Living room was arranged as I wanted.

Satch and team helped with a move in Bellevue. They were responsive, efficient, and detail oriented. As they worked through all the furniture they asked about sensitivity of specific pieces (like my antique-ish dresser) and my preferences to be sure everything went smoothly. Unloading was smooth and they arranged the rooms as needed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Sach and team will take good care of your move. They moved us on time with great communication.

    Before

Satch and his awesome team helped us move furniture from one level of the house to the basement, upstairs, and garage in order to clear out the main floor for a remodel. The original job entailed a drive to a different location, the actual job involved multiple furniture shifts to decide on final placement, and through it all, the team was kind, supportive, professional, good humored, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They even offered design advice, which we took! And yes, they packed and moved everything with great strength and care. Highly recommend!!

    Satch (left)

Satch and his crew arrived on time and took great care in moving our furniture out of and into our new home without scratching walls nor floors. Satch also charged a lower hourly rate than other companies when I called around before picking a mover. This is the second time Satch has helped us move and we'll cerainly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Customer service with Adrian to set up the appointment, gauge the size of the crew, and set up a load site with no parking signs was smooth. On the day of, two big trucks and 5 movers came and were friendly off the bat. We did a walkthrough of the house, and then they went to work! For customers, just stay out of the way and give input where needed, because it'll be hand trucks and furniture flying out the door, with speed and care. One team member unfortunately had to leave early due to a family issue, leaving a 4 man crew with a 5 man job, but they persevered anyways. With the reduced crew size, Brian, the lead, reduced the hourly rate appropriately, which seemed fair. Everything went totally smooth, and they let me reposition furniture in the new home once the trucks were empty. Brian, Justin, Sahib, and Solomon were all very easy to work with and made moving day less stressful than it needed to be. I highly recommend this company to anyone else moving! Money well spent.

They…read moretook it upon themselves to claim that I contacted them and they were simply responding to my request. That was untrue. I never spoke to them and yet they keep sending me things trying to get my business. I will never work with any business that lies at the outset. Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. (Adding a screenshot showing the area where the 509 area code is.) Second update 9/24/2026 This business has now been messaging me directly telling me that the phone number is to a Texas firm. I explained that the 509 area code is Eastern Washington and reiterated that I did call the number and confirmed multiple times. It was the Adams moving company in Washington state and they even confirmed their address in Seattle. I suggested if they feel somebody is pretending to be their company perhaps they should look into that. I can only post a review based on my actual conversations with their company and the communications I've had. Posting a screenshot showing where the 509 area code really is.

I paid a $30 booking fee online four days before my move 17 miles away inside of Seattle…read more You could not ask for a smoother move (no, this is not a commercial for a laxative). Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

Nearly $1,000 for an Incomplete Move, Property Damage, and Unacceptable Service…read more My experience with Man with a Truck Moving was extremely disappointing and stressful. I paid approximately $984 in cash for a three-person moving team, originally scheduled for four hours with an additional hour added. Despite paying nearly $1,000, the move was left significantly incomplete. Before the move, I explained that I am disabled, my adult daughter is disabled, and we have a two-year-old child. I specifically hired professional movers to handle the heavy items we could not safely move ourselves, including our couch, dining table and chairs, living-room chairs, curio cabinet, grandfather clock without its weights, freezer, two queen-size beds, king-size mattress, storage dressers, patio furniture, and numerous boxes containing fragile belongings. We packed to the best of our ability. Fragile boxes were clearly marked "FRAGILE," while heavy boxes were labeled "50+ POUNDS" with arrows showing which side should remain upright. Although the movers transported many boxes, they left a substantial amount behind. They initially attempted to leave the couch, freezer, curio cabinet, and grandfather clock--the primary heavy items I had hired them to move. I had to insist that these items be taken. The tallest mover behaved carelessly around my family. He repeatedly bumped my 24-year-old disabled daughter with boxes as she tried to move out of his way. While using a dolly, he nearly struck my two-year-old grandchild three separate times instead of stopping or moving over in the hallway. I finally had to firmly tell him to be careful and not run into her. This was frightening and completely unacceptable. That same mover also caused a hole approximately one to one-and-a-half inches wide in the apartment wall. I sent pictures and requested that the company at least pay for the damage, but it has not been resolved. The on-site job manager spent most of the time outside loading the truck, so he did not properly supervise what was happening inside. His communication and coordination could have been much better. I do want to acknowledge that the third mover--the shorter, stockier gentleman--was polite, kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, his professionalism could not make up for the overall experience. The company also brought approximately 10-15 large, empty wardrobe boxes even though I had clearly said we did not need them. During the additional hour I paid for, valuable time was spent reloading their unused boxes instead of finishing my move. Those boxes should never have been brought after I specifically declined them, and dealing with them should not have taken away from the time I was paying for. By the time the movers left, there was still a large amount of property remaining, including the metal patio table and chairs on my balcony. The apartment was still a mess, and I had to rent a U-Haul to finish transporting everything myself. As someone with limited financial resources and physical disabilities, this created an enormous additional burden. I contacted a person named Rob, whom I understood to be management. He listened to my concerns and said he would rectify the situation by sending movers back. I explained that we had only five days remaining to empty and clean the apartment. He never followed through or contacted me again. By the third day, with no response and time running out, I told him not to send anyone because I could no longer rely on the company. I contacted him again about repairing the hole in the wall. He claimed he had not received the photographs, even though they had been sent. Nearly three weeks later, I have received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. I have photographs documenting the condition of the apartment, the large amount left behind, and the wall damage. This was not the level of service anyone should receive after paying nearly $1,000 in cash. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Man with a Truck Moving. Their claimed years of experience were not reflected in the quality, care, communication, or completeness of the service I received. I also had no idea that they offered senior pricing. The man that hit my daughter with boxes and that almost ran into my Grandchild was caught numerous times on his phone. am labeling this as overpriced based off of the service that I received. I shared the hole in the wall, 2 of the messages....I am not looking anymore for pictures. This was a traumatic experience and after this review I know that I wont hear from them in regards to any of this.
