I usually judge my nails based on how long my acrylic last. The first time she did my nails, my nails lasted 5 weeks. She provides excellent service! I do not generally have nail design ideas and Lily does a great job designing my nails knowing that I don't particularly care for color. I've been going to Lily for about a year now and I'm always satisfied. My pedicures are also great! After "mommy" understood that I do not like long toe nails, our relationship has blossomed. The pedicure is a great experience and again my feet feels great soft for about 2-3 weeks. The hours are great and their willingness to satisfy you is great. Two sisters run this place but one has not been around and the other one isn't very welcoming. My nails or my moms nails always crack/break within a week of getting them done here so the cheaper price no longer serves us. I can certainly say that Recreations is the best salon I've been to for several different beauty services, and I used to live in NY which is notorious for top salons. Steve does a remarkable job on my hair. The cut and color is more than I can ask for. He takes his time to make you comfortable and explain everything he is doing step by step. He is not in a rush and makes sure he dedicates enough time to accommodate your needs. I am a person with many questions, and everyone here is so accommodating despite my numerous calls and messages. This staff has a lot of patience. There is also something to say that Steve runs an honest business, and will not press you for unnecessary services like other salons I've been to. Their beauty services don't end with hair either, and I love having one go to place for all my needs. This is also the only place I'll go for my UV gel fill ins. Much like the other staff, Melissa is so patient with me and takes her time to give me exactly what I want as well as offer me opinions and friendly conversation. My nails last a full four weeks with no lifting and I always get compliments on them. Everyone here is so friendly. I would really recommend you try it. :)

I have a good experience here and would recommend this nail salon to most people. Nina and Jeff, the kids of the owners, are both very talented. Nina especially is in high demand, and I would book her 1 month+ in advance if you have a tight schedule. They're very accommodating and realistic with designs, and I would recommend booking with either of them! The price is also very reasonable and one of the best you can get in the area. I have to dock a star though because the polish tends to chip much faster than other places. I'm lucky if I can get the gel to stay fully intact longer than 1-1.5 weeks, when I would expect 2-2.5. However, the artistry of the workers here is good enough that I would recommend coming back. They're also open to walk-ins and generally nice people. This is definitely the best nail salon I've found for design in the area.
