The atmosphere of this place is great, everyone was friendly. They are also super meticulous about being clean and did the necessary COVID-19 precautions. Dawn was super nice. However the full set of gel enhancements were not even, bumpy, super thin and they are chipping already and it hasn't even been a week. My thumb nails have already come off. I had my first visit to Revive Spa in North Brunswick yesterday afternoon. I had 2 services while I was there. When I arrived I was greeted by Stacy, Co-owner with her sister Samantha. She offered me coffee and hung up my jacket. Super awesome & welcoming! Then, I had a Gel Fill/Gel Polish manicure with Kim. I followed her here from a previous establishment and it was, and will continue to be, well worth it. I did my first matte polish and I am loving it. They even put a pic of my nails up on both Kim's IG along with Revive's IG! Kim is sweet, friendly, and does an amazing job. My second service was with one of the Co-owners, Samantha. After a 10 year eye lash extension hiatus, I had a relaxing 2 hour session getting a brand new set of lashes. I am still so exciting about how great they look and feel. We had an awesome conversation which made the 2 hours fly by. It was the first time I had lash extensions applied where the lashes were not glued to my bottom lid. I asked for a natural/hybrid set and that is exactly what I received. Did I mention I am still so excited about them and have been looking in the mirror a lot since my appointment yesterday?! LOL I more than look forward to returning in 2 weeks for my fills and I am definitely going to get a hyrdafacial and take advantage of the rest of the services Revjve Spa provides! Took my girlfriend to go get her first manicure here, and had the best experience! I had my nails done by Courtney who was super patient and helpful with my stress-bitten nails and my girlfriend had another young woman who was so friendly and chatty (Lorelly?). They cleaned up our cuticles and nail beds and didn't nick us or cut us once. Great experience and will go back! The only downside is they don't have a ton of color options, but i'm sure if you brought your own they would do it for you! read more

Had a really bad experience at the salon, getting a gel mani, and pedi yesterday. The salon owner is RACIST. She is an unhappy little lady who took out her issue on me, a customer because I complained that my gel manicure was not done to my satisfaction. She then proceeded to charge me for the horrible service I was given by her staff member, the skin on my ring finger peeled off and bleeding and she did not apologize once. Horrible, horrible display of customer service and basic human decency. If you do not know how to keep your customers happy, you should not be running this salon. I also saw quite clearly you're a horribly racist and rude person who was not happy to have my business and was actually happy to see it go. Shame on you for being alive in 2020 and being this racist. Would not recommend anyone in their right mind to ever get a service at your salon again, so long as you are the person running the business. Shame on you. read more

Revive is a phenomenal experience. It's a family run business that was put together with great thought on customer experience. They do it all, nails, makeup, massage, facials, lashes and more. Every treatment we have had has been perfect. As far as COVID measures, all safety precautions are being taken and they wipe everything down after it's touched and just as preventative. Last time, one of my nails had broken so short and it was early morning, but Sam managed to get another manicurist in to put an acrylic tip on that nail since I had an event that weekend. I sit there for 10 minutes before the receptionist makes a phone call to the person doing my facial and then tells me there was a mix up, That apparently no one let her know she had an appointment And then proceeded to ask if I could come back at 11. This Spa is a hidden gem. The environment was very clean and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'm here in the area for a temporary job assignment and had an eyelash emergency. After calling literally 5 salons in the area Samantha was the only technician that was willing to help me even though I wasn't an already established client. I've been religiously getting facials with Christina every two weeks for over 6 months now and could not be happier! I more recently started getting chemical peals and my skin is glowing!! I was happy to see a new spa open in my neighborhood. After experiencing Revive Spa, I am even more excited because its a lovely retreat where the owner and staff are warm and welcoming. This is a clean, customer oriented salon with a wide variety of reasonably priced treatments available. I had a pedicure which was much better than the average run of the mill salons in the area. I am so glad this spa opened in the area. The front area is dedicated to nails and is meticulously clean, the decor is beautiful, just a nice relaxing atmosphere. I had a pedicure by Megan, she was great. I will definitely go back for a gel manicure. They do not use drills to take your gel polish off, nor at any time during the manicure. I'll take it!!
