The salon is always clean and organized, and they have a really good system to make sure that customers are taken care of promptly and efficiently. The only time I've ever had to actually wait for service was on Super Bowl when they had some text call out, but it wasn't a big deal because I don't watch football and had nothing but time that day The price is reasonable, so no complaints there. Not to mention they offer free soda, water, and alcoholic drinks if that's your jam.
