Do I recommend this business? Yes and no. They are clean, organized and professional. But, I've been a handful of times and walked out disappointed. The nails turned out cute however the experience wasn't the best for starters she hurt my nail a couple times with the drill and the file you can actually see where I bled in the photo and now it's itching I hope it's not infected. I feel bad writing this review because she was pretty sweet however I do wish the customer service was a bit better. I'm sad to say I probably won't be coming back here they also didn't have a lot of specialty options? I originally wanted a plain metallic brown and they couldn't even do that. read more

It is SO RELAXING to sit in a massage chair, get my toenails clipped/filed, get the heal scrub, exfoliator, skin moisturizers plus the hot stones that relax my feet, ankles & calves. They have EXCELLENT customer service skills... always so friendly & flexible. My favorite technician is Rose! She does a custom job knowing I don't use polishes & such... I like it natural. She always makes them look nice! My daughter bought me the package asca gift & it was such a stress reliever that I was hooked!! plus their prices are very reasonable! i highly recommend this shop (I tried a couple others that weren't the same experience)! This was my first time getting dip nails and it was a terrible experience. The nail "tech" was rushing so much through the whole process. In one of my middle fingers she removed too much of the nail extension tip. When I told her that the nail looked crooked because of this she didn't even bothered to redo it. Instead she attempted to remove a corner of my actual nail and cut me. At that point I raised my voice and I told her to stop and just redo the nail. She was not too happy about it, but she took it off and did it again. Mind you my nail had to be cover with foil and acetone which was burning due to her cutting me earlier. The rest of my nails are very irregular, crooked, incorrectly painted and just not what the price was worth. I'd never recommend this place to anyone simply because my coworker who was there with me also got crooked nails and irregular sized nails from another "tech" that are supposed to match with the opposite hands fingers. $77 dollars later (tip included, because yes I did tip $10 even though I shouldn't have) and here I am with this mess... read more

I have been to Annie's a few times now and each time I have walked away happy. The inside of the nail salon is beautiful and elegant and they have great chairs for pedicures! Everyone is so nice and so welcoming and they really take the time and effort to make sure you're happy. One thing that I can't get over, is how fair their prices are. In this time of inflation, they manage to keep their prices competitive with other places. Check this place out when you can, definitely worth it! read more
