Everyone is super nice, tools are sanitized and clean, and it's the prices are reasonable. Nail techs are hit or miss but I've been overall satisfied with my acrylics, some techs are really good with designs while others are crummy. They have a huge selection of nail polish colors! Myself and one of my friends did receive fungal infections on our nails from this location, which is why we stopped going. We both had different nail techs. This was not due to a sanitary issue, but because our acrylic nails were improperly attached to our real nails, which caused moisture to get trapped in between them. This location can be worth going, but pleasee make sure they do your nails properly! read more

Just had a pedicure and manicure at just Jenny nails. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and they really take the time to do a neat and beautiful job. I saw Kimberly for pedicure which was super meticulous and my feet look beautiful. I saw Jenny for French gel manicure she was friendly and did a beautiful job. Really disappointed and absolutely not worth the money. The order of things being done wasn't right and made no sense. The woman who did my nails used such thin layers of polish that the final product is uneven and the nail is super weak even though I got a gel manicure. She didn't do my cuticles at all. The polish doesn't even go all the way up my nail and it doesn't go all the way to the edges. She filed the nails after she was done which then took some of the color off the bottoms. Then she only put a little lotion on one of my hands. I asked her to fix one of my thumbs where the color wasn't even applied to a large part of the nail. The pedicure was just as bad. She used cold water, didn't touch my cuticles, put lotion on before putting the polish and then wiped it all off with a hot towel. She barely scrubbed my heels so they're still dry looking. I have to get them redone somewhere else or just do them myself. This place used to be really good when I started going a few years ago. I really liked how clean it was and the workers were talented. Now every time I go, there's only like one, maybe two workers inside and the quality has been terrible. The last time I was there I had the most painful mani pedi ever by a different worker. I have to find a new nail salon now which is a shame because this place is beautiful and the woman at the desk is super nice and plays great music. read more

I showed up without an appointment and they took me in but I wish they wouldn't have. These are by far the worst nails I have ever had done! The "nail tech" started on my nails at 9:40 I had to be at work at 11:00. It was 11:15 and I was still sitting in her chair waiting for the disaster to be over with. My mistake was to keep quiet but as a restaurant manager on a Saturday all I wanted was to get to work. I called once I noticed every single thing from the horrible shapes, horrendous acrylic globs, very disgusting nail polish placement and the nail polish lifting 20 min after leaving the salon. My only request was a refund ($55) or credit to my sister who had an appointment later on in the day, both of my requests were denied the only solution they offered was to go back to get them fixed. I shouldn't have to go back, they shouldn't have done such a horrible job in the first place. I was later informed the person who did my nails was just learning. I wouldn't have a problem with that if I were told from the beginning, it would have been up to me to decide if I wanted to continue, I would've been aware that they weren't going to be perfect. Instead I have to put up with these horrible looking nails until I can go elsewhere to get a new set done!!! I will never go back not even to get them "fixed"! read more

I have never been so embarrassed and distraught after having what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. This was my 3rd and last visit to "Just Jenny Nails". I never had a bad experience there prior to today but I also never complained regarding my services. I was there with my daughter for both Gel Manicures and I also got a pedicure. While I was having my pedicure done my daughter had her manicure, she finished before me and I noticed that a few of her nails had dents. She brushed it off and didn't seem to care. However, while getting my manicure done I noticed that I too started showing many of the same dents. Both manicures were done by Christina. I did not say anything until my thumb nail which was the worst of them all seemed to have melted and deformed all to one side. I showed it to Christina and she immediately blamed it on me, stating "you did not have your nails enough in the light." I honestly didn't know what to say as I put my hands into the light the same way I always do. She began to speak with Jenny (the owner) in their native tongue in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. She proceeded to fix my nail but I could tell that she was upset at me. I'm not a picky person but every single nail had different issues such as dents, bubbles and my nails filed crooked. Once she was done I asked her very nicely if there was anything that could be done about the air bubble in my thumb nail on the one she just tried to fix. She did not respond to me, but once again began to speak to Jenny in their native tongue and it was obvious they were once again talking about me. Jenny told me in an nasty manner to move over to her station and then she began to YELL very loudly that this is my fault because I did not have my hands in the light. I asked her calmly "why are you yelling at me?" and just stared at her in disbelief. She lowered her voice slightly and said she was not yelling at me but once again this is my fault. Mean while, there are other customers present who are now staring at us. I was and still am extremely embarrassed and sad about this experience. She tried to fix my thumb nail the best she could, however there is still a black air bubble. She also tired to fix my pinky nail and a couple of my other nails that I did not say anything about, because I do believe she did realize that while I only complained about my thumb nail there was a lot of errors. She never offered me an apology or so much as a discount, because apparently dented nails and air bubbles are the fault of the customer. I've had way too many gel manicures in my lifetime and have never once I had this problem. Prior to me leaving I asked her, "at what point if I am not putting my nails properly in the light does the nail technician say something or is it protocol to continue even though the nails don't appear right?", however Jenny refused to answer my question. I also stated that we would not be coming back and she responded with "okay". I have referred so many women to this facility and even purchased gift cards as Christmas gifts. While this place is beautiful it's not worth not get the proper service one would expect and another to get yelled at in such an unprofessional matter. My only regret was not video recording how nasty Jenny truly was when a customer has an issue. I look very young for my age so I am not sure if she thought I was a teenager as she kept referring to my 15 year old daughter as my friend, but even if I was a young girl this is NOT how anyone regardless of their age should be treated. I was one of the first clients upon Jenny Nails opening I pay about $70 for my nails. I went to get my nails done and the nail tech who usually does my nails all of sudden she no longer works there. The nail techs do not stay for long, if you prefer a certain nail tech most likely they will no longer work here anymore and pair you with someone who cannot design nails. I was put with a nail tech named Stephanie who was very rude I was late which I called and told them so if it was a problem they could have cancelled the appointment. I arrive to the salon walk In I was met by Stephanie who looks super stressed out she began to tell me sit immediately so she can start my nails because she has another appointment that asked for her by name......I do not know what that had to do with me. Stephanie began grabbing my hand with the drill in her hand, I was not even sitting down was choosing my color. I ask Stephanie if she could repeat the design I had on my nails she became very angry so obviously she could not she began to tell me I was late and would have to choose a solid color I informed her that would not be my preference and I am paying for it and I would be willing to reschedule, well Stephanie began to yell and repeat how late I was and she not have the did time to do my nails well long behold I had to raise my voice to this woman to hear that her behavior was very unprofessional, and unpleasant. The owner comes over the guy who always ask the clients if they would like water or coffee. I am explaining what happens and telling him in this case the customer is always right because without us you have no business this woman and her actions in all of the 20 years I have been getting my nails I have not seen a nail tech treat a client this way I was a client here before she was a worker and the owner takes her side and kicks me out unbelievable I was yelling I was upset about the treatment and the waste of my time when I said repeatedly to Stephanie I could reschedule, she seemed to be upset because she does not have the experience to do my nails designs. This place has nails techs who do not have the skills to do art work just basic colors. I was very disappointed please people if you want respect and not to be thrown out by a owner who took the side of his non experience disrespectful nail tech Stephanie please go some place else that value you, your time and money The ambience is nice this should have never happened I am a businesses owner my customer are always right and would not get into a shouting match with them the owner a man was literally in my face yelling at me because I was upset due to the treatment of his employee and employee that I was client before she was a worker. read more

The salon is new and beautifully decorated, however, Jenny(the owner) is rude and condescending. At my last appointment she berated me and scolded me as though I were a child. I maintained my composure, however I will never step foot in that place again. Needless to say the customer service was awful! read more
