If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment at Nail Time in Marlboro two days in advance. They didn't have my original appointment i asked for, so I adjusted my schedule for their 11 AM slot. I showed up early, wasn't taken until after 11, then was told they "didn't have time" to do the design I wanted -- a design I i saw on their OWN instagram. When I asked if someone else could do it, I was told no, and the woman got extremely rude and told me to leave. Mind you, I'm a minor with no ride, just sitting there being disrespected. My mom came and the attitude continued. I've been coming here for a while and always tipped well. Clearly, that means nothing. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time -- go somewhere that actually respects their clients and honors appointments. read more

They don't honor your appointment. The first time I was there another client showed up for an appointment with Milan and they switched her to someone else and she was obviously disappointed. I booked an appointment with Milan 10 days ago and when I showed up she wasn't even there. They called her, spoke a bit on speaker in a foreign language and I was told 'Milan doesn't have time for you today'. What a way to run a business. Never going there again. read more

I decided to get gel nails as it was reccomended by one of the ladies as it is healthier than gluing on fake nails which I have been doing. They spend a lot of time trying to perfect your nails when it comes to showing them a picture of the design that you want. He took his time on my nails and was also so gentle and precise !! Went consistently for several years. Tiffany did my nails and I was always pleased. I even drove 30 minute just to see her out of my way. Except one time. I wanted to do a gel set so the father did them for me. They should have told me he was not skilled at gel nails. When I tell you it was 1/4 inch thick... it was. I couldn't even get it off. And he was so mad when I asked if he could fix them. They offered to try to fix it but that was after I was seriously angry because it destroyed my nails and you couldn't get it off without ripping apart my nails. I had to keep my nails with that horrible gel for four weeks because no salon could get it off without destroying my nails. I had to wait until it started to lift. read more

Having time to kill before a trainings session, I decided to give Nail Time a try since they have over 75 photos of happy customers sporting their amazingly unique and trendy designs! I walked in at 10:30AM, and was seated right away with Bo. She was super sweet and apparently mixes some gel colors herself! Ask her which ones she had done. She was telling me that the original pink-ish grey color I picked was almost finished and that they couldn't order it again because she made it. How cool is that?! I picked #114 from the mixed UV gel selection, and asked for the reverse French. The design is $15 extra with the glitter line, totaling $45 for the complete job. I was hesitant at the price, but went for it. She works so fast and accurate! She really is a true perfectionist and loves her finished work. She was really happy I was happy, and even asked when we were done if there was anything on my nails that needed to be filed more or cut. How often does that happen? I hope to come back again in the not so distant future, with an appointment. Bo warned that sometimes the mornings are busy, and the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time I was there. The man clearly did not want to work on me. He didn't speak to me the entire time, my water for the pedi Was frigid. Meanwhile, he was all over the woman sitting next to me. He checked her water and have sure she was satisfied. He half-assed my entire pedicure even going as far as leaving my if nail polish still on in spots. ATTENTION UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! The nail salon I usually go to the owner who does my nails there went back to his country for 6 weeks so I needed to find a new salon to go to. I went on Yelp, and I saw all the great reviews here so I decided to try it. The first time I went Michael did my nails and did an excellent job! The second time I went Michael once again did my nails and they looked beautiful, but one of my nails broke after a week an half. This never happens at my usual salon as they last for the whole three weeks till my next appointment. I didn't think anything of it, and I still decided to try the salon again for the third time. I called to make an appointment and Michael was not available to do my nails that day. He said that his brother in law was good and booked me with him. I always get an LCN fill in and thought that was the only gel fill in possible to get. When his brother in law who I believe was named Nicky was doing my fill in I glanced over and noticed the bottle of gel he was using wasn't labeled LCN. I said what is this? I only do LCN fill ins. He didn't say anything and I'm not even sure if he spoke much English. Then I went over to Michael and asked him what's this gel he using to fill in my nails. He said it's the same thing as LCN, but clear in color. So I paid it no mind and let him finish my fill in then gel polish. The very next day my nails started to all break off! How ridiculous! I was VERY UPSET! I started to google if there was different gels to do fill ins with. Turns out there was! It said that some salons don't want to buy the LCN because it's expensive and buy a cheap gel to cut costs and save them money! Meanwhile I was charged the same price as getting an LCN fill in! Needless to say I will NOT be back! I have all broken nails one day after doing a fill in. I feel totally ripped off! It was a waste of my time and money! I was also informed that all the great reviews were from the previous ownership, and it's now under new ownership. Definitely skip this place!!! read more

Went into nail time as they were one of the few nail salons that open early in the area since I had to be done before a certain time. Anywho, I had a wonderful experience! The only watched my baby and fed him while I got my nails and toes done even though I told her I can handle it she insisted! How thoughtful! I was be only one there as I came right when they opened! Best nail salon I've been to, hands down. Came in for a walk in pedicure and gel manicure, and was seated immediately. They give you a complementary water bottle while you're getting your pedicure, and a hot stone massage is included with the $25 pedicure. (Amazing deal for the price). I'm new to the area and looked up a close nail salon and went with this one for me and my 7 year old daughter. They were so rude and kept yelling at my daughter to stay still - then my daughter messed up her nail and the polished over the design so when I told them to fix it right they didn't like it and said we had to wait 20 minutes when the woman whose nails she was doing said it's ok fix the kids nail she still wouldn't because she was pissed really??? They're more expensive than better places nearby. They're expensive I got a regular pedicure and a dip color manicure and my 7 year old daughter had a regular short manicure and pedicure for $130! I wouldn't of minded if we got quality work. I had very high hopes on this place. I got an acrylic set with gel polish. My pinky nail chipped within a few day - I called them and they said they would fix it for free. When I went in I was told to sit at the chair towards the door. This man did not want to fix my nail. Not only did he not fully take off the fake nail before putting another on, but this nail looks NOTHING like my other nails. Thank god he got the color right.
