Then you choose your meat and broth type and head to the never ending salad and veggie area. It has veggies, noodles, sauces, toppings and more! Make sure to note too though that if you order a lot more than you eat you will get charged a few for leftovers. They want to curb food waste which is commendable. The waitstaff and the person whom I assume was the manager were always asking if we needed anything, and if everything was ok. I got nice thick cuts of meat every time. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures because I was so hungry and excited to eat, but my friend got the salmon and enjoyed it (pictured below). The meats were grilled really well.
