After 3 days I went online and filled out a service request to which I received a confirmation email stating that someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment, nothing. I called again 4 days later and once again was told that the service advisor would call me back shortly to schedule an appointment, it has been 4 days & I have yet to receive any response from a service advisor. Their quote was considerably more expensive than I received from others but I was willing to give McClain's a try as they are located very close to me. I will never contact them again & i will make sure that anyone that I know that has a RV knows about my experience.
