be done given the situation (rescheduling the same week, even booking an extra appointment for myself!), I was coldly told "sorry, there's nothing we can do." As a doctor, I get cancellation policies. But as a human being, I also get that life happens. I guess I should have known that a business that requires a $450 non-refundable deposit would be callous under extenuating circumstances... Please, save your money and your sanity, and book elsewhere.

(I do want to state that i do not get any design or anything fancy- just a simple polish.) Seasons Nails provides a quality service, and my nails typically last around three weeks. (I get an acrylic fill with gel nail polish.) I highly recommend making an appointment before. I have not gone here without an appointment. I prefer to see Steven. The pros? Steven is very meticulous and kind. As previously mentioned, my nails last three weeks. (The pink nails are after three weeks and the blue are brand new.) The cons? Often times, Steven is pushed in many different directions around the salon. Last time I went, they double booked my appointment, so Steven couldn't physically do two girls' nails at once. They rescheduled me for the next morning, which was frustrating. Most recently, I showed up at 5:10 for my 5:15 appointment. Steven did not start working on my nails until 5:45, as he was in the back on "an important phone call." I'm willing to wait as the service is good, but it is something to be aware of. I would not recommend making an appointment or coming here on a day you're in a rush. Otherwise, they have many polish choices, and I never have an issue with my nails breaking, chipping, etc.

He cut the corner of my right big toe & made it bleed. I told him that I cut the nail myself before I came. Maybe a week before. It hurt when he was cutting it. He accused me of making it bleed. I said to him YOU MADE IT BLEED NOW. I now noticed it is infected. I hope I don't have to see a podiatrist. I will soak my toe in Epsom Salt. I won't use Steven again. He stinks at his job. I should never have tipped him. He is a jerk. I will never use him again!

My eyebrow stylist is typically Erica and to say she does a phenomenal job would be an understatement. My eyebrows are naturally very rugged and bushy and she somehow magically makes them look pristine & stunning every single time. Today I did a lamination with Aimee and my brows look immaculate. Can't go wrong with either option! The studio is so clean and beautiful. The women that work here care so much about their clients and it shows; they really treat everyone with so much respect and kindness, and go above and beyond the services you pay for. Since they are located in a beach town, they are superrrr busy in the summer time. Book your appointments in advance if you know you're going to be in town & in need of a service.
