They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. When I upgraded to a 27' cabin cruiser, I had to upgrade to a GMC Yukon XL (aka suburban). I didn't try it but I think there was a snowball's chance in hell I was going to be able to make that work at my existing storage facility. Enter Secure RV. This place is primarily designed for storing RVs so the rows are nice and wide and the parking spots are too. This makes picking up and dropping off the boat a breeze. This facility has 24-hour access with your own passcode. Rates were about $60 for outside parking, and $120 for covered parking. Parking spots are 10 x 30 or something like that. If you have an RV they have an onsite mechanic and various other services.

Initial meet and greet far exceeded my expectations and all the original promises tending to specific details sounded like o found the man I need to handle this repair start to finish. WRONG! I immediately signed over the insurance proceeds, wrote a personal draft for my portion which was a 1000 deductible, shook hands with Mr Terry and now fast forward time, I was happy with anything if I could just have my Rv back. The fiberglass and paint work was within my expectations but Terry didn't follow up after them for any cleaning afterwards so I showed up to the Nascar race as the filthiest rv at the track. Little fine layers of powder like dust particles was everywhere and on everything and why it was so thick and heavy inside the coach is beyond me but eventually it cleaned up. The more Rv's Terry accumulates from customers to have and hold just sitting around the shop implies to new customers like myself as he's running a tight ship, lot of expensive rigs going through which may be or may not be true regardless he kept it 3x longer than he claimed he needed and obviously it collected a fair sure over and above average amount bodyshop dust. Just this April, 5 months ago I called for a quote, wind ripped the new slide out cover and he wants me to drive it over to his location so he can visually inspect a job he's already done before. Replacing a fabric cover to the pre-existing components over a slide out seams relatively quick and easy especially if that's the business your in and you've done the exact same coach once before surely the records are still on file regardless if they are covered in a layer of Terry dust. I texted him picture with my iPhone, not good enough so I emailed them also not good enough so he demands I drive it just over 50 miles one way so he can see it in-person. I sent emails he wouldn't reply. I left voicemails he wouldn't return, finally I told the receptionist I'm looking for the owners of this establishment to notify them of the "Terry I don't care about his customer anymore" after the sell and service, raking in the insurance money and then passing the dirty bodyshop leftover mess back to the customer not all while over keeping his coach on-site might be a good time for them to know what really happened then and a year later how that same customer is being treated simply because there's not enough money involved in a slide out cover to waste Terrys precious time nor any time to call him back or any time to respond to his emails so in the end, Oct 2023, that customer took his precious time to write this review on a site that has yet to expose the truth of Terry so others whom are considering doing business at North Texas RV Repair in Krum Texas to BEWARE, recommend they continue reading about others past bad experiences with Terry mentioned on several other reviews from various websites and since his name continues to be called out over and over in bad faith settings with misleading customer's by intentionally setting them up for a service experience they later find themselves regretting ever having spoken to or met with the man whom appears wonderful but looks are very deceiving based upon his actions, his choices and decisions do NOT have anyones best interests. and history by others speaks loud the truth will alway. sound good in the beginning but turn less favorable in just slightly different scenario. benefit of future clients STOP, to reevaluate their decision and shop somewhere other than and any others to avoid the back for a redo not gonna make it easy especially if the job is less than 1000 for repair. Of course that for 30 years or something. I'll be paying on this until I die. Then 8 months later I wanted to trade it in for a bigger one and they'd only offer me $5000 trade in for it! And that's only if I upped my total to $30,000! If I wanted to spend 30 grand I'd just buy a small house! We waited at the place for EIGHT solid hours after having an appointment at 1pm we didn't actually leave until 8 pm to purchase the RV. During that 8 hours they were supposed to install a 7 pin wiring harness and braking system on my car, which they then said they couldn't do because there was "something wrong with my cars wiring", although there wasn't. They tried to charge me $500 more to "fix" it. They never installed the braking system which CAME with the purchase of my RV. I had my neighbor get the 7 pin working for $100. But still can't get the braking device installed by Camping World (which was included with my highly inflated purchase) because I keep getting the run around. AND there was sewage in the black tank when I received it although there's a huge sticker on the toilet saying "every" unit is emptied and sanitized before being sold... riiiight. There's a missing shade on one window, the screen in the emergency exit window doesn't fit, it's not even the right size, many of the interior lights don't work, they flicker and go out. The door doesn't latch right, I have to use a screwdriver sometimes to close it. Beware. Check EVERYTHING and be especially leery of last minute "problems" that cost additional.

When I got the boat back after it went through their Quality Control, the job was very poorly done and I had over spray all over the place. The boat was not clean and a mess.
