WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I came in at 5pm with my friend to get our nails done, the workers started on our nails and stopped when 6:30 came around... they told me and my friend we have to come back tomorrow but had to pay in advance... i didn't want to fuss even though i was upset, so we came back next day.. THEY CHARGED US FOR THEIR INCOMPLETE WORK!!!! I ONLY GOT FRENCH TIP!! $90????? They lied to us saying the owner kicked them out. I called owner and he said he didn't do that, and they should've finished our nails on time. DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!! THERES OBVIOUSLY OTHER BAD REVIEWS FROM OTHERS SO I KNOW THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GET MORE!!!

My inflamed toe after being filed and cut several times.

I would honestly give it no stars but I've been coming tho this salon for a while and I really liked some of the techs. The service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. Jimmy (I think that's his name) did the most half done pedicure I've ever received no cutting nails, cleaning the sidewalls, nothing and he cut my cuticle SEVERAL times, proceeded to paint the most diabolical French on my toes, and got visibly upset when I tried to direct him on how to fix it. I had to leave to pick up my daughter and came back to have them repainted, they again looked at me like I had three heads. I paid for a service I expect to like the service as we all do right? The fix was even worse than where we started. More low quality work instead of removing the ONE toe and start over they just filed off my polish HALF way and then repainted over it leaving half of my toenail having 4 layers of polish and the top have only having two. That's not even the worst part, I wake up the next day to half of my acrylic toe missing. So I come back to have it fixed and you guessed it. ATTITUDEE!!!! Keep in mind I've been extremely nice and respectful to them this during this entire ordeal when respectfully I should have cursed them out. Another customer was upset and received completely different service and was given a coupon as compensation. I was not, nor did I care for one but it would have been the thought that mattered. I truly feel it was due to the fact that I'm a black woman. If you value the money you work hard for PLEASE skip this salon, so many other places that will ensure you leave satisfied.

Nails done so good ... she shaped my nails perfectly and designed so clean ... I also love it being close by and affordable!!! The vibe is always calm definitely recommend!!!

How I ended up here- My mom wanted to get her nails done for her upcoming vacation. However, she didn't want to go to the usual salon because it's ALWAYS packed. I searched nail salons nearby on Yelp and was pleased to find a nail salon name that hadn't appeared before. I decided to click on it and based on the one review and photos, I searched the distance from me and to my surprise, it's walking distance! I decided to tell my mom to try this place out and so we did. We saw the Gran Opening sign outside that says 10% off service. Cleanliness 10/10!! The owner emphasized he deep cleans every Monday! That's awesome. It's super sanitized in there. Service 10/10: We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. After we sat down, they asked what we wanted to get done and also provided us mini water bottles. The owner was friendly and made sure we felt good while we were there. The atmosphere is SO PEACEFUL inside. It feels like you're in a massage parlor. It's a really nice, clean, new place for our city of paramount! The lady who did my nails was very kind and gentle. She took her time and was extremely detailed when it came to doing my nails. I swear, she took her time and literally paid attention to every detail. I felt at ease. Not once did I feel rushed. Also, the French gel manicure included a great hand massage. It felt amazing. Honestly, I hope they get more customers because this is my new nail place. I will recommend anyone to give them a try! You won't regret it!

I've been looking around for a new nail salon that not only is friendly but also good at what they do especially with nail art designs. I'm so glad that I found this salon. The ladies are all so sweet and knowledgeable of my requests. Q definitely knows what she's doing! All I did was show her a picture and she recreated it but with her own touch. I'm loving my nails!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I went in for a gel pedicure. I already had gel on my toes and the lady (did not get her name) filed my nails so hard that she cut my toe nail in half!! She used the lazy method to remove gel. Usually they soak nails in acetone/foil and wait 15 mins, no she was filing so hard the whole time even after I told her to stop. I've never experienced so much pain or such a negative experience at a nail salon. Not just that, they made me wait 40 mins when I had an appointment. Plus, they were talking about me in their language making me feel so uncomfortable when I was complaining about the pain. This was my third time coming here, previous times I had an alright experience but this was my last. Also, I noticed that the prices went up because now they're offering "complimentary" drinks. They're not complimentary when your pedicure goes up by $10! Never again am I stepping foot in this nail salon. I walked out and look how horrible my nails look.

I stopped by this place to get a pedicure and they did an amazing job! The owners wife is absolutely fenomenal at foot massages. I just found myself my favorite pedicure spot. The place is clean and all the tools are sealed and sterilized which is a major plus for me. They do charge extra for gel polish, but I don't mind it since the service is great. Bad service I came in with my daughter right away they said we busy so I left I had came before because I liked their services but now they disappointed me they are rude. So I needed my toes done and every where was busy since it's close by I ate my pride I said let me give them another chance big mistake the lady was talking about me to her client how rude. Visited Queens Nails for the first time and I experienced one of the best pedicures ever. I highly HIGHLY recommend. They have several different packages and I got the most expensive one ..I was not disappointed. It was at least 10-15 dollars cheaper than where I normally go and I will be returning here for my next pedicure. Tiny did my toes she was very nice and did a really good job. The owner of the shop was so nice to me and my baby. The shop was slow during the time I was there and my baby was restless crying very tired the owner put my baby to sleep for me as I got my pedicure and I was able to enjoy my pedicure. That was a very caring and nice thing to do. I really appreciate the very kind gesture. I was tight on money and searched on Yelp for nailshops that accept credit card. I'm so glad I found this place. I'll be a returning customer. Also-The owner waxed my brows and she did a really nice job. I'll be back but I'll be sure to come by myself next time so that I can really enjoy the experience. The shop is clean and neat and they sanitize their tools. That's a must ! This place is very clean, very uncluttered like many other nail shops and both my nail techs were very kind and attentive. I usually go to a nail salon down the street but they were closed , I usually pass by this place everyday and finally decided to give them a try. I'm really picky about my feet, but they did an amazing job. They were very clean and welcoming. The owner was very talkative and even asked what were my thoughts about the place. I felt like she just told me a random number as my total, I asked for a break down of how they charge for future reference, and she once again proceeded to not know what I was saying. Not to mention the flower I received wasn't what I wanted, I showed her a reference & then she proceeded to place stickers on my nails. Not even hand painted. Who know how much she charged me for a sticker. I also asked if tip was included & she then demanded a tip. Horrible. Never coming back again. This place doesn't even deserve the 1star. My usual shop is currently moving and hopefully opening up soon again. Atleast there I can pay the decent price of $90 for both gel x for mani & pedi.

You can clearly see how she was burning my finger tips under the UV light after I told her several times that it was hurting me. You can clearly see how unkind she was. And when I asked her to even out the nails, she still didn't do it. If you think this is great work, then I don't know that to tell you. But everything I shared is straight facts, 100% no lies. Very unprofessional. And I was still kind enough to leave a tip, not a generous one, but I left one. A generous tip woulda meant I loved the service and nails. Saturday was my first visit to Queen Nails & Spa shop, I called and booked an appointment with Kelly, she was very pleasant, energetic and had a very friendly voice. I was quite expressed with Queen Nails & Spa. I was cheerfully greeted at the door and offered a refreshing drink menu, as I waited for my nail tecchnician to become available. I was still impressed with the environment inside the nails & spa shop. My nail technician was Anna. Anna is AWESOME!!! Truly AWESOME!!! My hands look beautiful and my feet feel wonderful and look beautiful as well.This is best manicure and pedicure massage I've ever had. I have to give a shout out to Christine. Christine works very hard keeping the front end beautiful and smelling goodwhile also keeping their clients happy. An amazing experience! My daughter and I needed mani- pedis and they did an amazing job! We even got complimentary drinks while we were there and the vibe was so chill. Definitely a relaxing experience and unlike other nails salons they are SO CLEAN! I have never been to a nail salon where when they aren't busy they are literally scrubbing everything clean! The price for the nails is amazing as well. Where I usually spend about $150 including tips for me and my daughter (since i do gel x tips as well) we only spent $115 for the entire service. The best experience ever. I'm from Houston, TX and just came to California. I came across this nail salon and the service was amazing!! I am a teenager also so I am on the pickier side when it comes to my nails design, but Ms. Kelly did amazing on my nails. They are GelX. An honorable mention is also Mr. Bop, he was wonderful in doing my pedicure. The massage and everything that comes with it is fantastic!
