It has all the little parts to remodel or repair your own RV. The staff is very helpful and helps me find the odd parts I need

Really great customer service, they are really nice folks. Great deals, rare parts, and obviously the propane is priced right. Go here!

May's RV is the best place to buy propane, they have a good parts department and friendly people working there.

When there was a problem with what Forest River advertised and what they actually put on the unit, Lisa, the manager made it right.

As I embarked on my journey to buy a travel trailer my plan was to visit 3-4 dealerships along the…read more35 corridor in DFW. The first and only stop was Camping World. Chance and his trainee Brian greeted me with openess and support with what I was looking for. Chance listened to my needs and wants and quickly combed through their inventory and we came across my New Northern Spirit Coachman! It is perfect for my situation and had all of the upgrades and the build was way better than most other brands I had looked at. Chance did a great job getting me the specs and information to make sure it was the right fit for my truck and was able to quickly answer my concerns. We then got to the not so fun part, negotiations. I had a budget and this unit was well above it, but Chance introduced me to Sydney, the sales manager. Sydney took the time to get to know my situation as well as getting to know me. I felt like both of them cared about what was important to me and we came to a good price that was fair and we made sure I had all of the accessories and hitch to make sure my RV expreience was setup for sucess versus headaches when you are out in nature with no resources. After we closed on the sales price and signed the deal, the service team headed by Steven was another positive experinece. Steven with his NY accent, which I loved, walked me through all of the ins and outs of the new rig. He gave me the run down of storing and winterizing the rig as well as tips and tricks to help make my experince setup for success. I did have an issue with the installation of my washer dryer combo but Nick, the owner, steped up and made it right by giving me some consessions and that made the issue feel less negative. Overall buying any RV or vehicle is going to be a long and stressfull process but the team at Camping World did a great job making my process easy and did it was class and I felt like part of the family. Thank you Team! P.S. Alexis at the front desk is also a rockstar of a person who was warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Chance was great and even offered to stay late so I could see some RV's up close and personal. He'd only been there 3 weeks, but he had a great attitude and desire to help. He gets 5 stars and I'd work with him, if only he'd go to work for a reputable company... I told him as much once everything came to light. Things were going so well until we sat down to talk numbers. I had done a little research in advance so when they tried to pitch me on paying them $70k for a $40k camper I immediately had red flags go up, but wanted to give them a chance to make a reasonable offer, they didn't. They included all kinds of outrageous fees like $1500 for a "1 hour walk-thru of my 2025 brand new camper including them fixing anything that's in disrepair." I did question this at the time. "That makes no sense. Why would I need to pay to fix anything on a BRAND NEW camper? As far as the technician walking me through... I'm happy to pay $150 for that 1 hour service, but not $1500." The slick young sales manager in his Gucci belt doubled down and said it was a thorough walk through... These guys are smoking crack in my opinion. They could have had a client for years and sold me multiple units. Instead they showed me their true colors before we ever got out of the starting blocks and I called them out. I will NEVER do business with them or give them another shot at my business. More so, as I told them, I will tell everyone I can to avoid them like the plague. I'm not alone as there's apparently entire Facebook groups devoted to how bad Camping World is to their customers.

We found Pete to be extremely professional, relational, responsive, listens to the customer, and ensures that the work is done to the customers satisfaction. On our departure day(12/03/2025), one of our repaired basement doors had a glitch and was malfunctioning. The original tech was not available, but Pete said he'd figure it out. Within five minutes, he and a service tech named Paul walked out to our Coach in the campground, and Paul got on his back and went to town on the door. It was clear that he was working on another rig when called, but immediately jumped in to help. The strut was replaced, the door was adjusted, and we were on our way. NIRVC is not the cheapest place around, but if you're wanting the job done and done right, it's worth it. Well done, especially Paul for going above and beyond, and we'll continue to support NIRVC. Respectfully, Dan and Jennifer T.

We took our RV to National Indoor RV Centers in March for several repairs and a couple of recalls…read more They kept the RV for nearly two months, and throughout the entire process communication was extremely poor. During that time I dealt with four different people in the service department because the point of contact kept changing. Getting updates was difficult and most of the time I had to repeatedly call, leave messages, or physically drive to the dealership just to get information. Even then, the responses often felt dismissive and unhelpful. I do understand that staffing changes happen and one of the service advisors is no longer there, but that does not excuse the complete lack of communication and customer service we experienced. What made the situation even more frustrating was finally picking up the RV after almost two months only to discover that the recall related issues were still happening exactly as before. We returned to discuss the problem and initially were told the technician drove the RV and everything was fixed. However, deeper in the technician notes it stated that Spartan, the chassis manufacturer, does not yet have a fix for these known issues. Apparently the problems are known and not considered unsafe, but no one communicated that to us before pickup. Had someone simply explained the situation honestly and proactively, this entire experience would have gone much differently. Instead we spent two months waiting, struggled to get updates, picked up the RV believing the issues were resolved, and immediately discovered they were not. We chose NIRVC because of the positive image they project online and through RV influencer reviews, but based on our experience the service department fell far short of expectations. The lack of communication, poor follow through, and failure to clearly explain unresolved issues made this an incredibly disappointing experience.

We have 3 little kids and having the bathroom and TV was super handy, and they definitely got a kick out of the whole experience. You can't beat the price, $800 for 4 days with no milage cost. Make sure that you understand the return times and dates. The owner Randy was was flexible on the return date (we got in late on day 4 and returned the RV on day 5) We went over all the details of the RV with the owner (fairly quickly, so pay attention!), but we did NOT cover anything with regard to the TIRES. We had a rear tire blow out (dual axle so it wasn't super dangerous) in the middle of nowhere, Arkansas, and had ZERO phone reception and no tools. DO NOT attempt to fix a flat yourself! We got lucky and were only a few miles from a gas station that had a phone. The cost for repair will be ON YOU (see agreement), so be warned. Also, before you rent the RV, you should check with your insurance and see if they would cover road hazard for and RV (AAA wanted me to purchase an "RV" upgrade, even thou I don't own the RV). Overall, a pretty good experience, would do it again.

My main beef with the place is that we signed our contract weeks before the rental day, but when we showed up to get the RV, the manager had another two pages of add-ons that we had to initial in order to rent the RV. This seems a little shifty to me. Also, the RV was missing the awning and the oven didn't light. For the price, I would have expected a better experience.

There were no other customers. After 30 minutes of looking on my own, I stepped back in the office and when he saw me, he wrapped up his call. I told him my budget and asked about boats I'd seen on their web site. He explained that most of the boats I was interested in had been sold. Those boats are still on the website over a month later! He handed me an inventory list, explained that the numbers corresponded with the numbers on the trailers. He did not offer to walk me around our show me specific boats. As I walked the lot, list in hand it became obvious that many of the boats listed were no longer on the lot. When I went back in to ask, Jesse confirmed that the list was out of date. To top it off, the boats I looked at were very dirty. It may be because of the heavy truck traffic on the road that runs by their lot, but the condition of the boats did not invite climbing in to take a closer look. The one bright spot was their technician, Mike, who seemed very knowledgeable, took time (on my second or third visit) to walk the lot with me, climbed on a couple of boats so he could point out what he saw (positives and negatives). Contrast that experience with another dealer I visited (that sells new & used boats). They had very clean boats, clearly marked with prices and a sales person who met me on the lot and explained in detail the condition of each boat, motor & outdrive. They will not accept a boat on consignment until it has been checked out by their mechanics and any major issues found have been addressed. I did eventually find a boat from an individual that I wanted to buy. Because Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful, I decided to have him check out the boat (through McGoys). He did a thorough job and pointed out the good and the bad about the boat. Interestingly, the seller commented to me that when he brought the boat in for the diagnostic check and when he came to pick it up, the people in the office were rude to him.
