I do a natural manicure & they're one the few salons in the area that have the Dazzle Dry system. It's definitely worth the couple of extra dollars. Pedicures are relaxing & everything is clean. I got a dazzle dry manicure and regular pedicure yesterday and my manicure is already chipping (not even 24 hours after my manicure). Dazzle dry should last over a week - I've had it last two weeks before chipping. Regular OPI was used on my toes and the color is not even and looks patchy. Also, there is paint on all of my cuticles. Very sloppy job. read more

Me and my mom have been coming here for years and this is our all time favorite nail salon, the service is always great, all of the nail techs are very nice and friendly, and we're always happy with the quality of the nails we walk out with. The nails I envision are always brought to life and better than I could've ever expected. Roy does my nails designs and Teresa does my mom's and our nails are always so detailed and beautiful. I'm so upset after my visit. I got a pedicure and it was terrible. First the top of my foot was scratched with foot file and then she started chopping away. My toenails are crooked, sharp and way too short. The corners were cut and dig into my skin. Lastly to polish job was rushed and very messy. 0/10 never going back!!! read more

I came in for a pedicure for the first time. The massage chair was great so was the scrub. However, the armrest was sticky from the person before me or the person before that I don't know I couldn't put my bag on it. that made me question their cleanliness.The other thing that ticked me off, was the girl put my wet feet into my leather sandals without asking. I went there with a friend and we were talking, I didnt realize until I felt my shoe on and by that time she already wet my Birkenstocks...every place I have ever gone to uses the foam disposable slippers that cost $.10 so I don't know why she didn't ask me. read more

I got My nails done there in Sept. I told them short as possible With the tips . They were too long . She kind of rush through. Didn't do a manicure on them and cut the cuticle . Lasted through the event but one popped off after 2 weeks and I could feel the others lifting and hurting . Yesterday I went to another salon with a less rating and they did exactly what I wanted. They changed the tips. The new tips were short enough and no pain what so ever. Came out perfect . Got to go back to the new place for nails for the wedding. This placed charged me 80 dollars for tips with a French manicure and the new place redid everything for 45 dollars ... and came out a lot better ... read more

Honestly if I was able to not elect any stars I would. I called them this morning and they told me they have time for a full new set and a spa pedicure, keep in mind I asked about the prices and they told me new set acrylic $45 and spa pedicure gel polish $40. So I'm total $85. I told them I will be able to make it by 2:45pm. They said no problem. Nothing but rushed, being passed around different workers! Im ready to sit down for my spa pedicure and I mentioned previously that I have gel polish on my toes and the worker doing my pedicure doesn't know how to remove the gel polish. Here I am being passed around once again. So one of the other workers came over really fast, leaving there customer alone, and tried to rush and take off my gel nail polish, while still leaving gel polish on my toe nails! Then the owner said take off the rest of the gel polish using the nail file. Not to even mention that the women doing my pedicure isn't telling me anything, she cut my in grown toe nail so far down that she made me bleed. I'm not relaxed! I'm an upset first time customer. And DEFINITELY MY LAST. THIS IS CRAZINESS. NOT TO MENTION AFTER I ARRIVED THEY TOLD ME THEY OLNY DO GEL NAILS AND FOR A NEW SET DOESN'T MATTER THE LENGTH ITS $70. And extra for different shape! Extra for gel color! This is by far my worst experience in a nail salon. I cannot even imagine what I went through. As I tell anyone who is considering this place. DO NOT! I'm not 100% sure if it's been the same owners throughout as it's definitely been redone and gotten upgrades throughout that time, but I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is super friendly, there is a great selection of polishes (both gel & regular) and they always take their time and provide you a quality service. I would recommend making an appointment as there can be longer wait times if you come at peak times. The prices are also a tiny bit higher than some of the other smaller nail places in the area, however I think the value is worth the extra $5. Also, If you can come with cash, there's usually a gel mani/pedi special for $49 (saves $5 off regular price). read more

I am new to the neighborhood and decided to try this place. Was my worst experience ever. My eyebrows were badly messed up, my banks was covered in wax. Instead of apologizing, they gave me attitude. For my manicure, I had to remind them to put the water for soaking fingers/nails. The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly.
