The Bush & Lane safely back home on newly refinished floors.

Our century-old Bush & Lane upright piano seemed to weigh a ton and had always required three men to move it. Even after the casters were replaced, it was a floor-killer. So when it was time to refinish the floors, I fretted about choice of piano movers more than the flooring contractor. Our piano tuner recommended "Joe the Piano Mover" along with a few others, and after interviewing four firms, I went with Joe's company, Best Choice Piano Move. Joe was responsive, down-to-earth, and demonstrated his broad experience with the (Lost?) Art of Piano Moving. There are furniture movers, and then there are piano movers--guys who understand the care and feeding of these huge acoustic instruments that double as heirloom pieces of art. Joe knows his stuff. Joe and his crew member showed up when he said they would. They came fully equipped for the job, and moved the piano to a safe location, leaving his piano dolly and cover to protect our Bush & Lane while the house was turned over to the flooring crew. The entire interaction was professional and friendly. Joe was experienced enough to know that our original floor completion date might turn into a moving target. Best Choice rolled with our evolving schedule and nearly two weeks later than originally planned returned to restore our old Bush & Lane to her proper location. They even moved an Ethan Allen couch and arm chair for me, no extra charge. And yet Joe's price was the lowest of all the bids I received! For what could be an expensive and stressful job, you simply cannot do better than Joe--truly the Best Choice Piano Mover.

Baby Grand Piano

Highly recommend Best Choice Piano! They helped me move a piano from all the way out on the Olympic Peninsula into Seattle. It was an old baby grand piano that has been in our family for a few generations, so I was definitely nervous! Our location was also tough as we didn't have an easy entry to the house. Joe, Linda, and the team were excellent communicators for figuring out a plan and were able to schedule the move quickly, and execute with NO issues! I was very grateful and would use their services again!

They gave me a fair price and picked up and delivered the piano on time. They kept me informed of their progress through the process.

If I could give 10 starts I would!…read more This was one of the best SERVICE experiences I've had in years, never mind the moving part, just the entire thing. Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

Customer service with Adrian to set up the appointment, gauge the size of the crew, and set up a load site with no parking signs was smooth. On the day of, two big trucks and 5 movers came and were friendly off the bat. We did a walkthrough of the house, and then they went to work! For customers, just stay out of the way and give input where needed, because it'll be hand trucks and furniture flying out the door, with speed and care. One team member unfortunately had to leave early due to a family issue, leaving a 4 man crew with a 5 man job, but they persevered anyways. With the reduced crew size, Brian, the lead, reduced the hourly rate appropriately, which seemed fair. Everything went totally smooth, and they let me reposition furniture in the new home once the trucks were empty. Brian, Justin, Sahib, and Solomon were all very easy to work with and made moving day less stressful than it needed to be. I highly recommend this company to anyone else moving! Money well spent.

They…read moretook it upon themselves to claim that I contacted them and they were simply responding to my request. That was untrue. I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. (Adding a screenshot showing the area where the 509 area code is.) Second update 9/24/2026 This business has now been messaging me directly telling me that the phone number is to a Texas firm. I explained that the 509 area code is Eastern Washington and reiterated that I did call the number and confirmed multiple times. It was the Adams moving company in Washington state and they even confirmed their address in Seattle. I suggested if they feel somebody is pretending to be their company perhaps they should look into that. I can only post a review based on my actual conversations with their company and the communications I've had. Posting a screenshot showing where the 509 area code really is.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! Thank you guys for an amazing job and the laughs! I appreciate you guys so much! Unfortunately,I was not able to grab a photo as they worked and moved so quickly!

An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.
