Decent service. My spaghetti pomodoro was good. However, wife's chicken pesto panini was a lil greasy. Menu did not indicate it was breaded chicken, menu only described it as "tender chicken." Thinking back on it now, I guess I should have known that "tender" meant breaded. Either way, the panini was too greasy. See photos. read more

The staff was welcoming, food was delicious and overall service was great. Will come back to try other dishes. I had the rib eye, sparkling rose and we had the berry pistachio cream cake for dessert. The place was lively yet quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with friends. read more

Lovely ambience, doesn't feel like you're in a mall. The service is superb here. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress because she was THE BEST, she had a sassy entertaining confidence to herself and made the best recommendations too. I will most definitely come back here. read more

Ambiance is always great here, lovely decor with good lighting. Service was good Food: - The starter bread was and is always delicious! - Dessert- we got tiramisu and it was tasty as well, blueberries, raspberries, and a strawberry, a bed on cocoa and the start of the show the tiramisu. - Main course was disappointing- Salmone Alla Griglia $25.00 grilled salmon, topped with checca sauce and served over a bed of sauteed asparagus I have had really tasty food here before, but decided to try something different. The mashed potatoes were tasty, but the salmon and asparagus lacked seasoning and flavor. Would not order again sadly. Overall I would give this dining experience 3/5, but may be back to sample something else on their menu. read more

Quattro is a hidden gem at South Coast Plaza. I've never had a bad dish here. The service is fantastic and they are able to handle large groups! For a little more privacy they have an outside in the patio in the back. Highly recommend ! My favorite is the Wise Guy Salad! read more

Absolute 5-star service from Niki. She embodies the best of service from the finest restaurants, with great attention to detail including refilling my glass from a bottle of beer and ensuring everything was well prepared & served. read more

Came to have a late lunch here with my sister one Sunday and we were served by Nikki. She's so sweet and very attentive, checked on us promptly if we needed anything. Food is always consistent here and Italian authentic. Their bread is one of the best, bruschetta is very tasty and lasagna is very creamy, they don't skimp on ingredients. Quattro Cafe will always be a front runner every time we'd crave for Italian. read more

Very good service and menu variety. My mista salad had too much iceberg lettuce. I'd return and order differently next time. My wife enjoyed her spinach salad with grilled chicken. read more

What can I say? I'm impressed. This conveniently located restaurant amongst the bustles of shopping is a must stop lunch/dinner spot. It may look small but there is an outside seating area, too. We've sat in both and my only recommendation is to add some music to the outdoor space. :) The food is very good! Considering it's an Italian restaurant, the guacamole with chips was amazing and fresh. The calamari appetizer is my favorite along with their salad and sandwich specialities. Cocktails and drinks available from their bar. Kids menu is great! Service was friendly, and I love that they are so accommodating to kids. My 4 year old loves it here and staff was so kind to her. Thank you for the ice cream! read more

My mom and I went to Quatro for lunch in South Coast Plaza. The pizza was hard and the salad was tasteless. The bread was soggy. There were few people in the restaurant. The food was expensive for the quality. Will not go back. Yuckky!!!!!!!!! read more

I eat here at least once a week and never get tired of it my food is always amazing no matter what I order. Niki was our waitress she's the best! So sweet and attentive 10/10 all around read more

I have a very picky husband and daughters that complains about everything. But my girls love the Alfredo sauce and the pizza so much so we come here often and I found out un expected that my family like this Italian cuisine this much. We came here after a disappointing appointment at Hermes, where I didn't receive the bag I was hoping for. suprisely we got sitted immediately after our arrival and our server Nikki came right away We ordered penne pomodoro which I asked to be spicy and the flavor matched the spice very perfectly and the pizza and kids food arrived very quickly. Our server came by four times to refill our drinks, which honestly surprised me because that level of attentiveness doesn't happen often, even at some of the more expensive restaurants nearby The only problem I had was the truffle fries which was too oily and smelly and the fries didn't seems fresh but our attentive and caring server immediately took them back, apologized, and offered to replace them. The atmosphere is very family friendly I recommend this place to enjoy your weekend for your family gatherings I feel so valued and special thank to the amazing service and food read more

I have been here a few times and it's always a good experience. - great Italian food, I have tried pizzas and pastas and all were good. - really good service - the bread they bring out in the beginning is maybe the best free bread you could wish for - it's reasonably priced for what you get It's a good date night spot or a nice break away from the mall experience. I would like to give a special thank you to Sean (Shawn?) for his service on 1/9/2026. It's been awhile since I have had a server so good and he was just on it. read more

Something felt off this time. We hadn't been here in a while, and it just wasn't the same. The service was great and the staff were kind, but the food missed the mark. The pizza was doughy and tough, bland, and cold. Calamari tasted old, and the fish was not fresh at all. The salad was the only good part, but everything else felt flat. Did the management change? read more

When I shop at South Coast Plaza this restaurant is a must. They have great quality Italian food. The service is impeccable. The manager and the hosts are so warm and caring. They get you In quickly even with a wait. Our waitress, Briana is always attentive, funny, and professional. The atmosphere is cool with a lounge feel. Live music weekly and specials. I somewhat of high expectations of this restaurant because a co-worker recommended it. I am not one for crowded places so I was reluctant because this is located in a mall. South Coast Mall to be exact bless my poor soul. Not only is it located in a packed mall but the inside felt packed as well. Since the place itself is small, with the live band it was extra loud and over stimulating for me. Food was quite pricey but not surprising. I ordered the lobster ravioli and scampi ravioli. Both were similar to each other but I would pick the scampi because it has better texture. We also ordered the calamari which to be honest, was the best dish of the night. Light batter, tender and the sauce paired well with it. The sauce was cocktail-ish, with a hint of anchovy and heat. Not sure if this is a seasonal cocktail but do NOT order the raspberry cocktail. It tasted like cough medicine and I was able to drink at most a quarter of it. Although with my low rating, I would dine here again but probably for lunch on a weekday after a shopping for 3+ hours. read more

My family Came here for Mother's Day brunch... I was exhausted from A day of shopping and really wanted a particular drink- Tuaca (Italian brandy). I was absolutely delighted when Dom came up and gave the good news. they carry it here- and we all shared a drink together! It is my favorite Italian liqueur, and I was beyond happy. Once Dominico and the fam bonded over our love for the drink, the whole experience got better and better- everything was truly fantastico! Dominico & his team provided top tier service- truly first class, and helped make this a very memorable Mother's Day. Everyone was so genuinely kind too, and are so appreciated. The food was excellent. My toddler had two servings of the lobster raviolis, devoured the shrimp, and like the fries and pizza. & kept saying "more more more"- we LOVED it. She was the star of the brunch at our table. & everyone was amazing. This was the Best Mother's Day brunch- period. Thank you again, Dominico & team! We will certainly be back! read more

Food was okay. Calamari pieces were on the small side. I prefer bigger pieces. The salad that came with the veggie panini was partially wilted. Overall, tasty food with minor flaws. read more

I seen this restaurant multiple times during my visits from Washington. I finally had the opportunity to stop by and have dinner. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall dining experience. It was much more than just your typical small restaurant. The service and food was impeccable. I really like that it had that European flair and vibe to the restaurant. Everytime we visit South Coast Plaza and pass Quattro Caffe, I noticied that the restaurant is always so croweded, sometime there is line outside. Since we don't like to wait, so never tried this place before. But last Sunday, we tried to ask the host if there was a table avaialbe, she said YES. So we have been sat right away, very happy! The place is very lively and relaxing, I felt like that i sit in the restaruant in some village of Italy since my left and right tables' customers were talking in italian which was very fun! And I love those black and white photos on the wall which are very classic and storytelling. We ordered Zuppa Di Verdure soup ($12) was good. Fettuccine Alfredo Con Pollo Cajun Style ($27) was delicious, Agnello Con Rosmarino Ai Porcini ($48) was amazing! This is one of my favor dish here now, the lamb chops are just so delicious and the side Truffle Fries are unexpectied good. After the entrees, we want to enjoy this atmosphere more，ordered desserts, cappuccino and expresso. Tiramisu ($10) was lovely, the server told us this is fresh making daily. Torta Lava Cake ($10) was great! Also there bread was so amazing! We really enjoy the time at Quattro Caffe and definitely visit again! read more

Maggiano was fully booked, so we tried this Italian Restaurant at SCP instead. Ordered the mista (chopped salad) with chicken - Very good! 5 stars!.. and Bolognese - the spaghetti was al dente the sauce was a little sour than what I'm used to, but I'd still rate this dish 4.5 stars. Comes with bread and oil/vinegar. Not a fancy upscale place (hey, it's in a mall :)...but the service is excellent and the place is constantly being cleaned. But heads up, they charge 3.5% fee if you use a credit card. Yes, we will come back next time we're at SCP or have a concert/event at Segerstrom. read more

I'm sorry that I can't evaluate the food, but I did not go in because of the negative ambience. Practically everybody is facing in the same direction, which is out toward the mall, it's very noisy, and very uninviting. Maybe the food is great, but I didn't feel comfortable going in. read more

The food here are very good portions and their service is amazing. You never have to ask to get a refill on your drink. They always make sure you are snacking with the free bread to dip in their oil and balsamic before you food comes out nice and hot. I got the clam linguine and it was so big, but it was so delicious and I didn't even realize I ended up eating the whole thing. My coworkers got the risotto, salmon and the daily special which was Chilean sea bass and they all loved their food. read more

Quattro Cafe was so good. We ordered the seafood pasta, Prosciutto E Arugula Pizza, and the Wise Guy Salad. The seafood pasta was my favorite. They don't have it on the menu but if you show a picture or ask for it then they can make it for you. The flavors were amazing and I loved all the seafood mixed in with the pasta. The pasta, pizza, and salad all went so well together. The complimentary bread that they gave us was also very delicious. Quattro Caffe is located inside of the mall so it's very convenient if you ever crave pasta while shopping. I will definitely be back and I want to try their other dishes on their menu. read more

Great hidden spot! I came here for lunch but should've really been for dinner since I was full the rest of the day! Portion sizes are huge. There is limited seating due to this being a small space inside of South Coast but there is a bar and seating along the front overlooking the mall near the entrance so I could foresee there being a wait for seating. The food is great but does take a while to come out ours took around 25 minutes. The pizza was a tad bit burnt on the bottom and fell apart as you ate it but the taste was great. The Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious as well. Drinks are also great. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly made and not too bitter or sweet. This is a bit pricey but worth it. Will be returning. read more
