Of course, when I needed a cleaners I went to Yelp. Maybe a year ago. This was the one rated best around Sierra Madre. Had some bad experiences elsewhere. So, I tried them out. By the 5th visit, they were calling me by name when I walked in. Everyone here is friendly and professional, despite some of the screaming maniacs I have witnessed attacking the staff while waiting my turn. C'mon people, it's a freaking shirt, not your best crystal. Prices are fine. I go once a week, and I've never had an issue. If I did, my review would be a 4, but so far only perfect service. Oh yeah, on a Saturday, parking can be tough. There are several 5 minute spots right out front if nobody's breaking the rules. Otherwise, be prepared for full-contact parking wars. Update: Original review was 4/3/2012. Now, 2 years later, I would add more stars if I only could. 3 years of Saturdays, and the service has never wavered. read more

Truth be told, I wandered into Quick Clean Center since it was literally a stone-throw away from my apt. + I have little to no experience when it comes to dry cleaning services but one thing I know for sure that I can always count on Quick Clean to get the job done/keep my work clothes fresh. Didn't know that they were a family run business but I kinda put two & two together after meeting Saro (taller/well-spoken gentleman) and eventually meeting his mom who was super-sweet because not only she altered some of my jeans but she also repair a few of my ripped clothes while offering advice on how to keep it from happening again. Like I said, i don't know too much about dry-cleaning prices/bargains but QCC always get the job done with a friendly smile on their faces. What more could you ask for? read more

My family and I have been coming here for 15+ years and have always received excellent service. Their customer service is something that cannot be matched anywhere else. From dry cleaning to tailoring, they provide the highest quality of care for our clothing. I read a recent review of this business complaining about the owner's treatment of minorities.. I can say for the past 15+ years of frequenting this location, I have never once seen/heard the owners treat their customers with anything but the upmost respect. When looking for a cleaner, it can be difficult to find a good one with so many different options. I can tell you, try this place first and you will not be disappointed. The family owned business provides excellent service, perfectly pressed clothing, and makes you feel like family. I've been going to Quick Clean for years - both for my cleaning and alterations. Things always come out perfectly - they're honest enough to tell me if there's something like beading on a top and they're concerned about how it will hold up, I should wash it. Never does anything smell like cleaning solvent! Some of my things are an investment and I feel perfectly comfortable having them cleaned there. I've lived several miles west of the cleaners and now east of the cleaners and just wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I basically wore suits to work every day for the past year, and Quick Clean has been the highlight of my corporate experience. They have also handled my embroidered table cloths and down jackets. My family has been coming to Quick Clean for at least 35 years now. I have sent more customers to them than I can count over the years, without any hesitation, and continue to recommend them to anyone looking for the best in the San Gabriel Valley. They are simply fabulous at dry cleaning and alterations. Mae and John treat you like family, and now their son Saro does the same. I can't tell you how many times I have rushed in panicked, needing something quickly cleaned, or hemmed, or mended and it is always done quickly and beautifully. One of our favorite stories is when my husband dropped off some suits to be pressed and had forgotten he had an envelope in the pocket with a large amount of cash for some upcoming business travel. They immediately called when they found the envelope and returned it to us the same day. They are such an honest and hardworking family, (as are their employees) which can be hard to find these days. They have gotten out stains and saved expensive clothing for us many times over. I am challenged in the sewing department and have relied on Mae to hem, mend and fix everything from suits to uniforms to formal dresses to jeans. She is a magician with a needle, thread and a sewing machine. My husband's dress shirts are always perfectly starched, buttons always replaced (without asking, they just notice the little things) and the price is so very reasonable. They make sure you can park and get in and out and on to the next errand, not easy when the other businesses in the strip mall try to use all the parking in the lot. They do a great job on hemming and tailoring. The clothes always come back well-cleaned and pressed. Been coming here for years and got to say this family run business is on point. Had a button that needed to be replaced on a shirt of mine but kept forgetting to ask them to replace it. Then one day without asking, it was replaced with a new one!!! I cant even remember which shirt needed the button just that all my buttons were good on all my shirts. I found Quick Clean on Yelp. I guess my expectations may have been too high. There are so many very positive reviews. I encountered friendly staff reasonable prices ($12 for suit). They also didn't charge for the numerous broken/missing buttons on the garments (bonus!). However, there were a few communication issues. I specifically asked if the clothes would be ready the following day. I was told "yes" and that there was no extra charge (bonus!). I was told the clothes would be ready afternoon-this is where I or they could have clarified the exact meaning of 'afternoon'. I assumed that the pick-up time would be sometime after 12:00 (you know after the noon hour). I arrived at 2:30 and the clothes were not ready. I was told they would be ready after 5. After 5 PM is their definition of afternoon. I was unable to return after 5 PM and before their 7 PM closing. This resulted in my husband leaving for a business trip sans his suits. Once the clothes were in my possession and available for inspection, I found them to be in good to great condition. The staff was very apologetic about the mix up. Here are the plusses: Very friendly Reasonable prices Good quality Don't charge extra for next day service Here are the minuses: Poor communication on store policies The printed tickets do not match the verbal statements of the staff (i.e. they told me it would ready the next day and the ticket was printed for two days turn-around. John, Mae, Saro and Taline are the wonderful family members who run this small business. They are vested in the community, generous, and just wonderful to do business with. The customer "comes first" with this cleaners. Mae has been doing alterations and the whole team has been doing dry cleaning for my family for nearly 20 years. Mae even did alterations for our local middle-school band...over 100 uniform alterations in a little over a week and she was very generous in her pricing, "for the cause of the kids". They are exceptional in their customer service; friendly, trustworthy, and just THE BEST to work with. Their prices are very reasonable. By the way, "Dennis C.", every time I'm in Quick Clean I see Asian American customers in there being treated with the same respect and courtesy that I am. So maybe you need an attitude check. You shouldn't write negative reviews for a business you never were a customer of!! read more

Decided to bump this one up. Even though I now go to a different dry cleaner for my regular cloth (see my previous review why). I find they are very good for quick turn arounds same day or next day. So I dont mind paying their regular prices if I need things in a pinch. There were two times I needed my shirts in 24 hours and they delivered. So I will keep coming for that purpose. read more

I've been bringing my clothes to Quick Clean for about four years now and I've been very happy with their service. They're always very friendly and accommodating; whenever I have asked if I can have my clothes the next day they have never said no. Even my grandmother, who is a VERY picky woman when it comes to her clothes, had me take some of her pants there to be cleaned and pressed and she was so impressed and happy with their service. They do a great job and have the Best Customer Service I dont live in Arcadia anymore and I still drive 15min to do my dry cleaning here.

I don't use dry cleaners very often, most of my wardrobe doesn't require it. When I moved to the area about a year ago, I tried a dry cleaner that I saw while driving around on errands (NOT Quick Clean). I dropped off my stuff one Saturday, but then had a very difficult time picking up my stuff because they had very limited hours, every time I went by, they were closed. When I finally picked up my clothes, the prices were outrageous, so I looked for another here on yelp. Lo and behold, I found the rave reviews for Quick Clean, and I am happy to say they were right. I've used them on a couple of occasions now, and am extremely happy with the service. My clothes come back clean and well pressed, and they haven't given me any excuse about women's clothes being harder to press, something that I've encountered at other dry cleaners. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and their staff is very pleasant to deal with. I'm so happy to have found a dry cleaners. Thanks, fellow yelpers, for recommending this place! read more
