No fake nails or any of that crap, so take this review for what's if worth: someone getting a basic mani / pedi once in a while. That said, I always walk in (weekday or super early) and there is usually a short wait (10-20 mins). The staff is always courteous and as friendly as you are (you chat, they chat, you keep quiet, they keep quiet). I've never found it to be anything but clean (unlike another local place where you could see crud and scum floating in the "fresh" bath for your feet!). I've seen them scrubbing down the pedicure tubs/stations and all the equipment goes into those sterilizer thingies. The pedicure is not rushed and includes a nice little leg massage. Nothing crazy fancy, but just enough to be enjoyable. To the comment about the place only being filled with old people... Ummm, what? Every time I'm here I see a wide range of customer ages, from 10 to 60. I guess it depends on what day/time you go. Again, I can't speak to fancier treatments, but if you're after a basic mani/pedi, this place is a good bet and has always served me well.

The refill alone was $70 extra and the work was not worth it at all. The polish was uneven and messy, they didn't even bother showing me the color books -- I had to get up and look for them myself. On top of that, the nail tech kept making annoyed faces the whole time like he was upset I picked a white French tip. In the end the white looked horrible and very imperfect.
