    Happy Birthday cake

If I could leave more Stars I would!! Fabulous!! Delicious!! A Must Go restaurant! There were 4 in our little birthday party. We started with a cocktail - I had the spicy margarita! Fabulous! I bit on the spicy side as it should be! We ordered a couple appetizers for the table - since I have celiac disease- I was able to get the artichoke dip with a huge selection of fresh veggies. For dinner we all ordered different seafood items: scallops, shrimp and grits, sea bass, and I told the server to bring whatever she thought I'd enjoy and she brought out the most delicious halibut I've ever tasted! 100 thumbs up in approval. For dessert we had the birthday bunt cake, the crème brûlée, and a banana cake option. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly! The kitchen staff were amazing - I'm assuming since the food was simply to die for!! 10 out 10 WOULD Recommend!

We came in for happy hour, which is Monday through Thursday and will definitely be back! We had a show at old national so we decided to take the two minute walk over to salt and see if we could grab a quick bite before getting seated at our show. We were able to get right in at salt and sit at the bar and order drinks and appetizers. Their happy hour menu features drinks, and food for about eight dollars or less, which is great! We loved everything we got, which was Kung pow, shrimp, calamari, a spicy margarita, and a mule! Our drinks weren't from the happy hour selection, but they have Tito's cocktails that you can order from happy hour menu. Every staff member was kind and helpful and made our overall experience amazing!

An upscale dining experience that was perfect for our once-a-year double date night. We always look for a classy environment paired with exceptional food, and this delivered. Our server was fully engaged in the experience, thoughtfully guiding us through the menu and helping us land on the best selections. Salt on Mass is priced on the higher end, but the quality of the food and the care taken with each dish absolutely match the cost. Highlights: Salmon topped with shrimp, lemon butter sauce over potatoes -- easily the best salmon I've ever had. 10/10 Sea bass topped with scallops, served on risotto -- rich, balanced, and beautifully prepared Hawaiian fish special -- unique, satisfying, and memorable Hummingbird cake -- highly recommended by our server and unanimously loved by our group. 10/10 Key lime pie -- good, but fell short when compared to the hummingbird cake Blueberry Mule -- not on the current cocktail menu but still listed on Yelp; I asked for it anyway and it was refreshing! So many enticing options across the menu, you really can't go wrong. Choose your favorite style and trust that it will be executed beautifully.

Salt is amazing! Everything we ate was really good, I especially liked the appetizers. We went in with a reservation for 4, but had 5 friends join us last minute and they accommodated us no problem. We felt instantly welcomed. Our server Lauren killed it. She gave us great recommendations on the menu. I'll be recommending salt to anyone coming to Indy.

Salt is a lovely restaurant with a great decor. The ambience is elevated and calm really nice place to go for a celebratory dinner. This was my second visit for my birthday. Salt did a great job attending to my party and everyone was so pleased. Amira was our server and she did an amazing job. She was attentive. She was patient and really made our night special. Am I opinion they have some of the better seafood in the city. My favorites are their scallops and now they're Chilean Sea bass! My sister ordered their steak and I was extremely surprised at how well it was prepared. Juicy and flavorful I give it a 10 out of 10. If you haven't been give yourself a favor and go check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Completely enjoyed our meal and the fabulous service at our first experience at Salt. The pace of our courses made the dining a relaxed event. Every employee we interacted with were wonderful.

Sat at the Bar. It was pretty busy, and I must have come in right after a rush, because the bartender was trying to clean up and luckily the manager came over and helped him, cleaned like 4 spots so that me and a few others could sit down. Nice looking bar. Nice looking interior as a whole. The bar was a U, or really a white marble box, and the chairs were very comfortable. Started with a Bombay Saphire extra dirty martini. Seems like it would be hard to F up, but in general, it's the other way around. Luckily, though, the bartender on duty was a master. Delicious martini that didn't skimp on the gin, and the olive juice. Had a couple. The food was really good too. Had the lobster bisque for an app, which did not skimp on the lobster, and had great flavor. For dinner, I had the Chilean sea bass, which was a huge thick portion (only way to do it), and was perfectly cooked. I had only one problem, and that was I was stuffed at the end of the meal, but completely satisfied. I need to go back again soon.

I went to Salt during their girl dinner series last year and order the chefs special sushi roll. If you're 50/50 about sushi you may not like it but I took a gamble and it was delicious! I loved how fresh the ingredients tasted and the server was very friendly! Salt is a very high end restaurant and I loved the atmosphere, it's perfect for a date night, solo date or even girls night! I would be back if they feature another girl dinner menu!

This is a great place to stop by if you are seeing a show at the Old National Centre/Murat, which is right across the street. The staff will work to get you in if you would like a meal before the show and unlike a lot of other places, is usually open after the show has ended, if you would like dinner or dessert. The food is fresh and tastes great. There are a variety of sauces to pair with the meals and the sides are tasty. If you have not already tried this place, stop in the next time you are seeing a show (or are Downtown) and see if you agree.

Food: really really surprised me as a seafood beginner. I really enjoyed the crab cakes and risotto I paired. My family got salmon and shrimp and grits and we all cleared our plates! Ambiance: idk how to explain but something about this place gives beach house vibes (from ocean to table) that makes sense. Feels like summer in here. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating. Service: I will say that we had a reservation booked right at 430 when they open the doors and we had to wait quite a bit to get seated at the front, probably because of other people booking at the same time too. That was the only thing that wasn't the best, but the service was made up by our server Audrey who was really fun and witty and made things super accommodating for the occasion!

I absolutely love salt on mass!!! The seafood freshness and taste is unmatched. The surf and turf as well as the scallops are two menu items I can't leave without ordering they are stand out items with extraordinary quality and flavor. They have one of the largest dessert menus I've seen and I am here for it! All the variety for whatever you feel like. The service has always been wonderful whether we are at the bar or a table. This is definitely one of my staple favorite restaurants. Don't miss their awesome happy hour between Sunday-Thursday!

Went here Saturday night for our anniversary and it was good! My husband put in the reservation that it was for our anniversary and when our waitress came up she said Happy Anniversary which was sweet. She then brought us each a sip of champagne. We ordered our drinks and food. I got the scallops on risotto and added lobster and my husband got the ribeye with a baked potato. Everything was amazing!! The only thing was the potato could have used some salt and pepper and there wasn't any on the table and by the time our waitress came back by we were done. No biggie as we were full. She then came back with a slice of cheesecake for our anniversary and I love cheesecake so that was perfect. Our server was great, the food was delicious and the place was beautiful.

Great service, fantastic food. The restaurant is very intimate, with nice low lighting. A bit pricey, but worth every penny

The menu doesn't feel as "wide" to cater to more tastes. But the prices are still the same as other Mass Ave cocktail bars. BUT what Sundry and Vice has going for it is its locale. It's one of the only cocktail bars on this side of Mass Ave. Not only does this mean that it's easier to get to (depending on where you're at), but it also means that I've never had any issue getting seated here. In fact, even on peak Friday or Saturday nights, I have multiple choices of tables. (The only caveat I've seen to this is the unpredictable schedule of hotel conferences. If Bottleworks is hosting a conference, this place can get busier.) Compared to other cocktail bars down the road where they're on a 1 hour wait (or the "wait and see if a table opens" approach), I know I can always be reliably seated with zero issues at Sundry and Vice. The music exists, but it isn't overwhelming, and the low lighting and softer music makes this place great for actual conversations with people. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with a large selection of booths. The cocktail bar is inside of the Bottleworks Hotel; it's effectively a swanky cocktail bar version of a traditional hotel bar. Some of their cocktails are draft/prepped in bulk, so if you're looking for something fast, that can also be a factor. And it's right across the street from Garage Hall if food/snackies sound great afterwards.

Tonight my husband and I walked down to Strangebird for dinner, ordered drinks and dinner, and I had *just* said to my husband that Strangebird has come to feel like a second home. Then the server came out and told us that the chef has decided they will no longer permit any modifications, including those that meet dietary needs. We were out on the quiet patio surrounded by other customers, so on top of being totally blindsided, it was actually pretty embarrassing, too. Folks, let me tell you how much I wish I could just eat the ramen noodles like everybody else. So much food that I love (and in some cases spent years learning to make myself) went out the window forever when my body stopped being able to handle wheat. But at Strangebird, I could still go in and enjoy the depth of flavor in every other component of a bowl of ramen. And that meant the absolute world to me. I'm heartbroken.
