I called Jay who was recommended by the staff at the park where we were staying, fully expecting to leave a voicemail since it was Saturday. But Jay picked up and I explained our issue. He promised to have a tech at our rig that afternoon. Our electrical problem turned out to be difficult to diagnose but Jay and his crew were persistent. It took a couple of days to find the problem and make the repair but in the end, they got the job done! They are busy and spread a little thin, so it helps to be patient. In our travels we've been fortunate enough to find a handful of good mobile RV techs around the country and RV Tech Mobile Services ranks high on our list. For the other reviewers who say this guy doesn't know what he's doing, they are wrong. He's a workhorse and he has the tools and know-how to trouble shoot many issues. If you want to help yourself, send him your model numbers before he comes. There are thousands of models out there and little tweaks to each one. I had an electrical issue that was stubborn and he figured it out. Yes, he charges a minimum and an hourly fee. He's worth it. He doesn't waste any time.
