No idea about this company but if the attitudes of their employees are any indicator, I'd say to heck with them. I was stranded in the snow today along with about 8 other cars and could not move. My tires were just spinning on the ice and I ended up having to be pulled out by another truck. While I was stranded one of the North DFW Trailers trucks pulls up and rolls down his window. I thought maybe he was going to give me some help or information, tips, etc. I rolled down my window and he just screamed "Get out of the middle of the road." and proceeded to drive past me into his business. Was polite and professional until the car was dropped off. Dumped the car in the middle of my business parking lot after he agreed to leave it in a specific space. Left the straps stuck wrapped around the axle. Charges full price when only half if the job was done. I'd give it a zero if I could. read more

Absolutely amazing business that I am proud to of gone with. No complaints, only praise. -- Rented a 7ftx12ft trailer from them last month for a few days. I had never driven a trailer that big until then but they drove so much smoother than previously imagined, even fully loaded with my off-roading vehicles while pouring down rain on the way back from picking my equipment up. Drove from Dallas to Austin and back, no problem whatsoever. The inside of the trailer had two lights on the inside, dual axle with a separate braking system, and a customizable ratchet strap system that allowed me to tighten up my gear no matter which way I could of loaded up the trailer. Also had a spare tire in the inside of the trailer, which helped alleviate some of the anxiety I had taking off to Austin with a trailer for the first time. -- The day I got the trailer was an especially hot and humid day and he still did the most to get the trailer hooked up and ready to go. Completely shattered my expectations in every way. There's a place in Grand Prairie that has off-roading trails, and whenever I have time off work to ride my dirtbikes and 4x4's I'll be sure to use them again 100%!! (I'll be sure to rinse them off after riding before loading them back on haha) I really can not praise them enough. It was a pleasure to rent a trailer from them. Superb customer service, super friendly, and above all the reliable trailer I got. The only real tip I have to give people is make sure you double check your directions before heading there. It was probably just my crappy phone that is 6+ years old and hasn't been updated but my GPS took me about a block or two over from the actual establishment. Not a problem at all, was probably just my crappy phone but thought I would wrap this up by saying that. And that I appreciate everything they did for me. Thanks again!!
