Love this place! The gel polish stays on for at least 3-4 weeks. Mimi does the best gel manicure and pedicure and Grace is always so sweet.

I had a full set of nails put on. The lady that did my nail didn't understand what I wanted. I asked for pearl/shimmer white and all said and done it was not. They were just a flat white. I was also not happy with the look of them as well, very bulky. $85 later two nail broke after one week. Not happy at all. I've had tips put on many times and never had a broken nail. After my experience today I need to knock off a couple of stars. Went in for a mani/pedi. After my pedi I sat down to get my mani. My manicurist went to the front to get my polish. When she came back she told me she needed 2-3 minutes. Ok no problem, thought she needed a bathroom break or something. Instead she takes another woman into one of the waxing rooms and leaves me sitting there for 15 minutes. If I didn't have plans and really need the mani I would have walked out. Although this was the only time this has ever happened to me here it really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. My nails do look great which is the only reason I didn't knock off more stars. If you do decide to go, don't go on a Monday. They never have enough staff there. read more

This is my go-to place to get my nails done any day of the year. I've always gotten my manicures and pedicures here, as well as having my eyebrows waxed while I'm in for an appointment. My mother also goes to this salon. First of all, they have an EXCELLENT selection of colors. The available shades are mainly Essie and OPI, but there are a few nice Color Clubs thrown in there. All are great brands. One thing to note is that the bottles are never less than half full and rarely have I seen any manicurist thin out polish with nail polish remover. I usually schedule an appointment for a specific time and with a specific nail technician, mainly because I try to stick to the ones I know well and have had consistently good results with. Barring a last minute appointment or emergency, all of my fills are done by Florence, who in addition to doing excellent work, always recommends excellent colors. I've also had great experiences with Lydia and Judi. My mother is far less picky, since she was blessed with naturally strong nails and has longer nails that I could ever grow, and has had great results with everyone. Additionally, every nail tech has done excellent nail art with nail art paint. All designs are done by hand, not by an airbrush, which I REALLY like. My pedicures, on the other hand, are never scheduled with anyone specific. Everyone there does a great job and believe me, over the course of the last five years, I've had one done by every technician. I've only gotten my eyebrows waxed there and am careful to say that I don't want them too thin. I can't speak to any other waxing service, but I've never had a problem with the one I've had. They offer a few specialty pedicures, too. I did enjoy the Mud Mask Pedicure and for $40, it was certainly a competitive price that was cheaper than other salons I've been to in less affluent areas near where I attend college. If you have cracked heels/calluses, I recommend asking for the callus eliminator. It is $10 more, but it's well worth it. My heels are baby soft. In general, their pricing is competitive and they often have coupons in the local Savvy Shopper and other similar magazines. Mondays through Wednesdays, they offer a mani-pedi combo for $30. Nails Plus welcomes walk-ins, but towards the end of the week and in the middle of the day (while kids are in school!), they can get jammed. If you're not looking for a last minute service, I'd advise you call them up to make an appointment. FIVE big stars from me... HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon! read more

Came here for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately I came on a Saturday instead of during the week, since they have a special running only on weekdays for that (I think 28 for both? Not 100% sure) Even so, I paid what I had expected to pay (10 dollars for a manicure and 25 for a pedicure). The staff was fairly friendly and the salon itself is clean and comfortable. Both the pedicure and the manicure were done very well, and they were attentive to detail. I would go back, but definitely not for a full set of nails if I need that done any time soon, as their price for that is 60 dollars! I'm assuming that's just for acrylic since the menu didn't specify..or maybe they don't do acrylic and that's the price for some other application of a full set but, that's pretty expensive... All other services were decently priced if not a few dollars more than you'd normally see elsewhere-but it's worth it if they do the job well. read more

If you walk in without an appointment then expect to wait especially on Fri and weekends, but I always make an appointment. My nails look great all the time. I decided to try this place out since it was near my house. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The pedicure was fine, nothing special. They barely massaged your legs which was disappointing. A different lady painted my toes and she was very rough. Pulling my feet in every direction, it was annoying. That same lady did my manicure and it was the same. I also had a cut on my finger from work which I told her about and she cut it open and it started to bleed. After dealing with that she didn't put on a base coat and was very rough as well. Before I left she made sure to tell me I had very bad cuticles. Thank you. After I left I noticed the polish is very bubbly. I'm very disappointed and will never return Update: my nails are already peeling off. Awful manicure. Should last at least a month, not even close with this place. read more

I got a lip and Brazilian wax done here today, now a little freaked out about the experience. First the lip wax left me with welts. The Brazilian was done without gloves, I noticed a little late was focusing more on the pain on top lip. After the Brazilian I noticed only 2 application sticks were used that were left on top of the wax, eww and the tweezers used to clean up down there were placed back for next user. I had to ask the barely English speaking technician if she considered this clean? I say barely English speaking because when I would ask her a question I just got a blank stare.... So just my guess, could have been avoiding questions. read more

I came here for the first time and because it was convenient with a friend from out of town in hopes of a good experience. Not so much.... The only good thing I can say about this place is that is was clean and they have a great variety of nail polish colors to choose from. But more importantly, the manicurists are extremely inexperienced. My manicure was clumpy, uneven, and just overall sloppily done. I'm not asking for much, but the usual hand massage one looks forward to during manicures lasted all of 5 seconds. She missed a good part of my nail when doing the color that I had to ask her re-do, of which she made a fuss about. I thought it may have just been my manicurist but my friend had the same experience. With all your options for nail salons in the area, you're better off elsewhere. read more
