Fast and excellent service. Reasonable price. Located in a big strip mall, plenty of parking. But their store actually is located ON Huntington (facing). Unless you park on the street, you will have a very short walk there. Store look clean, open and organized. They use a computerized system. It will actually texted you when your garments is ready (and it's mostly in 2 days.) very convenient. Will definitely recommend them! read more

Great service when you're in a pinch. The turnaround at loyal cleaners was great. I only had one blazer pressed but it was returned perfectly cared for and the next day. The customer service was really great as well and I would definitely recommend this business. read more

The guy working at the front is great and provides excellent service. However, the woman working there wouldn't even make eye contact let alone say thank you. This happened several times. The dry cleaning itself was mostly fine although there were a few times where my suit jacket/shirt wasn't what you would expect freshly dry cleaned. read more

Been coming here for just over a year. Have cleaners in my town but here they understand customer service and with a smile! Joe is ALWAYS so pleasant and remembers your name. Camille the owner is just as pleasant. They take ownership when making a mistake. Great business, great service, great job!!! read more

I bring my white lab coats here. They restore those things so well! Clean, crisp, bright white. Looks new!

I discovered this place on Yelp and it is one of the best dry cleaners I have gone to when it comes to price and staff. Everything I have given to them has come back clean. There is one guy Jose who works there and always helps me, even when he is about to close the doors and I really call that customer service and appreciate his help. read more

I came here to get an old vintage coat dry cleaned and was very impressed by their customer service and handling of the garment. I was quoted 2-3 days service, but it was ready sooner than that. Their store is clean and open. I would definitely recommend this cleaner and will be going back whenever I need this kind of service. read more

Needed to get a large beanbag cover dry cleaned. The gentleman working there was respectful, and very helpful. Only cost $18 to do and was ready a day earlier than I was told, which was fine by me! The cover was perfect, smelled amazing and soft again. Will come back. read more

Fluff & Fold service is a total ripoff. I dropped off several pounds of shirts and was charged $14/lb ... a little pricey given place down the street charged less than half that. But place down the street did not use fabric softener and their detergent was harsh on my clothes .. so i was willing to pay up for full professional treatment. Well this place must've let my clothes sit for a day and a half because every shirt stinks. Bad. Like, remove it from your body, wash it again and use Fabreze bad. They also did not use fabric softener and another of my sweatshirts that I only wore two times is faded. I guess They just charged me for the labor to fold - which was exceptional. The folding was outstanding. But they literally only had one job. And as a business I expect them to get the whole "clean clothes" / "fresh as a flower" concept down. read more

Wow so so impressed by the cleaning! I took my dress to another cleaner down the street who turned me away because he said it was too dirty. Gave this place a try and it did not disappoint!!!!!! I thought there was no hope for the dress but it's basically brand new!! Will definitely be coming back. Gentleman who helped me was so kind as well!!! read more

Yes I found this place to be very attentive to my needs. Very satisfied in their work and their presence for their customers. I would definitely recommend this place to the monrovians and surrounding cities. read more

I made a short review earlier but decided to make a longer one due to my recent (and great) experience with Loyal Cleaners. The first time I went here, Jesse explained to me the whole process and was very kind. I went in on a Saturday to drop off my suit and got it back as early as Tuesday. And most recently, I dropped off my suit this past Monday and was planning to pick it up Thursday. However, I had an unexpected interview scheduled for that Wednesday and was worried that I would not be able to get my suit back in time. Jesse was so kind and understanding that he tracked down my suit and got it ready for me to pick up that Tuesday. Absolute great hospitality. Also, the prices are very affordable. I truly appreciate Jesse and his team for going the extra mile to make sure I had my suit in time for my interview. read more

I rarely go to the dry cleaners. I'll be honest, they weren't my first choice (I went to another business that had 5 stars first). But when that business said it would cost me $100 to dry clean my comforter (which isn't even an expensive down comforter!) I had to find another place. This place is close to where I live and had good ratings. (I had tried it once before to get a suit cleaned, but the turnaround time didn't meet my deadline, which is why I started going to the 5-star business mentioned earlier.) Anyway, my comforter was very dirty (my dog leans against it at night), but they gave it back to me WHITE - like it was new! He said he ran it through three times and spot cleaned it. I appreciated the extra touch (I figured it was a lost cause). AND he told me it would take three days, but it was done in two! I will definitely come back again!!! This is why they're called LOYAL cleaners - their customers will loyally return! read more

I am pretty over this place after my last experience. Brought in a couple of shirts that were stained. I told the person working about the stains and showed them to him and he said not to worry about it and that they would treat it. So I came back to pick up the shirts and there was a note about the stains not getting out. So the person working (new person) said oh you didn't get the stain treatment. First off, I had no idea that was an option and I would have paid for it if I knew. Secondly, rather than offering me the stain treatment upon pickup, she just gave me back the shirts and charged me for them to be drycleaned. Obviously, I do not have much use for stained shirts so the whole experience was pretty worthless and a waste of money. I took the shirts back to my house and soaked them and put on some spray and washed them and the stains came out. So I am sure for a full-scale Drycleaning and laundry place, they could have gotten the stains out if they put a little bit of effort into it. Going to find a new drycleaning place. read more

Definitely will be coming here more often. They do a very good job and I love their positive attitude. read more

Really friendly, easy, and prompt service! It was done earlier than expected and I was given a discount for the first visit, which is always nice. It's located at the entrance of the shopping center (across the street from Wells Fargo). I had some trouble finding it at first. They keep their doors open during business hours and have plexiglass at the register, so I felt safe going here during covid. read more

I recently decided to change my cleaners due to increasing costs and service that wasn't quite up to the quality expected. I found Loyal Cleaners here on yelp, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The staff is always friend, and efficient, the prices are quite reasonable and my clothes come back flawless. The street parking can sometimes be a bit tricky to navigate, but that's a small price to pay for great service. I highly recommend Loyal Cleaners. Oh, it gets better, they even offer pickup and delivery if you so choose. read more
