The shop manager, David, showed extremely unprofessional behavior and disrespect to me as a customer and as a woman. When told me repairs on my car would be $1900 (more than half the worth of the car), I told him that I would need a couple of days to decide whether I wanted to repair the car or sell it. Upset, he interrupted me, raised his voice, talked over me, insulted my intelligence, and tried to bully me into authorizing the repairs, saying "You WILL call me back this afternoon and you WILL tell me to repair your car." Considering his treatment of me, when I went to retrieve my car, he overcharged me, forcing me to pay $60 more than he quoted me for the diagnosis. He also demanded that I pay in cash and then, made me wait 20 minutes for change. Never once did I receive a sincere, voluntary apology. For anyone considering repairs, don't waste your time here.

The owner told me specifically that if I keep current on my payments, I will always have a vehicle to drive. Rob, our salesman, was incredibly responsive, helpful and the most genuine person I've ever encountered at a car dealership. I did not make his job easy either because I bought a car and after driving it for a day realized it was not a great fit for me and my family. I was nervous that the "3 day guarantee" was just a gimmick, but Rob was more than willing to help me return the vehicle and find exactly what I was looking for. I have had an issue with the door of the van that I purchased, but Rob has gotten back to me immediately on several occasions and gone above and beyond to help me with the issue and to make it right. I called the service department to inform them that I was gonna get it towed and that I needed a name for my driver of someone at the service department and nobody wanted to give a name they said to send The tow truck driver to the front desk and then she'll send them to the service department so I said OK. I told him he said that's pretty strange I said yes I know. I called up there just now and spoke with I assume someone at the front desk and I explained to her that my tow truck driver was there she goes so do you need service? I said no because you're supposed to send him to service so if he's not there yet that's all I was worried about and she said OK. Is it a Kia and I said yes it's a and I explained what car I have. She goes. No no no I don't need that information. I feel like that would be not a statement to make to somebody who's already not had a good experience with your dealership there's a reason that the dealership has 3.4 stars on Yelp. The only reason my car went there in the first place is because my Warranty tow had to tow it to the closest Kia dealership and unfortunately, my interactions with this have been very negative. I also informed the service manager to listen back to the phone call because I've worked in dealerships all kinds of departments and I can tell you every single call is recorded.
