Just go somewhere else and avoid this place!…read more Man, I travel this area and liked this laundry mat. I've seen the reviews but my experience was always fine. I went inside first without my laundry bag and was checking the machines this time to see if they switched to credit cards and then went to look for the coin machine. The employee started pressing me with questions. I completely understand all the issues with bad people and laundry mats. Honestly I hate laundry mats and only use them when I travel because there's more machines than a hotel. But this time the worker was very weird and rude. I asked him why he's being so skeptical and he said people come to just get quarters. You know there's some people that just don't understand all the bad practices people have and I was unaware but it was to my expense. I see lots of things wrong here and this place is just headed the wrong direction. I am seriously in disbelief about this place.

I've dried them three times, and they're still wet? That's ridiculous! I prefer the card system at Sierra Madre Laundry because it has an app that alerts my phone when the wash and dryer are done. Additionally, their dryers actually thoroughly dry clothes the first time. And I can add funds on the app and check my balance. However, the kiosk here couldn't read my card to display my balance. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade in the POS system. And seriously, it's high time they installed a working air conditioning system!
