When there was a problem with what Forest River advertised and what they actually put on the unit, Lisa, the manager made it right. They quoted me a little over $2k and I know they will do a great job on that as well whenever I bring it back in and they will get another great review. I do NOT recommend this shop at ALL!…read more Everyone be careful with this shop they will take advantage of you and they do less than quality work. If you do decide to do work with this shop please go over every single nut and bolt that they touched.  More than likely you will have loose stuff everywhere. There is no quality control on the work they preform. I had to pay another local shop $1,000 after paying PTX Powersports almost 12k just to ensure me and my family safety. After I picked up my Ranger these are just a few items I found 1. Loose bolts on all brand new a arms 2. Disconnected wires after getting a new motor installed. 3. Only 2 lug nuts per wheel the rear two lug nuts were only finger tight. 4. One of the castle nuts on one portal were only finger tight 5. All 4 portals were missing cotter pins 6. Lock nuts on new lift kit were finger tight. 7. Axle boot on brand new axle was torn during install 8. Alignment on new lift kit was way out of alignment. 9. No diaelectric grease was used on any electrical connections. 10. 2 leaks in snorkel system after PTX smoke test. 11. Broken grease zerks on new lift kit. 12. No anti seize used on any axle This is just the main issues I found with the quaintly of there work however there are also other issues with their work these are just some highlights of the work PTX powersports quaintly of work. Attached is a copy  of the other shops repair bill from the same day I picked up my Ranger from PTX Powersports.
