This is my first review on Yelp. I have never written before because my English is not good. I…read moredecided to write a review because I had a great experience at Northwest Pianos ! I was looking for Yamaha U-3 for my daughter. I visited another store and I found a cheaper U-3 there. After that, I visited Northwest Pianos with my daughter and met Terry. He was such a gentleman, he spend quite time to explain about the pianos. I was impressed by his knowledge and love for the pianos. I could have chosen another cheaper piano, but I trusted Terry so much, I decided to buy U-3 he recommended most. On the day I bought it, it was already after 6pm. ( store closes at 6.) He didn't care about time and spend some time to finish all the paperworks. He also gave me a discount and a free tuning certificate ! My daughter and I have been playing this piano and we love it ! It is like new condition and has really beautiful sound. I am truly happy I chose Northwest Pianos. I strongly recommend this store whoever interested buying a nice piano!

I had a truly excellent experience with Classic Pianos and recommend them without reservation. I…read morecame in search of a rehearsal piano with very specific requirements: something suitable for a rental situation, capable of silent practice with headphones, yet--above all--an instrument with genuinely good action. As a pianist returning to conservatory-level study after years of gigging, proper action is not a luxury for me; it is the foundation upon which all serious work is built. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hybrid pianos offered at Classic Pianos. The hammer action is responsive, musical, and deeply satisfying--impressively close to an acoustic experience. While nothing replaces a grand, this instrument is an outstanding solution for a renter needing rigorous daily practice and keeping one's technique in shape. Hui was a pleasure to work with throughout the process: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. She made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. Since the piano arrived, I've been playing far more than I intended--which may be the clearest sign that the right choice was made. Classic Pianos did such a good job that my neighbors may soon need to leave them a review as well.

The delivery crew called at the beginning of the delivery window to let me know they were a few minutes out. (The previous delivery was in the same neighborhood.) Generally my dog is pretty terrified of large furniture and boxes moving around, but the guys brought the bench in first and took time to greet our pup. They each had a couple of doggie treats handy, so by the time they brought the unboxed and fully assembled piano through the house, our dog was happy to welcome our new instrument. Erik and Mike couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the piano setup and a quick orientation. I would definitely use Martinson Piano moving again. Patrick in Seattle
