Next thing I know he hands me a receipt for $30 and "come back tomorrow" - then walked away with my clothes to the back. Zero to little eye contact, didn't tell me what time the next day it would be ready. He's gone in the back of the shop and I'm holding a receipt, feeling left out of the equation. I asked for my clothes back, he was visibly frustrated and took my receipt back. In my opinion, the way a place treats their customers tells you how they treat their work. No thanks. I went to another place. The owner there gave me the cost upfront and even asked about the funeral and offered condolences. I'll even pay a bit more any day for better service and a bit of humanity.
