Ive had all of my guitars worked at this establishment and have always walked away completed…read moresatisfied with not only the service, but also about how i was treated. Preston and Spencer, the sons of founder Mike Lull, do an excellent job with customer service. They take the time to explain even the smallest detail, even if it seems like a stupid question. They always make a novice player like myself feel like seasoned pro, either by letting me "test drive" gear, or just talking shop. I highly recommend this shop to any guitarist looking to either buy a guitar or bass, or have their existing ones worked on. You won't be dissapointed Keep up thecgood work!!!!

Daaaang! Fender never really made the exact Telecaster I've always dreamed of, so I decided to…read moreassemble one myself based on the '70s Tele Custom using top-tier parts: Warmoth body, Lollar pickups, Mastery bridge, Hipshot tuners, and a Fender replacement neck. Over the years, I've spent hundreds and hundreds trying to dial in my own setups, only to end up taking the guitar to a mix of different shops to fix what I couldn't. Even then, the results were usually just "good enough," with tweaks still needed. But not this time. After putting all the parts together and making the adjustments I thought I had down, I took it to Spencer and the team at Mike Lull for final nut work and setup. I asked them to swap out the factory plastic nut for an unbleached bone one, and WOW - this guitar came back playing like an absolute dream. The action is insanely low with zero fret buzz, no nut sizzle, no weird spring vibrations. Absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail is unreal: the new nut is flawless, intonation is spot on, pickup balance is dialed-in, and they even clocked the screws on my pickguard!!! Who does that? Craftsmen do that. They treated my guitar like it was one of their own builds. This is, without a doubt, the best setup I've ever had and the customer service is on a whole other level compared to any other shop I've used. I'm officially a lifelong fan. Massive thanks to Spencer and the entire team at Mike Lull Guitar Works! You are the best!

I had a truly excellent experience with Classic Pianos and recommend them without reservation. I…read morecame in search of a rehearsal piano with very specific requirements: something suitable for a rental situation, capable of silent practice with headphones, yet--above all--an instrument with genuinely good action. As a pianist returning to conservatory-level study after years of gigging, proper action is not a luxury for me; it is the foundation upon which all serious work is built. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hybrid pianos offered at Classic Pianos. The hammer action is responsive, musical, and deeply satisfying--impressively close to an acoustic experience. While nothing replaces a grand, this instrument is an outstanding solution for a renter needing rigorous daily practice and keeping one's technique in shape. Hui was a pleasure to work with throughout the process: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. She made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. Since the piano arrived, I've been playing far more than I intended--which may be the clearest sign that the right choice was made. Classic Pianos did such a good job that my neighbors may soon need to leave them a review as well.

I called ahead to ask if I can bring in my trumpet for an estimate for services. 2. I got there, got an estimate for services. I was also informed that I would be notified if the cost would be greater. 3. I did get a phone call that the trumpet for the most part was done but there were other issues (which I knew existed when I first had it over two decades ago) which could be resolved but it'd cost extra. I agreed to it. I figured if I'm going to get it serviced, I should just pay to get it serviced in full and the right way. The communications were timely and transparent. Looking around the place reminds you of a music store Mr. Rogers would have visited. I'm happy there is a brick-and-mortar shop that still performs this craft of repairing instruments. Also, out of all the years I've played this old Yamaha trumpet, it never played so great as it does now. It pays to have a professional service. Of note, best time to go here is in the morning if you drive because there's a good chance you'll find free 2 hour parking.
