I really loved my old cleaners, but changed job locations so my wife has been bringing my dry cleaning to this place. However I have now had several shirts ruined with excessive wear around the collar that I am certain is due to way the shirts are handled. The first time this was discussed with them they said it might just be normal wear though the normal areas of wear like tip of collar corners of cuffs are not worn at all. The cloth at the top edge of the collar has holes, worn through. Most likely from the way the collar is pressed. This appears suddenly. This is not wear from my collar as I never have it buttoned all the way up and since I slouch slightly there is rarely contact with my neck in that area. Plus in decades with the same shirts I have never had this wear pattern with my old cleaners. All my shirts are made to measure by the same tailor so it is not an issue with these specific shirts. I can't continue to bring my shorts here as I will soon have to replace all of them at this rate. read more

Love this place. Started coming here about 6 months ago, and I stop in about 2 times a week. They dry clean my husbands business shirts and slacks. They always do a great job. They are very friendly and polite. If needed they can do same or next day. Their prices are competitive too. Very good prices. I highly recommend this place! Look no further!!!! I needed a blazer pressed pretty urgently for an event I was going to ( most cleaners in the area said I had to drop off by 10am for 1 hour service) Not only did they accommodate my request; it was done in under 10 minutes while I waited. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! When I went there to pick up my clothes, the owner, who was extremely rude, told me my clothes were already picked up. I told him I had not picked them up yet. he said: yes you did. My computer does not lie. Then I told him I was 100% positive I had not picked up my clothes. He said, maybe your friend did for you. I do not have your clothes. I got really upset with him and started to argue with him. Finally he went to the other side of the store and did find my clothes. But he did not say sorry at all. All he said was "oh my computer must went wrong." When I told him I was not happy at all about what just happened, he said "whatever, I don't care." OMG. I was recommended to this place by a co-worker of mine a couple of years back because a local department store had totally messed up the original hem on my jeans... Needless to say, I've been going back to this place ever since for original hemming of my jeans and dry cleaning of my work clothes. I was in desperate need of a reliable and relatively cheap dry cleaning service. I found this place had great reviews on Yelp and it is close enough to drop off my suits and pick up in a couple of days. This place is great if you can overlook the congestion of cars and parking in this little shopping center. There's a skate shop on the corner, a pub, 2-3 restaurants, a bakery, a hair salon, some boutique shop, a donut shop, etc. in the shopping center. So to mitigate that ruckus of parking- there are two or three parking spots that are 5 minute spots in front of the cleaners and in front of the hair salon place are 15 minute spots. It's great too because when I picked up my suits, the guy behind the counter yelled, "HEY THOSE ARE 5 MINUTE SPOT" to a girl that walked off to the bakery. She yelled back, "yeah, I KNOW!" What friendly repertoire. Jackets are $7 and suits are $12. Anything else, I have no clue, but this place is honest and they have a candy bowl! I love the candy bowl! It's a sweet touch especially when I'm in the middle of running errands. I picked up the chewy Werthers last time and it was so tasty! read more

So I stumbled upon Quick Clean last year through yelp. The first time I came here I brought in a coat. They only charged me $7 for it, which I thought was a steal. However, they told me it wouldn't be ready until the following week. 4 months later I brought in the same coat and a blazer. They charged me $10 for the coat and $7 for the blazer. That was a big price jump there, and I had to wait a week to pick up the clothing. I came back for the third time just a couple weeks ago. I had a couple blood stains on the back of a dress because some stupid lady who was pinning my dress for alteration bled on it. Quick Cleaners weren't able to completely remove the stain. They said their chemicals weren't effective enough since I tampered with the dress when I tried using salt and water to remove it myself beforehand. I was fine with it because they were able to lighten up the stain, but I was a little shocked when they rung me up. They charged me $12 for it. I mention this story to my friends and one of friends who came here as well got charged $15 for the same dress as mine (we were bridesmaids) because she wanted same day service. Overall, this place has great service, they're very friendly and nice, but outrageous prices. I actually found another dry cleaning place who only charges $6 for my dresses and the place has same day service with no extra fees. read more

Saro took the time to explain the issues and offer some ideas on what he was able to do. Low and behold a week later I had my jacket back looking like new. Excellent alterations and hemming services! I normally get my dry cleaning done at another joint, but for alterations and hemming this is my favorite place. I took a pair of jeans to this one lady in San Gabriel and she did a sub-par job. So for my next new batch of pants I decided to take it to Quick Clean. I brought jeans, a pair of theory pants, and a pair of men's golf pants for alterations. The alterations were very very cheap (between $6-8) and were very professionally done and ready in only a few days. Unfortunately, I'm an idiot and measured the theory pants myself and grossly miscalculated the length to be altered. I brought them back to Quick Clean and the owner (I'm assuming?) helped me re-measure and only charged me half the price to fix them. Super friendly and great service! read more

I had a designer velvet jumpsuit that was ruined from water stains, and Quick Clean Cleaners offered two options in restoring it back to its original condition. This is a great cleaners! I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue. Always get great service from the staff. They also do alterations on site. Got one of my suit jackets taken in a bit, they did a great job. I use to take my shirts to a shop that was a little cheaper, but I always had some random creases on my shirts. I believe that you get what you pay for. You pay cheap, you get cheap. They do the work on site, so you know your clothes aren't getting shipped off to some other place and shipped back. This also makes the service a lot faster. If you're looking for a good cleaners with reasonable prices, then this is your place. Try it out or don't, in the end, it's your choice. read more

Beware they will try to cheat you. I have only used the Fluff/Fold Laundry sevice. After several times I realized they were charging me for the container I brought the clothes in. Since they charge by the pound I was over charged at least $12 for the 8 or so times I used them. I did get a discount for the next several times. When we moved to Arcadia we made a tour of three nearby cleaners, asking (1) to see some of their already-cleaned, white garments and (2) for a price list. Quick Clean had white whites (not made dingy by the cleaning) and had prices on the low side of those we checked. (No dry cleaning prices are low, of course!) It has been a very happy decision. It's a family-run business and the staff is great to work with, always willing to go the extra mile. I once asked for a sewing project (beyond the scope of normal alterations) that Mae wasn't able to do. After spending her own time to try to do it (the right way! -- which was important to me) and it wasn't working with my fabrics, she undid it, steamed the fabric it to make it like new, returned it to me, and refused to take a dime for her efforts. Most people would have done it anyway, and presented me with a substandard job in order to get their payment. My husband and I really appreciate being able to do business with Quick Clean. read more
