As I walked in for my appointment I was immediately greeted and had my daughter and my own temperature took, we where asked to wash our hands, sign in & then seated. The place is very cute and shields and space are provided which is a bonus for me since I had my 7 year old with me and I'm fearful of covid. Two women came over and started our pedicures. Angel was my nail tech she came over to start my nails which was a bonus for any moms like myself we don't have 2 hours to sit down and get our nails and feet done. I was never asked for what shape I wanted. 2 days later I have one nail break. 3 days later I had another break. My nails are so thin it's not even funny. If you go here I wouldn't see tina. I am still willing to try them out if I see another nail technician but here I am a 3 days later and I'll have to go get my nails fixed soon I forgot to post on here that one of the technicians I was told to go to ( THE OWNERS) laughed at this review. These salon is so dishonest. My first visit in July the owner Louise took his employees side. My friend paid for both of us and gave a healthy tip. Both of us wanted the whole deal. I didn't get the hot rocks and when he questioned his employee she said yes I did and he believed her and says I don't know what is going on here. said I do, I didn't receive the hot rocks, don't you think I'd remember? Unbelievable! He then tells as a secret that he doesn't do this and nobody knows but you can have a discount next time you come in. In my head, I said I'd. ever have a pedi/medi again and I'd share my experience with everyone and not not to go there. Well, today 8-30-23, I did go back just to get the polish/dip off my fingers and toes. I ask the person at the front desk how much, $10.00. Great! no problem. The lady that took the polish off asked, you want clipped ( my toes) I said sure. She clipped 8 toes and 1 thumb nail. She took my feet and ran walk over them and pat dry. All wells until I get to the cash register. She said $35.00. I said you told me $10.00. she said you got a manicure. Hell no, I didn't. She clipped 8 toes and 1 thumb nail THATS ALL. I didn't use hell at her but in my care I said every word there was. WTF. They Sid not one damn word to me. Biggest liers, dishonest people. Unbelievable! I will continue to tell people not to go to this place. It's a sweat shop with Louise walking around with all his ladies making sure they're in place. Never again and he can talk his discount and put it where it belongs. BIG RIP OFF! read more

Now all my nails have fallen or chipped off. Nails I worked a year to grow to this length. Going to doctor today because it looks like my toe has a fungus. My entire toe nail is lifting. Obviously, nail items are not being sanitized. This experience has been horrible. I'm now moving on to file complaints with BBB and City of Vancouver Washington because this business need to be inspected ASAP. read more

I've been coming here for a few months now, every time has been amazing. Today however, not so much. I called yesterday so schedule my appointment, I told the woman on the phone that my nails were pretty long under my acrylics so I wanted to soak off the acrylic and maybe try dip powder on my natural nails so they still maintain strength. She said no problem, confirmed my appt for the next day. I walk in today, start soaking my nails off, she has me choose my dip colors. The woman at the front desk asks me again, "you don't want tips right? Just dip powder on your natural nails?" And I said "correct, no tips, just my nails". So the woman that helped soak my nails off finished with that and then passes me off to the gentleman that was supposed to finish my nails. I showed him the design I wanted, and he asked what shape I want, I said I like the shape of my natural nails just maybe square them off a bit to clean them up. He says "do you like the length or want them shorter?" I say "I like how long they are, if you can just Make them all look the same shape as best you can" he nods, kinda smooths the surfaces with the electric file, and before I know it he has out nail clippers and is cutting off all my nails. Then he pulls out clear tips to glue on. I was like "no no, I didn't want any tips. That's why I told you I liked the length of my nails but obviously now they're gone." And he tried to say something about "they were all different lengths so they weren't going to look good" and I was like "well you just asked me like a minute ago if I liked the length, and I told you I didn't want my nails any shorter. I was here to soak off my acrylic and do dip on my own nails. If you want to do acrylic now and that's easier it's fine, I don't really see the point in doing dip anymore since we have tips and everything now" another gentleman comes over, he seems really apologetic, I'm like "it's fine I'll just grow them back out I guess and try again." It took forever for him to get the acrylic on and shape and everything, a second woman came and helped finish polishing my nails and then she did my design. Even then she messed the design up. It was supposed to be flames on all fingers with a heart on the middle one, and I look down and there's flames on the middle finger lol. She was like "ooh....is it ok if I do the heart on your ring finger instead?" I was honestly over being there at that point, I was just agreeing like sure anything works lol. And the crazy part is when I went to pay, the woman at the front asked to see my nails and was like "oh you got a full set" and I said "yeah it ended up that way, I came in here for a soak off and dip but then he clipped all my nails off so here we are" and she was kind of joking back like "oh that's not what we wanted haha but they look really good" and then I still paid over $100 so I'm not sure what's going on. Might be a second before I come back to queen b, which sucks because I usually really enjoy my time there. I'll attach pictures of what I asked for and what they ended up looking like. read more

Very cute, very clean nail salon, all of the technicians are very friendly. There was an issue when I first got my nails done and they fixed it right away the next morning. I was content when I left. I give three stars because I feel like what they're charging or at least what I was charged was not up to par with what I got. If I'm going to spend a couple bucks shy of $100 for a set of nails I'm going to need them to look a whole lot better than they did. So I finally got in with Luu and boy was I excited. Upon walking in I was greeted with warmth and did the typical routine of washing my hands and signing in after my temp check. Luu was finishing up a client and I was asked to wait in a nearby chair. After he finished up he sanitized everything including the chair and then greeted me. I want to be honest, I was worried that after my first review nobody would say a word to me let alone want me as a client butttttt.....Luu is a savage and took me in like a boss!! I have to say he took great care in my nails. I showed him a fill I got prior and told him not to laugh because she messed them up and he smiled and looked at what I wanted and went right to work. I honestly knew I was in great hands but was curious if he could make a come back from the other salons mess. Let me say this.....He works miracles!!! He nailed my look with the gold flakes and then changed it up a bit with gold stones instead of a shimmer. Although I was booked for 45 min he took a full hour and a half to care for me and ensure I was happy. Overall I'm pleased with the care and treatment and can't wait for my next appointment. So this is my third time here and they do a great job doing nails. But this time was my first time getting their pedicure service. So I already prepaid before I got my pedicure and my intention was to get a deluxe pedicure. I realized I did not have enough time to get a deluxe pedicure and I had asked Louis the owner if he could give the difference to the person who did my pedicure. He handled the situation poorly, he told me " it's not our fault, it's yours".. just wow, I am very disappointed. I wonder if he would've reacted differently if I would have been a person not of color. I like to add it is very unusual to pre pay for a pedicure so if I would've just waited to pay I would've just ended up paying for a regular pedicure because that is what I ended up getting. Very poor customer service, I would've tipped even more if he would've handled the situation properly. read more
