This is a great new authentic Vietnamese spot in Everett. The restaurant is newly remodeled with a vibrant modern touch. We got the Shaking Beef and the Special Broken Rice dish. Both dishes were presented very aesthetically and tasted flavorful. An area for improvement that we experienced was that certain food on our dishes were mild when presented. The shaking beef would have been better if the beef came out warmer/hotter. The egg patty and pork chop on the rice dish was also mild. We also tried the coconut ube cloud & guava lychee drink from the cafe and both drinks were delicious! Unfortunately forgot to snap pics of the drinks. Overall, this place is definitely worth a try and we will definitely revisit. Being a new business, they are working through areas for improvement, but I'm excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant and cafe with this type of ambience and authenticity in the Everett area. read more

We always go to pho restaurant down in everett mall way. My friends told me to come over here and try. So we decided to come check it out today. I order P2 noodle on the menu. The soup its so delicious,ask for chili oil (they keep it in the fridge) which is a BIG PLUS from me. They also have 3 options of different noodle,my friend will like it cause theres EGG noodle options. The MEAT (brisket,rare steak) everything sooo soft and TENDER! OMG! I dont know what to say,i ENJOY a lot! Service is also very good! Ambiance for me still okay maybe because they still soft opening. As a clearly blonde white American girl! I always tell people I identify as Vietnamese! I love the food, culture and have visited Vietnam 7 times over the years. This restaurant is the closest thing to Vietnam i have ever experienced. The food is amazing and menu offers traditional Vietnamese dishes! The biggest win for my family is the lemon grass drink! That most likely seems odd because their food really does steal the show! It takes the cake for us though because my 10 year old son fell in love with a lemon grass limeade drink in Ho Chi Minh City! He fell so in love with it the first time he visited Vietnam that the second time we had to stay at the same hotel just so he could get it again. I searched high and low in seattle for any restaurant that had anything close to that drink for him. No place existed. Until here! This new hidden gem in Everett of all places! Has my sons long lost craving! On top of that it not only has all the missing southern Vietnamese dishes that you can't just find anywhere! Amazing food and amazing service! Such a great experience here! My husband ordered the broken rice with pork chop, and it was perfectly grilled: juicy, flavorful, and paired really well with the rice and sides. I also tried the Wagyu steak pho, and wow... the broth was rich and clean, and the fresh flat noodles made a huge difference. You can really taste how authentic the pho is. Finally more vietnamese food options up north, more than pho I mean!!! But this place has a great pho bowl that ypu can add a whole beef rib!!! This place is huge! Its is located in the old Hunan Chinese restaurant location, and if you were here in the 90s that was a place for many asian weddings and events if you lived up north, they still have some of the decor and furnishings, as they did remodel but it looks like in stages and not completely finished. Finally found a fantastic place, great service (shoutout Long), great environment! Their coffee and drink selections were amazing, we got Coconut Coffee and Guava Lychee tea. We had been wanting to check this restaurant out for a while and had a chance to try last weekend. Overall, the food was pretty average. They have great food selection and but nothing stood out. We tried the bún bò Huế, broken rice, and bánh hỏi, and I'd give each about 2.5/5 stars at most. The flavors were underwhelming and not very memorable. I bought into the social media craze and was excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we'll be back. Our egg roll was drenched in oil and my husband's pho had a piece of plastic in it. Not a small piece, a sizable 1.5" piece. When I told the server he said "oh sorry" and charged us full price for our meal (2x pho, 1x egg roll, 1x pandan coffee). We did not finish our food because quite frankly.. the piece of melted plastic was off putting. I stopped feeing my 8 month old the pho because I couldn't trust the quality standard of the food. When we told another server about our issue he offered to comp the pho but I had already paid so instead, he gave us 2x 20% off voucher. I will say the flat fresh noodle was good and so was the pandan coffee (hence the 2 stars). Idk if I'll be back based on our experience. Pho Laday in Mukilteo or Pho Asia house is so much better. read more

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. We ordered just three items, yet somehow ended up waiting over an hour for our food. An hour for three dishes is completely unreasonable, especially when the restaurant wasn't busy enough to justify that kind of delay. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of keeping us informed or apologizing for the excessive wait, the staff acted like nothing was wrong. We had to wonder what was happening with our order because no one bothered to provide an update. A simple apology or explanation would have gone a long way, but we got neither. the experience had already been ruined. No meal is worth sitting around for over an hour with little communication and poor service. There are plenty of excellent Vietnamese restaurants that know how to treat their customers with respect and manage orders efficiently. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on the service alone. read more

Very solid Vietnamese food. The Bun Bo Hue was excellent with lots of meat and flavorful broth. Ask for extra chili sauce on the side if you like it spicier The Pho broth was authentic and portions generous. My elderly Viet parents approved and they are hard to please. My husband is very picky when it comes to pho broth. We've been on the hunt for the last 4 years with no success (in Everett). When we finally tried QOS, my husband immediately agrees that the broth hit the spot - it was clear, yet, flavorful. I hope they never change the broth. Food presentation was also very good. I wish they gave a bit more fish sauce to the vermicelli bowls, though, because lot felt as if I was eating plain noodles at one point. As for service, the server was great, but there is room for improvement. Service was slow,considering that there were barely anyone in the dining area. The restaurant was very clean and huge (as big as a dim sum restaurant). There's lots of parking for the restaurant outside as well. Really close to the freeway, which makes the location perfect even if you are coming from far away. The service is fantastic - we were checked in on several times throughout the meal, they came to fill our waters immediately when they were at half, and offered suggestions with the menu with some background as well (for example, their flat/fresh noodles are fresh daily and flat noodles are the normal noodle that pho in Vietnam use--they are also only one of two restaurants that offer it for all their pho). The food itself was amazing! Their pho broth is light and clear (very different from the typical beef broth other pho restaurants in Seattle do). The brisket pulled apart and the wagyu rare steak was so tender. My friend got the short ribs, which were just as tender. All their food felt fresh, clean, and high quality. Absolutely incredible experience! I love Pho so finding a spot that has a good version is very difficult, but this beautiful place has an amazing tasting Pho! The broth is so delicious! The appetizer chicken wings were so flavorful that even my little granddaughter loved them, and she is super picky! Very spacious, and seating is quick after signing in, even with a party of 7! Another 10 for my BBH to come out. And started to eat first while my husband waited for the bun thit nuong cha gio. Another 10 for the bun cha gio to come out because the server forgot to deliver to our table cause they said so! All during this....a group behind us got seated and had to leave cause they took too long after being seated to order because they were on lunch hour. They could be newbies at running a restaurant. Not impressed with this place. I didn't order food. Just a drink. I called over the phone and the girl who answered just said "hello" I wasn't even sure if I called the correct place. I placed my order and she asked for my phone number which I had to repeat to her 3 times because she didn't understand. She then asked me "what did you order again?" Terrible customer service over one simple drink and they can't even answer the phone properly. I got to the establishment and the girl was still making my drink while I was paying and she was gossiping with her co workers and taking her time just talking and talking. From the beginning, the atmosphere when you enter is bright and welcoming. The staff is friendly and the owner came over to speak with us. The food is made to order and so very delicious. I had the short ribs and they were PERFECTLY made with the right amount of char. The lettuce and veggies were fresh. The Thai tea was one of the best we have had. It was so creamy and flavorful without being overly sweet. The bahn mi sandwich was full of delicious tasty chicken nestled in a huge piece of fresh french bread. My son devoured every last bite of it. The pho comes out piping hot in a HUGE bowl. They only have one size. He had wagyu rare steak and brisket and could not stop raving about it. We all got a separate small bowl of just the broth to sip on with our meal. Lastly, but definitely not least, the vermicelli bowl was just as good and delicious. The egg roll tasted like it was made fresh in house not like most of the restaurants that serve egg rolls that taste mushy and pre-made bc they were frozen.
