These guys are awesome. My transmission was fine one day and then one day at work, I was backing into a parking space and my reverse band blew up. I knew it was time for a rebuild. They are very friendly, and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even offer some upgrades. I even has some grinding on start up and 3 other mechanics said there was nothing wrong. My flywheel had two bad spots in it. And they replaced it while they did the transmission work. If I ever need anything else transmission or drivetrain related I'll be back. And when anyone asks about work, these guys are the first out of my mouth. read more

Where do we start?! We called and they told us they had an already built transmission for what we needed on the shelf ready to go and would be able to pick up our truck the next day and finally showed up 2 days later to get our truck. We were also told that we would have it back in 3-4 days at the latest then the one that they told us was built and ready to go didnt have the correct plug on it and we were very understanding. They told us that we would get placed ahead because it was a mistake on their part because they thought it was the correct plug. After 2 weeks and many calls and visits to the location our truck hadn't even been touched other than to be moved off of the tow truck. We showed up yet again to check on the progress and like every other time there was another excuse and the owner wasn't even there to attempt to address anything and when their employee called the owner proceeded to get extremely belligerent in the background and told us that we needed to just find somewhere else to take our business as they didn't feel they could meet our timeline even though they are the ones that told us it would be in and out in less than a week. Also we sent in a friend for repairs and his truck was in and out in a few days and was taken in a week after ours and his is now sitting in another Transmission shop because the issue was deeper than transmission service and air filter changes that they did and were very insistent on that's all the problem was. Needless to say neither party is happy at all and having to spend more money due to this shops lack of give a shit or lack of knowledge on the newer transmissions. Sad part is we have a large fleet of trucks we run and they cost themselves an opportunity for lots of future business due to the owner's arrogance and lack of customer service skills. Lastly yes this shop in out in the middle of nowhere but they DO NOT have any sort of security fencing or system in place and they leave keys hanging in the ignitions with doors unlocked instead of locking things up and keeping the keys in the shops office. read more

When I originally called to have my truck's transmission repaired i was informed that the full overhaul would include a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty that was good nationwide. Now, 10 weeks after the transmission was rebuilt it failed again. I am in a different state and wish to have my transmission repaired by a local shop. The original repair shop refuses to cover any repairs from any other shop. They insist that I return the truck to them for repairs. Being 1100 miles away, this is not feasible. read more

The husband insinuated that my husband was stupid for putting stop leak in "his (the husband) tramssion". They also insinuated my stepson was a idiot because he couldn't find their business out in the middle of nowhere. They also tried to charge us forty dollars for using a credit card. If I could put a negative review on a company it would be this one , - 5 star review . I paid for a complete rebuild of my trucks transmission with aftermarket parts installed that were supposed to be billet .... after 40k miles my 3250$ transmission quit and I was out of their warranty . So I proceeded to have mikes trick shift in Weatherford fix it and my entire transmission was stock when he opened it up . They stole money from me and lied about the work they did .
