SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!!! I would run fast and hard away from this place...better yet, don't stop!! We came to look for a trailer and Rusty was SO sugar sweet. We found one we liked but there were minor things wrong with it. (Mind you they have a sales pitch that says "we will not put any RV on our lot that hasn't been completely gone thru and in working order".) We told him about our concerns and he put everything in the contract and said they would all be addressed. It was missing the propane tank covers, the battery cover and he admitted that the self leveler would have to be repaired. We felt really good after we walked out after giving him the check. A week later: We come back to do the walk thru (and to make sure everything that required power and water work correctly). The leveling jacks are the only thing on the contract that were fixed. Well...with power and water we found some more issues wrong with the trailer. We went into the office with the tech to discuss the additional minor items with Rusty. He kept cutting us off and then finally said "you know what? How about I just give your check back since you are so unhappy?" (We NEVER said anything about being unhappy!?) Isn't a "walk thru" to discover and discuss any additional problems?! We said no we will take the trailer as long as you fix the items that are on the contract. He was VISIBLY unhappy and quickly became not so sugary sweet. THEN when my husband went into his office to sign for the dmv tags, he told my husband "you are THE WORST customers I have EVER had to deal with in the 15 years doing business". The man will lie and screw you anyway you can. I wish we would have read the reviews of this place before we even went in but the Craigslist ad has no mention of a dealer. They make it out to look like it's an individual selling an RV. Only when we got there did we find out it was a dealer. That is his ploy to get you in there before you have a chance to look up his reviews. I read thru some of the other reviews after this happened and I surely can't be the "WORST customer" he has had to deal with because all the negative reviews are about the same crooked dealings with this man! He should be put out of business. I am reporting to every department I can and if you have had a negative experience with this man I encourage you to do the same! Maybe we can all save at least one unknowing person from getting robbed!! Also if you consign with him be aware that he robs parts off other trailers to fix yours! He took someone else's propane tank holders and battery belt and put it in ours!!!! Stay tuned....I am sure there will be more we find out he has done.... Update 9/21/22 Found that whoever put the water pump in did not even install it correctly. The tech we had come out said it looks like whoever put it in was in a hurry because it was basically just thrown in there with a zip tie. Needless to say, we found that it was bad after we discovered the underbelly of the trailer was full of water from the leaking water pump. We had that replaced. We had a tech come back out to check out why the furnace was blowing fuses. The control box for the furnace is not a furnace control box at all. Someone took the box that came with the trailer originally and put this aftermarket plastic control box that doesn't even have a furnace part in it and then rigged the wiring so that the air conditioner would work. He probably took a control box off of another trailer on his lot and thrown in ours so that when we picked it up the ac would work. It was the middle of the summer and we failed to test the furnace when we picked it up. These people are BAD BAD people yall. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! read more

Oh my gosh! I had called first to ask a few questions and spoke to Tiffany. She was SO nice! When we arrived, Tiffany greeted us right away with a BIG smile! Tiffany and Rusty were AWESOME in helping us find the trailer we were looking for. They asked lots of questions and gave us a ton of information. The entire purchasing process was flawless. They had Brian do a complete walk-through with us with the trailer. They fixed anything that was wrong with it which was only a couple of things, and told us to call them if we had any more issues. They were amazing! We left feeling like we had just gained a couple of new great friends! We feel we got a great deal on the trailer and we were treated with great respect and the entire process was really a lot of fun! I strongly recommend Quality 1 RV! Go See Tiffany and Rusty! Update to previous review on 5/4/20 Tiffany saw my review (slipped by saying this) and called me to tell me the title will be mailed. I was really nice and let her talk but I did tell her that were many HOLES in all the tanks. She immediately tried to tell me that maybe where we parked there was a problem. NOOOOOOO immediately after I picked it up on Saturday we hooked up to an RV park and saw the first leak not knowing all the holes that were in there. I told Tiffany that I don't like to argue and to please let me know how this can be corrected. I had requested via text to Rusty the owner Monday morning to have Jimmy call me as to the heat not working. NOBODY ever called. In speaking to Tiffany she said she contacted seven vendors to patch the holes as replacing ALL THE TANKS would be expensive. I waited and waited nobody ever called me. Then she texted me saying "After all I did for you you gave us a bad review." She knew it from the beginning otherwise she never would have contacted me. At the RV park two days after I picked it up we had an mechanic come out and said we got burned. Rodents made those big holes - Rusty the owner said the Travel Trailer was sitting on the side of this woman's house and it was only used for guests when I picked it up. I didn't understand cuz I thought it was checked out. I also asked Rusty about new steps he was supposed to order for me. He has NEVER contacted me about that or regarding the or the text asking him for help. Fast forward, there is one person who has contacted me. I have been making calls around and everyone said no patching, replace the tanks, all four of them ....huge holes .... approximately $3400-4500. What an expense and why did this company allow this to be sold like this? Tiffany tried to turn it on me like I'm ungrateful for her help. However, the only reason she ever contacted me is because she read the first review. Yesterday I finally got the title .... with two names on it and it was a REPO.... If Rusty told me that it was a REPO I never would have bought it. It is disgusting no calls from Rusty, Tiffany made an effort to cover herself.... had two blow outs, bought five tires to try to get home from Texas to Las Vegas .... it was scary and dangerous. It is now May 30, still have a non working travel trailer and was blown off by Tiffany ..... I have never written a bad review on any company but if you spent $13,000 cash for this and had another $800 in tires and will be another $1,000 to register it and YOU COULD NOT USE IT .... how would you feel. I would never recommend this company to anyone and maybe because I was far away this was done cuz they knew I couldn't bring it back that far, nor did they even have the courtesy to request this. It's a pity I also bought a truck to pull this ..... I have a clear conscience cuz every word I'm saying is the truth. How they can stay in business like this is beyond me. Extremely pissed off and disappointed! Was told that the used 2020 Springdale by Keystone I bought from Quality 1 Rv had been gone over from top to bottom with no issues besides the refrigerator smelling like rotten meat. Looked good to the naked eye from inside and out as it was only used for extra sleeping room for visitors, as I was told. Seems like a lot of the other reviews say the same thing, sounds better that way I guess. The trailer only looked to have minor defects on the inside that were easily fixable. BUT... Once I pulled it home, only one hour away, I noticed that the front drivers side tire was worn smooth out and the belt was showing from inside to out. Obviously from previous owner because you can't wear a tire out that fast on a one hour trip home. All the other tires were good as new. Thinking this was weird and unsafe, I pulled the tire off to inspect what was wrong. Well come to find out, the previous owner must have hit something extremely hard on the drivers side of the trailer and the front leaf spring bracket was bent, as well as the main wide flange beam that the suspension is mounted to. THE MAIN FRAME SUPPORT IS BENT! This has put the axle at a slight angle and the tire is turned out enough that is has worn it to the belt prior to me pulling it home. I didn't notice it at the dealership because the slide was out. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL, THATS A MAJOR STRUCTURAL ISSUE THAT SHOULD'NT HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED! It will take hundreds if not thousands to get it fixed. His "Professional RV Technician" went over this thing from top to bottom my ass! How does something like this get overlooked? Or they hoped I wouldn't catch it until I got home, like I did. Needless to say, I nor the 12 couples in our circle that all have campers will never do business with Quality 1 RV ever again. I don't even want to get into the refrigerator problem. Where the smell ended up not coming from the refrigerator, but the rotten meat juices that had leaked and soaked into all the boards under the refrigerator. That was hundreds to get them demoed and replaced with new boards and trim. Absolutely astounded and disgusted that a professional place of business wouldn't disclose this major issue. Filed with the BBB! Poor poor customer service! With regards to the previous review there is no doubt the owner is a likable guy but my experience was difficult to say the least. Communication is not Rusty's strong suit to say the least. Say "Anytime you and I agree on" instead of "anytime," allowing me to think I can drive to Sanger from Dallas during open hours to do a walk through. And on top of that he would not take responsibility for his lack of communication after two plus weeks of me texting him without return texts. At best he said it was "our" mistake. I was communicating but obviously he wasn't reading. He did not explain/communicate his technician was not a fulltime employee so an appointment would be required. My rig was delivered at the agreed upon time without my walk through as promised. When I pressed to have a technician come to my location to do the walk through there again silence on that end of my text messages. In the end it all happened with me phoning daily and voicing my expectations, then I was just a fly buzzing around his head. I explained from the start I was a newby and operating alone. Service was important to me but after the deal was done I felt left high and dry, he had my money. Finally technician arrived on Saturday after the Monday delivery. Johnny was pleasant and helpful. I bought a used RV that I was told it was used four times and then stored in a garage. I explained to the owner/salesman that I was single and needed to be able to trust and manage this purchase on my own. 1/12/20 Before my trailer had set in place for a week I had a big leak in the bedroom. I called and followed directions and taped the window which appears to have solved that problem and plan on caulking it later. 1/23/20 Today, I have been in the trailer now for less than two weeks and have discovered two more leaks I didn't notice with the first rain. I've reached out to the tech for Q1RV. I'll keep you updated. Make your own judgment. 1/17/ 2020 Tiffany from the paperwork dept called me requesting my insurance information. I told her that I couldn't get it to her right now but I was calling on my patients and was in the car and would not be able to get it to her till that evening. She acted a little annoyed at that but what could I do? When I got to my next stop I looked on my email to see if I could figure out what insurance company I had gone with and I called her back with that information. I thought everything was in order. Until today, Tuesday, 1/23/20 , I received a call from a Tiffany again. Seems I had spoken to so many insurance companies regarding the insurance of the RV that I sent the wrong company. Rather than tell me that I must have made a mistake she tells me that that insurance company said that I was not insured through them and went on to imply that I am trying to stall because I have not insured my RV. She even asked me what day I had started the insurance as if she was checking out my story. How about the possibility of I just made a mistake? When I attempted to advise her how she was coming across she got upset she shit me down as Rusty had. I hung up and after telling her that I would send it tonight when I got home. I was able to pull off the road and find my policy in my email account so I called to get her email address and advised her that I would send her the letter showing proof of insurance started Dec 23,2019 for the upcoming year and also I hope to get an email in return apologizing for the implications. She refused and told me there would be no apology. I guess this is in line with the previous paragraph where the owner Rusty would not take responsibility for miscommunication. If I treated customers like this in my work I would be fired even if I did apologize. Anyone expecting customer service should not purchase an RV from Quality 1 RV. Fair warning! Found this dealer on Facebook Market place. Tiffany was quick to respond to my questions. Decided to go see the unit. Met the owner, Rusty, a LSU fan, who showed me the unit and thoroughly explained it's features. He also showed me a couple of other features. After my wife came up to give her seal of approval, we quickly made the deal, and it seemed to be a fair one. Rusty added the stinger, ball, and an electric tongue jack at no charge. He also gave us a water filter and some other items. We made an appointment to pick up a few days later so I could get parking and he could have it professionally cleaned. We met with Michael the morning of our pick up appointment. During the walk through, he told us how everything worked. There were several items that did not work, which he quickly corrected. The unit had not been professionally cleaned. That is the reason for 4 stars, instead of 5. Otherwise the transaction went smoothly, and to this point we are happy with our purchase. read more

My husband and I saw the 2016 Forest River Wildwood 21RBS on Marketplace / Facebook. We decided to drive to Sanger, TX to take a look. This was our first purchase of any travel trailer, so we were nervous as any SMART buyer would be. We dealt directly with the owner, Rusty who was very nice. We signed paperwork on 9/19/20 and were going to do our walk through on Saturday, the 26th. Yesterday, I sent a message to Tiffany, exactly as below. "Hi Tiffany. We are very excited about purchasing this trailer but would feel more comfortable if you could add the following to the sales contract *awning will work and will have no holes or Tears. Only small mildew spot. *Will add roof vent cover in the bathroom that is missing. *Tighten stove burners that are loose. *Tanks are clean and will not have holes. *Everything on Trailer will be in good working order and all repairs will be done before we take delivery on Saturday, 9/26/20. We also need a list of all things covered on the cornerstone RV warranty. We don't have any info on the warranty. If you can please add all to the sales contract and email it to me, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much for your help." I received a call from the owner, Rusty this morning, very nicely stating that he wanted to cancel our deal. He said that he felt I was uncomfortable about he trailer and he didn't want a customer like me. I'm in shock. I don't feel that I was asking for too much! I just wanted something in writing from him stating that all would be in working order. This is something that Quality1 RV was not willing to do.
