I went in to ask about the cost and turn around time for a suit for a funeral. The guy at the counter looked at the clothing, didn't answer my question but went straight to "number?" I'm new, but ok I'll give you my info to get a price. He types in my name and number. Next thing I know he hands me a receipt for $30 and "come back tomorrow" - then walked away with my clothes to the back. Zero to little eye contact, didn't tell me what time the next day it would be ready. He's gone in the back of the shop and I'm holding a receipt, feeling left out of the equation. I asked for my clothes back, he was visibly frustrated and took my receipt back. In my opinion, the way a place treats their customers tells you how they treat their work. No thanks. I went to another place. The owner there gave me the cost upfront and even asked about the funeral and offered condolences. I'll even pay a bit more any day for better service and a bit of humanity. read more

Stopped by to get some dry cleaning done. It is in a plaza located on Baldwin. However, the parking lot is separated into 2 sections. Have to beware of where you park if you are coming for the dry clean. A gentleman served me, and he was very nice and helpful. There was one time I forgot to bring my receipt when I come pick up my dry clean, and he helped me out. Pricing is reasonable. Will continue to come back. read more

I've been their customer for nearly two and half decades at least and I have always been satisfied by the quality services they've always delivered. I really appreciated May , the owner, who is a talented seamstress. She does all my alterations herself! I'd always bring my new dresses, skirts and jeans for her to help me adjust to fit my body to perfection. She is always there to greet her customers each day and made everyone felt special. It was Friday after work that I had to rush out of the house to take my coat for dry cleaning but it was past 5:00 PM already and I needed it back to wear on Sunday. The dry cleaners in the Von's store could not take my coat because they can't get it done on time. I searched for the nearest dry cleaners through google and found this Quick Clean Center. I hurriedly drove there because they close at 6:00 PM. It was a relief that they could do it Friday and get it back Saturday for only $12.00. (I saw them all them time going to Tannca anyway) Dry cleaning for my 2-piece suit came out to $13.80 (before new customer discount on Yelp check-in). 15% off for new customers, their prices are the lowest in the area (I did my homework), and the turnaround is 1-2 days (so fast!). Horrible service! Don't bring your business here. They are terrible people. I went to pick up for my wife and both the lady and the guy had big time attitude issue. First the lady cannot find the garment which was paid for in her system. Then the guy had a light bulb moment and realize which piece it was. He then proceeded to say negative comment regarding my wife. He commented that "This was dropped off by the lady that was crying about it". Really?! I thought I heard it wrong because how could a business be so rude and say something like this to a customer? Then, he added in a very negative tone of voice "It's been here over a month". Even as often as I travel in the past which can be 7-8 times a year between the US and Asia and despite not residing in Arcadia anymore, I still come back here to drop off my laundry. Everything is always professionally done and no false promises like some other places. It's family owned and run. My family usually goes here to get their clothes dry cleaned so I decided to drop off my jacket. I recently bought this jacket and haven't washed it on my own. Unfortunately after the dry cleaning service, my jacket got ruined.. I thought dry cleaning was supposed to prevent clothes from bleeding (since the jacket is red) but apparently not? When I was a kid, my mommy taught me to say please and thank you, to look someone in the eye and smile when you speak with them, to treat others with respect you might expect in return. As my experience here has always been very positive, I was surprised to read a few one-star reviews before making my own entry here... But then, I recalled my last visit to Quick, during which I witnessed a well-dressed customer making surly demands and treating the owners like rented mules. I've seen some classist garbage in my day, but this cosmopolitan lady was in a class all her own. Oh, and her purse was a knock-off... Dish dish. I was ready to lose my cool, thinking maybe I was on one of those hidden camera TV shows. Incredibly, the owners were patient and professional. The staff have always been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. If there is any stain in my clothing, they always try their best to get it out, and let you know if they were unable to get it out completely (they at least get out 95% of the stain). Their hours are very convenient and reasonably fair. Their prices are very affordable as well as consistent. My family has been going to them for a long time. They take especially (in my opinion) excellent care in tailored shirts/pants. My dad's work shirts/pants always look clean, prestige, and snazzy when I pick them up. They are also very flexible on when to pick them up and what time. They also accept a wide variety of payment methods, which is always relieving if I forget specific credit cards at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent service as well as a excellent price point! read more
