Our real-estate company's backup drive required data-recovery after a catastrophic malfunction. Qubex restored practically all of the data! This was well beyond our expectations, because the drive had been mechanically shattered. Our contact (Max) was extremely professional and courteous - he's a real expert. Max took care of us quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended! read more

We were very impressed with the services Qubex provided. In an emergency, Maks repaired the computer very quickly and spent a lot of additional time problem solving additional issues. We would HIGHLY recommend Qubex Data Recovery! Carte d'Or Catering & Events read more

Max saved my butt. I lost all our HOA accounting records and he recovered them. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing data recovery. Price was great and it took very little time. Thank you! read more

I smashed my 1TB external hard drive that had everything I needed on it. I made a few calls and their prices were right in line with all the out of state "mail me your hard drive" companies, but were right here in town. Max and his team did exactly what I needed, and got me 99% of my data back. The 20 or so files that could not be retrieved were not a big deal but over 700GB of lost data was retrieved in just about 1 month. I would not hesitate again about using them again.... but am not also paying for an online backup so if it does happen again my files are already backed up. Thanks MAX! read more

The service I received from Qubex was absolutely stellar. The turn around time was incredible, almost to good to be true. I also appreciated how Max was able to recognize the user's (me) familiarity / competence with PCs and was able to successfully cater the conversation to suit my competence level. Straight forward, to the point and in a manner in which I could comprehend. (I am not a computer guru). I was in dire need of a ram upgrade on my new work laptop, and being a work laptop in the middle of the work week, the need was absolutely urgent. Being a visitor to Colorado I had no clue where to turn for this type of support, so I had called around to a few local places I found on Google and Max and his team came HIGHLY recommended from other reputable data recovery experts in the greater Denver area. From the moment I dialed Qubex's phone number, to the moment I received the laptop back with the upgraded Ram, was a mere 1.5 hours! I couldn't believe how quickly he fit me into his schedule, was able to prioritize, and got me on my way. The local competitors whom I had previously contacted, quoted me days to complete the job, where as max quoted 1 hour. And he was spot on with his estimate. Thank you Max for the fantastic service, incredible turn around time, and expert support. I would gladly recommend Quebex to anyone in need of data recovery / PC repair and upgrade services. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Matthew Ayers CMMS Inc. Seattle, WA read more

Max and Qubex are so wonderful! I am new to the area and have never needed data recovery before, so I was pretty clueless about what to do when my 5-year-old MacBook decided to give up on life. I was ironically just prepping for a long overdue backup at the very moment it crashed...never to power on again. (Totally my fault for not being better with backups - lesson learned.) My first stop was the Apple Store, but while they said they could probably restore my computer (not my goal), they didn't give me good odds for recovering any of the data. The guy at Apple said that if the data was my priority, I should take the computer to a data recovery company, but that it can get expensive. Oh geez! I was not excited to proceed with this. After stalling for a few days, I Googled local data recovery companies and stumbled upon Thumbtack, a site I'd never heard of, but it was awesome. I put in my zip code and my issue, and then local companies received my request and had the option of contacting me directly. Within 10 minutes, I think I had heard back from at least 6 people! Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful, but Max's note stood out for some reason. I just got a good vibe! I called him, and immediately knew that I wanted to work with him. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my situation, and he is just a super nice guy. After I dropped off my computer, Max very quickly did the diagnostic and contacted me with the good news - he could get my stuff! We discussed the cost, since of course it depends on the type of work required, and he was SO kind and reasonable. I gave him the green light to go ahead with the recovery, and it was done within a couple of days (and I had even told him I didn't need it right away). He kept me informed with texts throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated! I now have all of my beautiful data on an external hard drive! Before I even took it home, he let me explore the drive contents on his own Apple computer (I will be accessing it from my new MacBook), and I could verify that everything was there and that I knew how to get to it. I can't say enough good things about Max. I will absolutely go to Qubex immediately with any future tech issues, as they do much more than just data recovery. Thank you Max and the Qubex team! read more

Have been using Qubex since 2012, when my friend lost her hdd and years of pics. Max completely recovered them, and I was pretty impressed. Recently returned to get my thesis recovered from laptop hdd crash. They got it back!! Huuuge relief. Always feel like I get good prices and advice. Def recommend to anybody/everybody. read more

Had a freakout moment when my hard drive decided to bite the dust, taking irreplaceable schoolwork with it and documents I need to apply for pharmacy school. Max and his team were able to recover all of my data and did so in a professional manner. I was out of school for the summer, so I was able to wait a few weeks for the recovery. Additionally, Max was extremely understanding of my financial situation as a self-supporting college student and worked out a payment plan agreement. Hopefully, I will never have to see Max and his team again (haha!) but I will not hesitate to return if I ever need data recovery services again and I will absolutely confidently recommend Qubex Data Recovery to anyone I know who may need their help. read more

The DC jack on my laptop gave out on me last week, so I called around to get prices. Qubex had the best deal by far, so we took the computer in. Max was very friendly and professional! Even though we came in an hour before closing, he said he wouldn't leave until the job was finished. Awesome! Laptop works great now! read more

Max took the time to diagnose the problem with my son's Alienware laptop and expertly communicated the issues and status throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about hardware and repairs. The repairs were reasonably-priced. Your computer repair will be in good hands with Max at Qubex. read more

Windows was not loading and Dell shared that they needed to replace the hard drive and motherboard on my laptop so they recommended calling three different companies outside of Colorado to try to backup the files on the hard drive beforehand. Time was of the essence so I opted for a local company after reading the stellar reviews about Max and Qubex Data Recovery on Facebook, Google and Yelp. I was able to drop off my laptop, receive a reasonable quote and backup the files on the hard drive within 48 hours. The communication and service was very good along the way and I would highly recommend them to any business or individual in the same situation. read more

Qubex Data Recovery is Awesome! Don't let the small front office fool you, these guys have the skills and equipment to recover your data! I first went to an "Other" establishment with my wife's bad Lenovo SSD drive and they said the drive couldn't be read, but they could recover the data for $800. Qubex was one of the few places that let me bring a SSD drive in to check its readability, and I called around to at least 6 other shops (wanting $600 - $1700 deposits to read the SSD). Max first attempted to read the mSATA in one of his laptops, and it was unreadable. He later connected it to one of his servers and was able to see all the data on the drive! He let my wife and me verify the data we needed off the drive and moved all on to a portable drive for us, at a substantially lower price than the other companies would have charged! I hope I never have to use Qubex for data recovery again, but it's great knowing such an awesome company is out there to help in the event of that kind of problem occurs again. I will certainly use their services for data recovery, hardware problems, software problems and any malware infections, especially for friends and relatives systems! THANKS MAX / QUBEX! read more

Max and his team recovered all our data and restored an otherwise lost cause. We had given up hope and lost very valuable company data. He worked through the night on a Saturday into Sunday and restored everything we needed earlier than he promised. I was beyond certain that our hard drive was toast and that's what we get for not properly backing it up. I would hire this team to do anything, he was so helpful, polite and professional. We were very satisfied with the outcome. read more

GREAT company. While finishing up all of my final projects for school, My Macbook hard drive failed on me unexpectedly. I was SO stressed out and nervous, as I had not recently backed it up and desperately needed the information on my hard drive. I took it to the Apple store who despite charging me hundreds of dollars for service fees, tried three times and couldn't recover ANYTHING from my hard drive. I was so scared everything would be lost. My friend had heard of Qubex and took them my hard drive, and they were able to recover my data from the same hard drive Apple wasn't able to, and told me nobody could. I'm SO pleased and without a doubt would recommend them to anyone!! read more

Requested a quote for data recovery off of a zip drive on a Friday evening and received a quick thorough response. After reaching out to several other companies, Qubex was priced the most reasonably and his response was the most professional. I contacted them on Saturday at noon. They had me come straight down and by 1:00 pm I had my data recovered off my Zip drive. This was a great experience and I will be using them again for any computer needs. Thanks! read more

I have been working with Qubex on a hard drive recovery for the past month. My hard drive just had to fail in the middle of a move while my time capsule was disabled... Qubex was able to recover all my data, plus upgrade my hard drive and my ram. I was so impressed with their work I returned with an iPad that also needed service. I joked that if only they could also replace my car tires they would have solved all my problems forever - and I kid you not, they looked up tire places for me while I was waiting!! I can not say enough good things about their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service. They were clear and upfront about their fees, the data recovery process, and timeline. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Mike and his team did a 100%, as-perfect-as-perfect-gets job on recovering 100% of my data when my Lacie 5BIG data server decided to stop connecting to my network when its internal software became corrupted due to a power outage. Max was able to recover canon raw files off of an external Hd that were accidentally deleted over 60 days earlier. I had tried 2 different DIY recovery programs that didn't find them. But Qubex did! Took about a week from start to finish but it was almost 2tb of data to sift through. read more

QUEBEX Data Recovery is a literally a LIFE SAVER! Before contacting QUEBEX, I took my hard drive to a couple local data recovery company's here in Colorado Springs. I was told there was no possible way they could recover any data due to the internal head being completely broken limiting their ability to even read the drive. One company recommended a company in California, but I decided to look within the Colorado region. A quick google search resulted in several data recovery experts, but QUEBEX had the most reviews and highest ratings. So, I contacted Max at QUEBEX explaining my situation, which was the inability access my external hard drive from dropping it on the ground. He advised I bring the hard drive in for a free consultation. Upon arrival, he plugged the hard drive in and immediately recognized the potential problem. He advised he couldn't make any promises but would notify me in the next couple days if recovery was possible. Within 24-hours, I was contacted and explained in-depth the damage and the process necessary to recover the data. I was leery, but hopeful due to nearly 20-years of personal and professional files being potentially lost! Long story short, I was contacted 3-days later by Max who informed me all the data was recovered! WOW was my immediate thought! I can't explain how grateful I am to Max and QUEBEX for the professionalism and very reasonable price to recover my personal and professional documents spanning over two decades! IF you want a professional, I would HIGHLY recommend QUEBEX without a second thought! Thanks Max & QUEBEX!! JHC3 read more

Qubex did a great job recovering my data and had terrific customer service!

Qubex did a great job with the recovery of my hard drive data, which was sentimental and important to me. Qubex recovered the data in a very reasonable time frame with a reasonable price. The staff were very responsive and answered all my questions. I was able to bring my hard drive to the business and physically hand it directly to the employee, instead of mailing the hard drive to an unknown destination and hope that it arrives and comes back once recovered. I was able to drop off and pick up my drive from the Qubex office, which put me at ease. Great service, trustworthy and reasonably priced, if something like a broken hard drive happen to you. read more

My Laptop went dead on this passed Sunday, while most of the computer service companies were closed, QUBEX was open, so i went there for diagnostic, which was free (lucky me) Max was very helpful and knowledgeable, quickly identified problem and offered solutions. Apparently my hard drive went dead, he replaced it with new one, recovered data from old, dead hard disk and transferred files back to my new disk. My laptop is working again and no data lost. No regret at all. Very nice people and professionally done work. Next time if i need anything computer related i will definitely come back to QUBEX. BIG THANKS! read more

Can't say enough good things about Max and Qubex! Friendly, timely and professional. 100% recommend.

My flash drive broke after my laptop was pulled off the desk. After a 5 minute panic attack, I found a few firms in the Denver area that specialize in recovery. Speaking with Max on the phone, they were the only ones who would run a 10 minute analytics test to figure out the problem and present potential solutions. They were able to recover the data and deliver 95% of the contents back to me in 48 hours. They just saved me weeks of lost work/documents and I am grateful. Highly recommend if anyone runs into this problem. read more

QUBEX recovered all of our lost data after our computer decided to self-destruct! I cannot say enough good about the work that Max did to save my data. When my USB Flash Drive just stopped working, I was at a total loss about what to do. I went to Micro Center and they referred me to a computer lab that quoted an outrageous price for the recovery. Something made me look at options for Data Recovery on Yelp, and that was how I found Max and Qubex. All too often, tech company personnel can be a bit robotic and totally process oriented. With Max it was totally different, from the initial phone conversation to the follow through, Max was personable, supportive and most of all understood how traumatizing losing data can be. He prioritized me as a client/person first and then dealt with the process of recovering the data. He quoted what I thought was a fair price, especially given what the lab had quoted, and also reminded me about a deal voucher that I could obtain on Yelp. He quoted two weeks and was done in just over a week. Looks like they recovered all my data. My advice: 1. back up often; use Cloud storage and when things do go wrong, call Max, he will fix it right. read more
