I came in alone for a late lunch, and the restaurant only had about two tables occupied. When I walked in and sat down, no one greeted me. Another customer had to tell the staff that I was there. When the lady came out, she didn't walk over to my table or offer a menu or drinks. She just stood there and waited for me to speak, which was confusing. Since I didn't receive a menu, I ordered what I assumed was their specialty -- a duck salad with vermicelli soup. My table was dirty, so I asked if it could be wiped, but it wasn't cleaned. When the food arrived, there was an unpleasant smell, and I wasn't sure if that was normal. No water was offered still. I ate quickly and asked for a to-go box. I had to walk to the cashier to ask for one, and I was pointed to the bags and boxes and expected to grab everything myself.
