Best deli and cheese selection in town, easily accessible and have gotten numerous compliments from family and freinds that have come into town read more

I have hit and miss experiences in this QFC. They have very friendly people working in this store such as the people on the cheese dept. and the people in the deli. But they also have some old bitter men as cashiers that obviously hate their jobs. This QFC is convenient and is going through a remodel so should be nicer and newer when finished. I have noticed that everything seems a little more expensive in this store but that might just be due to its downtown location. read more

This is a review for the floral department! The staff was incredibly helpful when I came in last-minute for a toss bouquet for my wedding. I told them the colors I needed and they were able to give me the perfect little toss bouquet for a reasonable price. read more

There's one Express lane open, no line. There's one regular isle open, 4 people waiting. They open another Express lane. That pretty much sums up this store. read more

Its been awhile since I've been to QFC. I feel like the prices are more affordable then when I last visited. Fish was reasonable / fresh and the selection is great. I will be back!!! read more

Normally I"m all about this QFC. It's been my grocery store since I was 2 years old. The renovations they have made, produce quality and service are typically 5 stars. Today was a VERY different story. I ordered a pre-constructed salad at lunchtime and ended up waiting 20 minutes for it's fruition. I understand this is a busy time of day, and have no problems waiting my turn (I work in customer service if that's a clue). Three people came and went with their orders while my salad was being constructed. Apparently they were out of Kale, and sun-dried tomatoes (not items I made requests for) and instead of informing me of what was going on, I was kept in the dark the first ten minutes. While my salad was being made, the tomatoes were added to the wrong bowl and were picked out of that one and placed in mine. I also found walnuts in my salad that weren't part of the recipe. Thankfully I don't have food allergies, but if I had, this would have been a really really big problem. Positive note, the produce was fresh from the store shelves! While appreciated, that isn't worth my whole lunch break. Overall, very displeased with my experience, and will be going back to talk with a manager later today. Politely of course!!! But I think quality service is just as important as quality food, don't you? read more

The produce & frozen goods are good.. But my fav is the baker's section & Boar's head.. Whenever I too lazy to cook, I just grab some soup at QFC or a sandwich from Boar's Head cafeteria in QFC :) read more

Nicest QFC I've been to, way nicer than the Bellevue Way location. Clean and big inside lots of selection. Was a little disappointed with the sushi selection but then again I went later in the day. read more

Nick at QFC bar is the BEST! Carly knows everything about wine and will help you other special orders! Ryan is also great managing the bar at QFC! It is like Cheers, where everyone knows your name! read more

Best qfc ever! Love the staff, prices are good, nice selection!!! It even has a bar keep it up

Parking lot is awful, watch out for tow trucks they will tow you because these losers have nothing better to do.

Solid grocery store. Great selections on general grocery items as well as flowers and beer/wine. When first moving to the area we thought we would frequent whole foods more, but QFC has everything we need. Cashiers are always incredibly friendly as well. read more

Brand new remodel. It's big clean and beautiful! Great meat and seafood section.

Everything was recently moved around the store so it is annoying to shop here now. Also, the beer was moved to the opposite side of the store from the formerly convenient west entrance. You now have to walk all of the way across the store to get to the beer. Pete's is easier to get in and out of, and they have better prices so I won't be returning unless I'm also buying produce which is still in the same convenient place. read more

I wanted to thank you Jennifer in floral department for her help even though it was off hours. She patiently helped us with preparing a bouquet that was lovely and made the birthday event we were going to a bit more special. Thanks Jennifer! read more

Worst QFC in existence. It draws you in with its flashy interior and then spits you out like a bad taste in its mouth. Ever since the new management got in, the place has gone downhill, fast. The deli is NEVER staffed fully, so you can't get anything you want there, the meat people ignore you, the bakery people are usually in the back hiding out -- and let's face it, the "manager" is a smug ***hole who tells you what you want to hear but never delivers. Today was the worst. I go in to get a sandwich, and there's one poor, lone girl doing a stack of them BY HERSELF. I ask a few of the associates where the deli manager is and...? NOBODY KNEW. They told me she's new and she doesn't do much. They ALL told me this, with glum looks on their faces. It's pretty bad. Today was the last straw. How can I go back to a place like that? The employees are all trying the best they can, but let's face it: The management sucks. People can't do their job. I can't even get a freaking sandwich in under fifteen minutes! WHERE ARE YOU, MANAGEMENT? Doesn't matter. I'm finding a new place to go! read more

Great managers specials in the store and friendly staff. I come here a few times a week at least. They also have a great bulk and natural foods section in the back. read more

I have been going to this QFC for years and have seen manY changes, some good some not so good. A year or so ago we went through another remodel‼ Just when I thought things have finally settled down, now they are changing things AGAIN‼ The cough medicine, lotions, cough drops----cards and magazines are moved again. The aisles are packed again making it impossible to pass another cart. Now they have tables set up where some cosmetics are located. What--so now you want to carry products that Bartell's carries???? Then--now there is a bar set up with chairs right next to Starbucks and today on a busy Monday morning 4 or 5 QFC employees sat and stood at this bar, 2women blocking the aisle. I believe one gentleman was one of the stores higher ups. I am really upset that many of the name brand foods we have purchased for years are no longer carried and the Kroger brand is filling the shelves. I grew up in the Midwest where Kroger stores serviced our town. My promise then and now is that I will not buy Kroger. If it means I have to shop elsewhere I will. This is not what I want but grocery shopping should not be painful‼ read more

Today, after shopping there for 15 yrs, I brought back a food item I believe had been tampered with. Initially, the front store manager said her manager was going to come talk to me. Then, that manager was "too busy", & the front store manage accused my 18 yr old daughter of the "tampering" because I should "think about" how a foreign body could have gotten into the food. Exactly. I HAD thought about it. Its why I was there. I would like to point out I never said anyone was injured, no one was traumatized, I was not making a scene ( so no drama mama) nor was I even asking for a refund, which would have amounted to about 35 cents. I was letting the appropriate people know, who presumably have protocols for this sort of thing. Skip this store, go to Safeway, its only a few blocks away. But if you choose to shop there, check your fruits & vegetables for foreign bodies before you leave, although they will probably still say you did it. read more

Five years ago we arrived in Bellevue, and after trying all the local grocery stores, decided that this was the best. Over time, especially in the last year or so, we've decided this is one of the worst. Constantly move the products around and creating separate areas to promote store brand products has created confusion and greatly lengthened the time needed to shop here. The staff is still reasonably helpful, but the constant restocking at peak hours creates more congestion in the now narrower isles. Very poor decision by management to conduct these changes means we will be shopping elsewhere. read more

I skipped breakfast and went for lunch and got some sushi 30 minutes later. I was feeling like shit 3 hrs later i called my doctor and he side its food poising so i had to whether the storm and drink water 2ed day and I'm feeling good but I'm vary healthy if it was a elderly or a child this could have be a lot worse I'm never buying sushi from QFC. read more

I have been going to this QFC for several years, but each time I go there, I always feel like I'm being forced to do something I didn't want to do. I couldn't pinpoint the reason, so I continued to go there. The day I consciously decided that I'm no longer going there is the day the cashier lost my value member card; I saw it went down the gap between the scanner and the countertop. I wouldn't mind it so much since it's replaceable, but the problem is the attitude of the cashiers. This was not the only cashier at this QFC that was unpleasant. Then I realized why I do not like to go to this QFC. I've been to other QFC (outside of Bellevue area), and they all have pleasant attitude, so I don't know what's going on with this QFC. Perhaps they were all influenced by the customers that go there, or perhaps it's because some of the employees are old ex-cons that don't give a crap about the customers. read more

Before you go, definitely read this!! So, while at Starbucks my car got towed from the QFC parking lot, and was taken to a lot 11 miles away. I just moved to town for my job and don't know anyone here yet, so I had to get a $20 cab ride to pick up the car....after I paid over $400 in charges of course. Yes, this is not a typo, $400. There is a very good reason the management company who hired that people to walk their parking lot look for cars parked over two hours (I was actually told this both by the tow company and the store personnel) only puts a PO Box address on the tow record. To talk to the person/company who hired the company that towed my car...I need to pay $87 to take them to court. This is clearly a scam the property managers set up to make easy money from their tenants customer 's...and no small money at that. Needless to say...I'm pi$$ed!!! and will never shop at one of this management company's properties again. Wonder if that PM company realizes they are running off customers of their tenants for a lifetime? A REALLY bad business plan for both them and their tenants. read more

I came to QFC because pasta&co was shut and I wanted some garlic bread spread. So everything was ok except that I couldn't get my favorite garlic bread spread. I got home and tried it. It was the WORST tasting stuff ever. I spit it out and threw it in the trash where it belonged. A total waste of 5 bucks I DO NOT recommend. I just wanted some nice garlic bread but I guess not. But I totally recommended pasta&co. read more

rude selfish customers flock to this place. good staff. i saw a woman with over 20 items get in 15 item aisle and complain that they were taking to long to ring up and bag peoples grocery ahead of her. Substantial price increases at the Bellevue Village location over the last two months. Average price of a package of cookies is $4.49 (Oreos etc), trash bags $7.99 (25-count). Will be using the new Bellevue Safeway and saving nearly 40%. May come back if prices return to normal, but Kroger is determined to pass on every penny in price increases to the consumer. See Citi analyst review http://www.retailleader.net/top-story-kroger_passing_through_price_increases-22.html read more

Kind of a dirty urban grocery. Nothing special to speak of really. Meat department, bakery and liquor are marginal. Staff is always down in the dumps, guess dealing with the local hipsters will do that. Wish an upscale grocer would move in here with a higher quality of products, if your charging the premium price at least give us an above standard experience. read more

QFC grocery is pricey while offering poor quality produces at the same time!!! i brought organic onion a few time and immediately cut it open on the same day of purchase. And, the middle is rotten already. it happens 3 times. i stop buying onion there. organic garlic - again poor quality for i use it right away and most of the cloves have to be tossed!!! it happens three times. organic avocado - check everyday for it to begin to soften. once it is soften, i open it. And, most of the time it is already gone bad as soon as it is "ripped." this is a sign that a high end grocery store purposely pay for lower quality grocery and sell it for high quality grocery price. i've friends who own grocery store, they reject produces shipment when it is poor quality. whenever i buy produce from them, it last a long time. that's how you know your grocer is not cheating on you! QFC, perhaps you should care for your reputation even you don't about selling your customer rotten onion and marked it as high quality onion price! Advise against going to QFC unless you've no choice!!! i think it's wrong to treat your customers that way. when i went back to tell them about rotten onion, they say i need to bring it in to show them! I told a few stuffs that it is wrong to sell rotten produce to customer, they were silence and avoid eye-contact. Their boss makes that decision not the staffs. for such poor quality produce marking at such expensive price, i find it unacceptable! read more

Was in yesterday in the checking out. A customer abt 60+years old, was trying to push me out of the way waving his credit card while attempting to see the pin on my debit card. It caught me off guard & regretfully I didn't push back. (I didn't have the courage to punch his lights out) The male checker observed everything & couldn't care less. Trader Joe's opens about October 1st-QFC you are going to loose a lot of customer including me. Pin will be changed tomorrow when the bank opens. read more

The people working at this store are super friendly and very helpful! I went in to buy a few things and of course ended up with a ton of groceries in my tiny cart. I needed some box fans and one of the store employees not only helped me bring 2 of them to the self-checkout area but he also rang them up for me. Then one of the bagger's named MICHAEL came and moved the items in my cart around so that all of the bags and boxes would fit and then he helped me out to the car and put them in my trunk! I felt like a mini queen for 10 minutes. I'm the "I can do it myself" type of person and not used to this nice concierge-type service they provide. I really appreciated Michael's help because I had a lot of things and I was starting to get sick that day (I left work early and went to the store real quick) so it was nice since I didn't feel well but they didn't know that. That's just how it is at this store - SUPER HELPFUL, nice employees! read more

Every since QFC was purchased by Kroger....all the uniqueness has disappeared. There use to be gourmet items...now its all big box companies filling the shelf space, probably because they pay money for the shelf space. Its a shame, and I believe over time, the general public will come to realize what has occurred. We used to be able to purchase locally manufactured items with a northwest flavor...if its so important for you to track what we purchase, why not offer what we really want. read more
