Absolutely amazing. I have been getting my nails done for quite some time and tried different salons and Queen B salon is by far the best! Every time I go in, they are so professional, kind, and always exceed my expectation of what I want to get done. The owner Louie is the absolute best nail tech I've ever had, he always does such a better job than expected. Highly recommend going to Queen B nails.

Louis does flawless nails. Every.Single.Time. Well worth the money. He is an artist, not just with nails. It just makes his nail art that much better! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and have become like family. I've been getting my nails done for years and this is by far my favorite place to return to. Special mentions to my front desk gal Maria who's the bestest for all the things.

Went in for a simple acrylic fill, no designs, nothing fancy. They charged me seventy dollars! When I asked about the price the owner (not sure who they were) said 'I would've charged seventy-five.' Absolutely ridiculous. A fill should never be seventy dollars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My daughter came here to get her nails done for Valentine's Day The experience was really nice. She felt pampered. A gentleman name Jonny did her nails.great job! He was excellent. The shape and the style were perfect. She got Valentine hearts. He did everything by hand, impressive, and was really nice. This is via daughter I was bystander . I agree though :)

Louis did an amazing job on my nails. He was quick, friendly, efficient, and did just what I wanted. I've been coming to queen b for a year now and I always leave happy.

JACKIE is the best. She's sweet, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails come out perfect. I love how she takes her time and really cares about her work because my sets last forever and I ALWAYS get compliments. Whether I want something simple or more fun she's always able to get it right. Her vibe is super chill and welcoming too. Highly recommend booking with Jackie!

First time visiting this spot for a full set of acrylic. My usual spot was closed, so this was a happy accident for me. I did not have an appointment scheduled. However, as soon as I arrived, I only had to wait a few moments before being sat down to begin my session. I showed a picture of what I was looking to have done, and was quickly assured that I came to the right place. In about an hour's time, I was finished and out the door. Great spot, comfortable environment, and very friendly staff. Definitely will be returning!

I previously had a great experience with a different nail tech, but today was unfortunately very disappointing and rather gross. I got a pedicure and the person threw the trash from the gel packet into the soaking tub while my feet were in it. She also cleaned off her hands in the feet soaking bowl after she wiped her hands directly on the floor for a spill of her gel. The callous removal barely exfoliated and there were spots missed with the gel polish. I do not like to leave negative reviews but I am concerned about the hygiene issues with how things were done today.

My husband and I have been going to Queen B Nails for over a year. When we go out, we get so many compliments on our nails, from friends and strangers alike. We love the atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and I look forward to our monthly mani/pedis. We always go for gel polishes, as they tend to last longer without chipping. We've recommended Queen B Nails to many of our friends and we've had a few that join us for a manicure/pedicure. I, personally have never been disappointed with any of their services. I recommend you give this place a try!

Paid a lot of money to go on a vacation for a week and within 24-48 hours I had chips and whole fingers missing nail polish! My index fingers had glitter and the whole polish came off and I didn't have time to go get it fixed as I was in NEW YORK. For a wedding and had to go to this event with chipped polish... it's horrible and then getting home saying they can't fix them because it's been 7 days. I've never had this problem going to Madison nails by target. I guess I need to stick to other local nails salons. I also really do not like the shape of my nails, they cut them way too short and a weird shape that looks terrible!

I was so excited to try this place out due to the reviews I heard about lavish nails. However the nail technician I had didn't leave me satisfied. I was never asked for what shape I wanted. 2 days later I have one nail break. 3 days later I had another break. My nails are so thin it's not even funny. If you go here I wouldn't see tina. I am still willing to try them out if I see another nail technician but here I am a 3 days later and I'll have to go get my nails fixed soon I forgot to post on here that one of the technicians I was told to go to ( THE OWNERS) laughed at this review. He took it off now, but he definitely laughed at it. I never went back in. I wouldn't suggest it. Especially with how unprofessional the owner was.... read more

I went in on a Thursday night pretty close to closing and they were so nice and got me right in. Tommy did my shellac manicure and he did a fantastic job! While they do a pretty decent job, this is some of the worst customer experience I have had. Very rude technicians. I have been sitting with my hands burning in a bowl of acetone for more than 15 minutes because the kid who started my manicure left promptly at 4 and the other two technicians are with other customers. Still sitting here for an appointment that was supposed to start more than 15 minutes ago. The owner should be embarrassed. read more

I heard amazing reviews and wanted to get a full set for myself. Tommy did my full set and although it was not bad, personally it was not worth 55 + tip for a solid color and almond shape. They were very thick/uneven and I fixed them with my own drill but wanted to get a new paint job. Tommy was still very nice so I felt bad saying something. Louis repainted them for free, perfectly, and was very kind, understanding, and professional. I also booked a fill with him in advance. Customer service goes a long way so thank you! read more

I was visiting from out of town and lee I believe his name did my nails several times through my stay in Camas and his work is excellent. He can master any type of shape or design. I was able to go for three weeks without getting a fill which is rare for me. read more

I think they us MMA my nails always hurt so badly. On top of that I Got a pedicure spent 35$ plus tip for only a 15. MINUTE pedi MAYBE 20 mins max. !!!!!! Comb over Asian older man, did them he was sooooooooo fast my feet were in the water for 6 minutes MAX. He pretended to do my cuticles. My feet were done in 20 Minutes MAX full service. Sloppy work and painting. I figured dang he did that in 15 minutes, maybe I can sit here after my full set of acrylics and sloppy 15 min pedi can enjoy the massage chair for 5 more minutes while waiting for my ride, as I noticed a older women had been done w her pedi enjoying herself for 20+ minutes after her service. So I'm sitting there after my MAYBE 20 minute 35$ pedicure for 2 minutes and the owner Luis comes up to me and asks if my ride is coming eagerly. I said yes I am waiting for them. He nods his head eagerly with rush. It hurt my feelings so badly knowing I just got the shortest pedi of life I paid and left and had to wait outside in 90 degree weather feeling so unwelcome . I've paid this business hundreds of dollars. Honestly I think Wendy should get every penny of her work. Not hourly. She's so sweet she's not the problem. I come in for the first time to get my full set, Wendy does the set she does amazing. So nice. They're rushing her for her next customer eagerly. Rude it's going to be ok is what I am thinking. So disappointed w my last experience. They didn't bother the older women at all and she was still I. The chair 20 minutes after at least waiting for her daughters full set after her pedi. I think they sterio typed me Bc I am young and she was a sophisticated older woman read more

I don't even know where to start. I am so glad I gave Bree at Queen B Nails a try! I have never had a nail artist that is so detailed oriented and really took her time to make sure the nail design is perfect and exactly how I wanted. Not once I felt I was being rushed out of the door so they can take another client. Quality over quantity! Passionate, professional, dedicated, and detailed oriented. I really liked the service but did not like the inconsistent pricing. I used to pay $50 for a signature pedicure. Yesterday, they charged my $66. The girl couldn't explain why. $66 is a bit too much for a pedicure, and I wonder if next time it will be $77. I know there is inflation going on, but come on... I am switching to another salon. read more

This is and will be the only place for the highest quality nails. The art is ridiculous and they uphold the Luxury name. While some say the prices are high, I say you get what you pay for and I work too hard to settle for mediocre. The vibe is modern, clean and friendly. So happy to have found Bree and Louis again. They have opened their own shop in an up and coming area of Vancouver. It's beautiful and clean. Tons of fun colors to choose from and these 2 will blow your socks off with nail art. I kept my nails simple and bright this time. When you book your appointment with them you don't have to worry about having to wait because they squeezed someone in before you and who ever you book with that's who you get. Trinh is my manicurist and she awesome!! She is an expert at gel manicures and knows how to keep the color looking fresh for as long as possible. She is also amazing at nail designs. She is gentle and promotes the health of my nails and cuticles. When I look at other clients getting their nails done, I have also noticed that they are SO AMAZING at acrylic/powder. I've never gotten it done but I am just in awe watching them do their work. The salon is clean and modern. It may be a little more expensive than other salons (but well worth the money - you can tell by the quality of work and the quality of their products). It stays busy but is definitely not hectic -- still a calming environment. Come check it out! You will leave happy and proud of your beautiful nails. :-) read more

I went to Queen B for the first time last Saturday afternoon. I asked for an neutral hombre nail style with added sparkle. The design was far from hombre but the sparkle was pretty so I paid them. They charged me 20 bucks extra for hombre even though that's not what I received. In addition, the nail shellac started chipping 5 days later. The quality of of my nails are poor to say the least. I will never go back to Queen B nails again. My first time there, they gave okay service but the quality of the work was awful! read more

I've been searching for the perfect nail salon and I finally found them! They do such an amazing job every time I go. I've had pedicures and manicures, dip, French, acrylic, nail art and every time its perfect! This was supposed to be a relaxing experience but turned out to disrupt my next few days. Unbelievable $80 for this is absolutely insane. Got a pedicure here and the lady cut the side of my toenail down all the way to the cuticle. I can't walk on my foot because my big toe hurts so bad. I screamed when she did it and couldn't believe how much of my toe nail she cut off. When I got home, examined all my toes and she cut all of my toe nails at an angle and ruined the shape of my nail? I have no idea why. She did not paint my full toe nail. She painted about 70% of my nail and didn't paint any of the sides, got tons of polish all over my skin. Had to take today off because my toe hurts so had. I'm praying it's not infected. It's going to take forever for my nail to grow back and probably be an ingrown. Not to mention the entire time this lady was trying to up sale me on getting a more expensive pedicure and I kept refusing. It was exhausting. I am beyond pissed at how much my toe hurts. I can't believe it. Do not come here if you value walking. My friend came here and had the exact same experience. Except both of her toes are in serious pain. Go to lavish nails instead.

BAD OWNERSHIP IS A DIFFERENT STORY…read more I rarely post negative experiences with local businesses, but after what happened with my 14-year-old daughter at Studio 192 Salon, and especially how the owner handled it, I feel others should know before choosing to support this business. My daughter had a cut and color on August 18 after having a consultation beforehand. The appointment went terribly. Her hair became so severely knotted during the service that I and two other stylists spent about an hour trying to untangle it, at one point fearing some might have to be cut out. She lost a significant amount of hair, the haircut was badly done, and the color did not take properly. Initially, the salon handled the situation very well. Deena at the front desk was incredibly kind, reversed the $130 service charge and charged me only $35 for products. She scheduled us to return on August 22 for a no-charge corrective haircut with Jasmine. Jasmine was AMAZING. She did a beautiful job fixing my daughter's haircut. We were then scheduled to return today, August 31, to have the color corrected and were initially told that would also be complimentary. Later, Deena called to tell me that the owner, Amy, had decided I would need to pay for today's color after all. I didn't agree, but I thanked her for letting me know and decided I would pay. At that point, I just wanted my daughter's hair fixed. We showed up today prepared to pay for the color. Instead, Amy confronted me and insisted I also needed to retroactively pay for the August 22 corrective haircut because Jasmine hadn't been paid for it, even though her own staff had specifically told me there would be no charge. When I explained that I simply followed what her staff told me, Amy responded, "Then how was Jasmine supposed to get paid?" I told her that how she compensates her employee for a corrective service her salon authorized as complimentary is between her and her staff. It isn't reasonable to come back 1 1/2 weeks later and demand that the customer pay for it. I told Amy I would still pay for today's color correction as agreed, but after today we would not return. Her response? "You can get your daughter now and go, and that will be that." She kicked us out. This confrontation also happened in front of another customer who was having her hair washed. What makes this so disappointing is that Deena and Jasmine were absolutely wonderful, and we've also had great experiences with Ember. They treated my daughter with kindness and professionalism and genuinely tried to make a terrible situation right. This wasn't about me refusing to pay. I walked in today prepared to pay. It was about being asked to retroactively pay for a corrective service I had explicitly been told was complimentary--and then being treated this way by the owner when I questioned it. Mistakes happen. A bad haircut or color can be corrected. How a business owner treats customers when something goes wrong says far more about a business. Unfortunately, after our experience with Amy today, we will never return or support this business again. **** UPDATE: Adding a photo of what my daughter's hair looked like when we left the salon on August 18. She went into the salon with healthy hair and subtle honey highlights. We asked to have the honey highlights brought up toward the roots and for a curly/Deva-style cut. The photo speaks for itself as to the condition of her hair when we left. Unfortunately, the owner has now responded to a review on another fourm by essentially accusing me of being dishonest and presenting a version of events that does not reflect what occurred. I stand by what I wrote. My original post was a factual account of our experience, including giving full credit to the employees who were kind, professional, and did everything they could to make the situation right. I had hoped the owner would respond with the same level of professionalism and accountability that her employees demonstrated. Unfortunately, her response has only reinforced my concerns about how this situation, and ultimately her customers, were handled.

These salon is so dishonest. My first visit in July the owner Louise took his employees side. My friend paid for both of us and gave a healthy tip. Both of us wanted the whole deal. I didn't get the hot rocks and when he questioned his employee she said yes I did and he believed her and says I don't know what is going on here. said I do, I didn't receive the hot rocks, don't you think I'd remember? Unbelievable! He then tells as a secret that he doesn't do this and nobody knows but you can have a discount next time you come in. In my head, I said I'd. ever have a pedi/medi again and I'd share my experience with everyone and not not to go there. Well, today 8-30-23, I did go back just to get the polish/dip off my fingers and toes. I ask the person at the front desk how much, $10.00. Great! no problem. The lady that took the polish off asked, you want clipped ( my toes) I said sure. She clipped 8 toes and 1 thumb nail. She took my feet and ran walk over them and pat dry. All wells until I get to the cash register. She said $35.00. I said you told me $10.00. she said you got a manicure. Hell no, I didn't. She clipped 8 toes and 1 thumb nail THATS ALL. I didn't use hell at her but in my care I said every word there was. WTF. They Sid not one damn word to me. Biggest liers, dishonest people. Unbelievable! I will continue to tell people not to go to this place. It's a sweat shop with Louise walking around with all his ladies making sure they're in place. I've been getting my nails done for years and couldn't find a place that actually could do what I wanted until about a year and a half ago. I heard about Queen B nails from a friend and I absolutely loved them. I was a little skeptical about the price and wasn't sure if it was worth it until I actually went there and I will never go to a new place again. Bree and Louis are so nice and welcoming, they don't just sit there and do your nails, they actually have conversations with you. They are absolutely amazing and can do anything with your nails! I've been to many nail places but this place is hands down the best one. Louis is the best nail tech, they really focus on the shape and made sure the ombré was well faded. I paid about $70 and it took a little more than an hour, kind of pricey but worth it. I had these acrylics for a month and they did not break or chip, possibly because I was being very careful with them but they were still pretty durable. I got so many compliments with them and I highly recommend looking through their instagram for more pictures. Make an appointment early because they're usually booked. read more

I've been seeing Louis for almost 2 years. And I could not be happier. Often I would see someone for a while and all was good but it seemed their work got "lazy" after a while. Not the case here! He is very detail oriented. Very very talented. And all in all a great person! His wife Bre is equally as talented! I adore them both! I see mary for my pedicures and she is SO SWEET! Nail Salon Horror Story (Perfection Nails 9/7)…read more I've been going to Perfection Nails in Hazel Dell on and off for about the last 5 years, but I stopped going as often since every time I went, each tech charged differently for the same service and the quality was inconsistent--especially if I wanted something other than a basic one-color manicure. Anyway, I decided to go yesterday because it was the only nail salon open near me, and I'd never had a crazy experience there before--just things like uneven shaping or needing a fill sooner than 2 weeks. My appointment was at 1 p.m. for both a pedicure and a manicure set. I arrived before my scheduled time and let the technicians know I had an appointment. I waited about 15-20 minutes before a man called me over to his table. I asked for an acrylic set and a basic manicure (cuticle trim, etc.). Everything started off fine. I hadn't had him do my nails before, but I'd seen his work and was excited to try someone new. He started by cleaning my hands and doing the usual prep. Once he finished applying and shaping the acrylic, he began working on my cuticles. When he got to my ring and middle finger on my left hand, he cut way too much, and I started bleeding everywhere. I was on the phone with my partner using a headset, so I wasn't paying close attention until I felt pain and saw blood all over my fingers. He was trying to wipe it up with a used rag and even attempted to use nail glue to stop the bleeding. I immediately told him to stop and said I needed to wash my hands because that was not a clean or safe way to handle the cut. After cleaning up, I noticed he had taken a chunk of skin off, and the bleeding continued for about 10 more minutes. I sat there holding my finger and asked him what happened. He told me my cuticles were dry. I apologized but made it clear I did not want him using nail glue to stop the bleeding. Mind you, this was the most I've ever bled in a salon. After the bleeding stopped, he continued painting my nails and asked me to check them. I noticed the middle finger on my right hand was crooked. When I pointed it out, he insisted it was just my finger. We went back and forth for a while until I finally asked if he could at least try to fix it, because it was clearly pointing in a different direction than the others. At this point, I honestly wanted to leave, but I still needed my pedicure. Another lady called me over to her station. I had previously gone to Reflection Spa/Nails, and they had done an amazing job--even applying acrylic over a broken toenail on my big toe to even it out. I explained this to the pedicure tech at Perfection, and she said it was fine and that she would soak it off. By then, I had already been there for 2 1/2 hours and just wanted to relax. I put a show on my phone, kept one headphone out in case she needed me, and let her start. There was a bit of a language barrier, so another tech had to interpret at times. Instead of soaking the acrylic off, she just filed it down and then started trimming my cuticles. Once again, she cut too much, and I started bleeding. She apologized immediately, and I told her it was okay, just to please slow down and be careful. She continued, but when she was cleaning under my toenail, the tool stabbed me under the nail. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up paying for everything but didn't tip because of all the cuts I got. My reason for posting is to find a new nail spot to go to in Vancouver and to spread awareness of my experience. L

I get all my services done there…read morenails, toes, eyebrows and I have very long nails. this is the only place I will go after moving back from Vegas this has been my nail salon, I love them alll so I encourage people to go try them out especially if you want top quality nails with all the bells and whistles. I have never left disappointed
