So the sales guy we had (Russell) was horrible. I had called because we live 5 hours away to ask if there was any damage to the camper, he said "God no" and then he also said everything worked great. That was not the case. There was a dent in the side and on the wheel. Also They said we couldn't come pick it up the day we wanted to because they were going to clean and detail it, and of course they didn't. The camper was disgusting and the black tank had crap in it, literal crap. Also the pictures of the camper had a 50" TV in it, they took the TV out before my husband got there to pick it up. They said they would Walmart pickup us a TV and when I called multiple times and texted Russell, he never replied. If this is the way they choose to treat people, it's awful. Great people and great place to deal with! I would definitely recommend and come back! Smooth transaction, straight forward, no games and no hidden fees. We traveled 300 mls one way, pulling our bumper pull trade. Got to see our new fifth wheel and went through it from top to bottom inside and out before signing papers. All features were explained to us and we were able to make sure everything was working properly. Bought from these people. Still replacing parts and repairing the things I missed during inspection before buying. If it's used, and you're not familiar with what you want; Take someone who knows or don't go. MINSPECT EVERY INCH before buying. I trusted Russell and Jeff, who seems to be the owners' kid; nice guy; just don't trust anything that comes out of their mouths. Jeff first was good with me not having dash air saying the "house air is enough". They have them plugged in making stuff work, then try with generator nothing works. They sent me off with dead batteries; shoddy wiring all over coach. This is where experienced JOCKEYS go to do business. Not so much where just a NORMAL person will soon get the truth about anything. What's sad; I'm going to buy a few more RV's in the future, it just won't be with these people in KRUM TEXAS. To those knowing this part of the country you'll get it: Spring 2020 I mentioned the terrible road I35 N was. He believes it's fine. It sucks, not unlike this place. They can't be trusted. read more

**READ THE REVIEWS AND TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE!** This is the wrong place to purchase an RV so steer clear! After being repeatedly reassured the RV I was interested in was in working condition...it's not, I decided to make a purchase here. Big mistake friends. Russell is crooked and the staff are in on it too. I sell cars for a living so I know how this works. I would never treat people the way they do and would be out of business if I sold lemons like these jokers do. I also know it's used inventory and not brand new so to expect a little thing here or there to go wrong but I have no idea how these people stay in business with the sheer line of crap they dish out. They legitimately have a whole RV repair shop right next door so make no mistake, they could fix whatever they want if needed. I went to inspect the RV before making the purchase and found several things wrong. Russell seemed inconvenienced by me bringing these things to his attention. I told him I don't need everything to be perfect, I just need it to WORK. I even offered to pay for the repairs just so I could be sure they'd be fixed and working. Russell said he'd have everything I asked fixed HOWEVER he lied through his crooked teeth. $20,000 from a single mother struggling to make ends meet and they delivered to me, a broken RV. They fixed nothing. This was supposed to be our home but we can't live in it because it needs repairs I can't yet afford. The electric jacks are broken so I can't get it level or move it. The antenna (RUSSELL broke this himself and said he'd fix it, he didn't) the closet doors are off the hinges, the toilet had a leak he said he'd fix before it was delivered, NOT FIXED, I haven't even tried everything out at this point I'm so defeated it feels personal. I've called multiple times and they dodge me like the plague. The day the RV was delivered I called Russell to ask him why he didn't do the things he promised he'd do. Wellll, Russell was annoyed that I was even calling and told me he was busy and had a round of golf he had to get back to and he couldn't be bothered with dealing with this. I tried to go around Russell and talk to someone else there and the old man I spoke with was rude and obviously expecting my call. They did nothing to make it right. There's nothing I can do but leave a review and it's sickening. These people are wrong. The nice man who delivered the RV to me told me they were crooked as well and he's had to deal with them many times. Basically, I'm now the owner of a glorified storage unit on wheels (that can't be moved because the jacks are broken mind you) because that's all I can use this unit for. It breaks my heart that we had to go through this and I pray no one else has to . If I can save even one family from going through the same harsh experience as us, I will have done a good deed knowing BEST VALUE RV didn't get to take advantage of someone else. This place is as sketchy as they come. They sold me an RV (first time buyer) that needed a new roof badly. 2 weeks after I bought the RV, I had it in the shop for an unrelated issue and they did a courtesy inspection, finding the roof issue. It was clear that Best Value RV had attempted a repair, but the 2nd shop said it was 1/2 assed at best. Liam, the GM at Best Value, wouldn't even look at the pictures of the roof from the 2nd RV repair shop and flat out declined any ownership or offers to help. read more

2002 CC Affinity 505HP 42 Tag Here we sit in Denton TX with our cashier's check. We loaded our stuff in a UHaul. Dogs and all. And we drove 5 days to pick up our unit. Here's what Chris Peeler told us before we put it on hold. "No surprises" "Super Clean" "Everything works" "One owner" "No leaks" "Stored indoor" "Needs nothing" Well most of that wasn't true. And everything felt wrong since we arrived. Strangely we only saw Chris twice for a total of 5 minutes in 3 days. We probably didn't exchange a dozen words. We did spend 6 hours going through everything with a tech and test driving. We made notes of several small items. Lights not working. Cargo doors wouldn't stay up etc. They supposedly spent a dozen hours doing PDI and discovered and repaired the Hurricane heating system. The home electronics didn't work. Needed tires ($5k) and likely batteries ($4k). Needed routine maintenance fluids filters etc ($1k). But still most of that stuff was fine with us. However several fans including heat system fans didn't work. We discovered a major hydraulic leak under the bed with some absorbent gravel obviously put there intentionally. And here is the kicker. The exhaust brake failed to activate on the drive. Several people from the dealer confirmed this. At this point let me clarify some confusion. North Texas RV. Best Value RV. And Chris Peeler's latest company "Luxury Motorhomes of Texas" are somehow related but I don't think Chris works for Best Value. This was a Best Value coach. While I think Chris sells some of his own stuff, in this case he was selling for BV. I think Ken who owns NTRV and BV, finances Chris. Our experience was that while a small dealer, the people from BV were very professional and courteous. Jeff our tech (Ken's son) was great. Even Roy the General Manager could not have been more polite as he explained they simply could not fix the exhaust brake as a part of our deal. While they are all enmeshed in difficult to understand ways, I think in this case BV was hindered by Chris. Also simply delivering the coach as promised would have sold it. We didn't walk away. They did. Still we LOVED this coach. Some simple repairs and we would have traded our check for a coach and been on the road. Here is the text we received from Chris. That's right a text. No phone call. No conversation. No attempt to work it out. "This has gotten way to complicated. I no longer wish to do business with you. It's a used coach it will never perfect please continue your search some where else". Now let's not forget what he said earlier. He didn't just say "super clean". He said "listen to my words. I'm not saying this is super clean for a 2002, I'm saying it is super clean for any coach even a 2016". Since arriving every single person said "it's a 2002, you can't expect perfection". To be clear we didn't. But we did expect operational. And that one text about doubles the entire communication we had from him during our 8 day ordeal after the initial 20 minute phone call before we put it on hold. A truly bizarre experience. There are so many good coaches out there and good reputable dealers and sales people. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Caveat Emptor Indeed! read more

These people are a bunch of crooks Russel Bullock and the owner both looked me in the face and both lied there asses off to me. I purchased a boat from them in the winter that had already been winterizes supposedly and Russel assured me he had taken the boat out on the lake and everything worked perfectly! I should have known better talking to a salesmen I bought the boat and just took it in to get ready for the lake and they drained five gallons of water-mud out of the engine and the engine was completely locked up and toast. The people that work at this company are a bunch of lying crooks do not do any business with them especially Russel Bullock odds are you will regret it later like myself. I filed a complaint against them with the better business bureau and I would go and look at all the other complaints against them and see that there credentials were suspended because of the crap they are pulling with there customers by the better business bureau. read more

Wow what to say! First of all, I spoke with Leo, over the phone, about buying a 2009 Jayco, I found on their site. He was very nice. Leo was not there the day, I went to see the trailer. I met Liam, he was my salesman. WELL... he was very nice, however other than that, he's an utter liar and completely incompetent at his job! I orginally, advise that I would not be able to pick up the trailer for about 3 weeks, no problem they will store it, for me. However, I called him, a few days later, plans changed and I set an appointment to pick up my trailer, in about 9 days. AT WHICH TIME, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A THOROUGH CLEANING, NEW TIRES, AS THE ONES, ON THE TRAILER HAD DRY ROT! THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS DISGUSTING, HE SAID THEY COULD NOT REPLACE, HOWEVER HE WAS GOING TO REMOVE IT AND THE ROD, FROM THE SHOWER. I WAS GOING TO BUY, A REGULAR ROD. THE TOILET WAS SO DISGUSTING, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE CLEANED AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SHOWN THE TRAILER, UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED. MY PICKUP APPOINTMENT, ALSO WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED ON MY TUNDRA, THE SWAY BAR AND THE BRAKE CONTROL!!!! Liam called me a few days, prior to delivery, verified I was coming on the 8th. Yes, I was coming on the 8th! They will ready for me 10:00 AM. Great! I drove to Krum from Richardson, They were not ready! The trailer had not been cleaned, the tire not installed, the shower rod not removed, and lastly they were not prepared to install anything, on my Tundra! Naturally, I was extremely upset and words got heated.. Then Chris, from Luxury Motorhomes, shows up on the scene. (apparently, Chris's operation is separate from Best VAlue RV, however it's company inside a company).. whatever! Chris Informs me, he is the trailer owner and if I don't like things, I can leave. NO SIR, EXCUSE ME, I OWN THE TRAILER! I PAID FOR IT 10 DAYS AGO! HE SAID IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT, HE WOULD TEAR UP THE CONTRACT!!! WTF I bought this trailer to take to Colorado, to live in while I build a cabin. SO, NO SIR, YOU MAY NOT TEAR UP MY BILL OF SALE. YOU CAN TALK TO BROTHER, THE ATTORNEY!!!! He said he knew nothing, about what Liam had told me. REALLY, which one is lying??? Anyway, after a yelling discussion and Chris going to Best RV and talking to Liam, he came back and said they would install the trailer hitch and sway bar, but did not have a brake controller. He also said he would call around an find my somewhere near my house to install. NEVER FREAKING MIND, IT'S ALSMOST 1 PM... I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM CHRIS. I am on a time line, since I am selling my house and moving to another state, while trying to enroll my son into UTD. My day to take of the trailer was the 8th. However today, I spent 4 hours to find the brake control and get it installed. I was going to pack my trailer today. THE TIRES... Chris said we don carry them, you will need to go to Briscoe tires in Denton. So once MY TRAILER was hooked up, without the brake control, and they forgot to plug in the brake light cord. I had to follow Chris, down I-35, to Briscoe, with dry rotten tires and no turn signal or brake lights! Thanks god one of the tires didn't blew! Chris told the man, at Briscoe's, he was leaving.... HE NEGLECTED, TO TELL HIM.. I WAS WAITING FOR TIRES TO BE INSTALL. HE ALSO DIDN'T TELL ME THERE'S AN COOL WAITING ROOM, SO MY SON AND I STOOD OUT IN THE HEAT! The man, at Briscoe's Tire Store, saw me still there, he came over asked me when I would return. I said I am waiting. He was so nice, said he was sorry. When I told him what had happened, he moved me up the waiting list. I left Richardson at 8 am and did not return until 4:30pm...RIDICULOUS!!! ABSOLUTLEY.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! CHRIS IS AN ARROGANT HOT HEAD AND LIAM IS COMPLETELY INEPT, AS A SALEMAN! I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO BUY A TRAILER FROM THIS OPERATION, OR TWO, WHICHEVER THE CASE MAY BE! I would like to add that Chris has 2 sons, working there. Tristan and Brayden! Wow, complete opposite of their dad! They were very polite and apologetic, about the whole ordeal! Tristan and Brayden went above and beyond to get my trailer ready! I would also, say thank you to JR, for installing the equiipment, he showed a lot of patience explaining the work, he was doing, on the hitch! Also, Heather, the title lady was super nice! Terrible service! Jon tried to help us, but ultimately they did more damage than they fixed. Installed rhino Eco coat to our trailer. It is now HOT! They bent/broke the exterior ladder, when they washed it they didn't dry the top of the slides before they closed them - which then soaked the floors inside/carpet, when they reinstalled vent fans they now rattle/ rub so badly we can't use them and they were leaking- none of this was happening before. Then the brand new 13K roof leaked on our first outing. Jon offered to do another coat of Eco coat and fix the fans and a full detail. We took him up on the offer. This time when we got it back they broke a cabinet door, vent fans rubbing worse, now the front AC is making noises and they didn't detail anything (they didn't even vacuum). Long story short DO NOT take your trailer to them for repairs and the rhino Eco-coating does not reduce interior temps... It increases it! Now we are stuck with a roof that looks great, but might leak (it hasn't rained in a while here). The roof makes our trailer unbearably hot in the summer 89 degrees during the day is the lowest with both AC on full blast. UNHAPPY w/ Best Value RV and Rhino Eco-coating. read more
