The food is pretty good. My wife had mashed cauliflower instead of rice in her chicken burrito, I had a single taco with the new roasted tomato salsa and vinaigrette dressing. Both were very tasty. The place is a bit crazy, everyone moving as fast as they could to get the food out. Glad we were able to eat inside. read more

Have ate here a number of times with my oldest daughter and have never been not satisfied. Staff is friendly and gets you just what you want (I usually have the Bowl with Carne Asada). Place has always been clean and have never wished I didn't eat here. Not bad for Fast Mexican! read more

My girlfriend and i love going to qdoba because the customer service is always good and you can't beat the price that you pay for freshness. unfortunately we had a really bad experience at the Bridgeport location Sunday 7/24 at 7:20pm. The associate at the register very young male long brown hair and braces was very unprofessional and had a poor attitude. We've not been here before, I think my youngest son took me for lunch at the restaurant at Lloyd Center location, but he ordered my lunch! My husband hasn't been, though. It's still during pandemic, so wearing double mask is the new fashion trend. People there are friendly, and explaining to us how to order, also with masks on. Hubby's Steak Fajita Quedsadilla was nicely packaged & hot & easy to eat from. He said, the steak was tender very flavorful & nice. Mine was Create-your-own. I decided on the Burrito, but I thought like any restaurants, they just make them, with everything already there. I now have to pick: my protein, additional flavors, salsas & sauces. Since I'm not much of a Mexican dish person, I kinda guest what else would I like added. Then she wrap them up, like into a ball. I thought, like a burrito it will be skinny & long. No! It's about 3 1/2" wide, and long. Of course, that's negative, since my mouth can NOT open up to 3 1/2 " WIDE. Luckily, once again, when we go out, we have with us our picnic utensils and plate, because we know, something LIKE THIS will happen, that we have to cut our food so they're easier to eat, and because I'm a neat freak, I don't want my fingers to get dirty - pandemic - no clean water, and don't want anti-bacterial soap if possible - hate the smell!!!! I just don't want touching my food or adding more chemicals going in my mouth. With that said: I cut 1/4th of the burrito, and was able to finish that. Had the worst experience at the Qdoba in Bridgeport village. The lady making my burrito tried giving me half portions and wanted to charge me for asking for extra rice and beans. I've been coming here for over 6 years, and next time I will try my luck at the Wilsonville location. They refused to open a new tray of lettuce and only gave me the leftovers that were on the line. Ordered my usual at this place and the manager come out with a declaration of war just because I swapped out lettuce for cilantro. I let her know this is how I have been getting my meal for the last 10 years. She told me she does not care and that she is the MANAGER wanted me to point out the employees who have broken the rules that she could discipline them. Then she refused service to me. At which point myself and a few other customers who were in line left the store. This lady should not be in the managing position. This restaurant literally served me moldy garbage! I ordered through Grubhub. I took a bite in a dark room and immediately knew something was wrong by the horrible taste and smell. I turned on the light and there was hairy white mold on top of my taco salad. My boyfriend pulled open his burrito and his lettuce and guacamole was slimy and brown. I immediately called the restaurant and talked to the manager, Carolina. She was adamant that everything is completely fresh and made to order. She kept emphasizing that the were incredibly busy. I told her I didn't know what else to tell her because my food clearly has mold on it. The only explanation I can think of is that an employee grabbed something that looked similar enough to my order out of the garbage in an attempt to cut corners. It's worth mentioning that a lot of the ingredients were different from what we ordered, though that hardly matters when your food is literally rotten! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very cheery "Hi! Welcome to Qdoba!". I love warm welcomes! The restaurant was clean and all the employees were busy serving or cleaning and SMILING! Gotta love that. I've been toying with the idea of going vegetarian and noticed they have quite a few non meat options - I'm not sure what a previous reviewer meant by not too many options- among other items I saw three cheese nachos, a grilled veggie burrito, taco salad (without meat) or beans & rice with veggies. But since I'm a fence riding carnivore I chose the fajita ranchera burrito which was outstanding along with an order of chips and cheese and habanero salsa that was so good I now need a 12 step program just to stop thinking about it. Stopped in on a Friday night and there was no wait. The employees were very helpful since I had never been there before. This place is the Mod Pizza of tacos. They have several options as well as a "build your own" option. I tried the Knockout tacos. The Gladiator and The Triple threat were both REALLY good. They had a ton of flavor and they had bacon. Who doesn't like bacon!? The Mad Rancher wasn't very good, it really lacked flavor You can customize the tacos that aren't build your own so you don't and up with something you don't like. My husband and I came here around 8:45pm since we'd never been here before, I was pretty excited. Before even walking in I thought they were closed because no one was in the kitchen or at the counter but there were two customers sitting and eating so we went in. One of the customers ended up being the workers, which is fine, but what wasn't okay was his attitude. He was a young man and he didn't even greet us, he just slammed a heating tray on the counter and asked if he could help us like we were inconveniencing him in some way. At this point he was kind of helping me with my order and a gal came up to help my husband. It was clear that she didn't know much English but that was fine. When my husband turned to the young man for help he just scoffed and walked away sweeping around my food that was cooking. At this point I wanted to leave because it just felt extremely unwelcoming. I was disappointed by my experience here. I went in last night with my husband. He ordered a cheese quesadilla and I ordered the three taco entrée plate (smoked brisket). Food was decent, but brisket was salty. For $9, the entrees should really come with beans and rice or chips and dip. These side options were an extra $5. In my opinion, this place is overpriced. Staff was rude- I asked about the loaded chicken tortilla soup, and the man working had no comment on it. When I asked questions about adding items on, he was unhelpful and rolled his eyes at me. I also noticed the seating area was dirty- food all over the booths and chairs, and grime on the tabletops. It doesn't take long or require much effort to wipe everything down in between customers. The bottom line is that customers notice these things, and it makes them not want to come back. If you aren't cleaning the seating, are you cleaning the kitchen? Faucet in women's restroom wouldn't turn off and leaked water constantly. This is upsetting to me because contrary to popular belief, Oregon is in a drought and we all need to be conservative with our water usage. Failure to remedy a simple faucet leak is a total dick move. Needless to say, we won't be back - the Baja Fresh in Sherwood is 100x better than this place. read more

Fast Tex-Mex restaurant chain, loosely based on the Chipotle concept in that you choose your type of taco (corn of flour tortilla), burrito, bowl, or Mexican gumbo and they make it assembly line style, right in front of you. They also have nachos, quesadillas, chips, salsa, taco salad, etc. Even have a kids menu. Prices are fairly reasonable and there's a huge grill in the back loaded down with meat (chicken, pork, beef) fragrantly grilling away, so you can see the food is obviously fresh. I tried the Knockout Taco trio for $9, a Drunken Yardbird: tequila lime chicken, guacamole, salsa verde, cilantro, minced onion and cotija cheese; the Bohemian Veg: shredded cheese, black beans, corn salsa, guacamole, salsa verde, minced onions, cilantro and cotija cheese; and the Mad Rancher: grilled chicken, bacon, guacamole, picante ranch, lettuce, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. All three were served on a warm corn tortilla. My only complaint is that the tortillas should have been doubled due to overfilling since they fell apart after one bite. Good, but quite messy! Inside the restaurant everything was clean and employees were friendly. It was lunchtime and the place was doing a steady business, lots of take outs too. I know most diners don't give a rats patoody about calorie counts but I do appreciate the information being included on the menu. It might make me choose the burrito (340 calories) over the cheese nachos (1215 calories)...hmmmm. Overall, pretty OK, I'd go back again. read more

This one time my sisters and I went there for a take out lunch and this one server was mean to my sisters, they asked for a certain amount of cheese but that server just gave her a different cheese for her dish and when my sister said (politely) for the cheese she wanted that server threw it in the trash and gave her more than what wanted. She ordered a small size but she stuffed it up like a large size in a small size cintainer. It's a blessed day when a vendor brings us Qdoba for lunch! My only suggestion would be that they serve refried beans, versus the big reddish pink beans. I also prefer the white rice to the brown, but that's because the white has a fresh lime taste and the brown tastes....well, healthy. I can't explain that taste, but if I'm going to be bad, I want to be real bad and that means my food needs to taste rich. My favorite item is the naked burrito. Who needs a shell when you can use those calories on extra queso sauce?? The chicken and beef go on top of my rice. Then every sauce (pico de gayo, hot salso, sour cream and guac) they have to offer - except the green verde sauce. Ick. Not just theirs. In general that sauce just needs to go away. I hear complaints often about what true tex mex is, and whether Qdoba is authentic - but to be honest, I've been to Mexico numerous times and don't think the food I've had is actually any better. I always enjoy the food and drink options, but when I'm one of the two people in line and I don't even get a head nod, hello, or any a acknowledgement and I'm standing right in front of you (4 people) for a decent amount of time...I'm feeling pretty shitty. Then when I got help, they have as much kindness as a military sergeant but with zero eye contact. One girl was busting her butt and working hard, and the was being trained. So my dissatisfaction really has to do with the guy that "helped me" and the trainer who I paid with that also just said my total - no eye contact, no please, nothing... . It feels like they could care less about the customer and only about getting people in and out and taking their money. Honor coupons! We had a coupon and the cashier didn't honor it even though our order met the criteria. Give the small bag of chips with the meal just like the other qdoba locations do! Worst service ever. I usually order a kids bowl and when I ask for chips they usually givE me a couple Chips on the side. I went in today and she told me they don't do that. I went to Qdoba in Bridgeport Village for the 4th time the other day, & it will probably be my last, unless someone just picks something up from there & offers it to me. I'm only giving a generous 2 stars, because it is barely a step up from Taco Bell, but not by much. The employees, all 4 times I've gone in there, act like they do not want to be there, & the energy alone is bad from the moment you walk in. Bummer, cause this place has potential. Never, I repeat never, order a salad from there! Absolutely nasty! Their bowls are just meh as well. With the salad & the bowls, it comes down to the person making them, & what they served me twice, was so bad I just threw it away. Why keep trying there you ask? Well, I try really hard to give places the benefit of the doubt, & try out multiple meals before I make a decision on a place. When it is consistently bad though, that decision kind of makes itself for me. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars & not 1, is because the meat is better quality then the dog food taco bell feeds you, & I give credit where it is due. I really recommend sticking to simple things here though, such as tacos, burritos, & quesadillas, as it's pretty hard to mess those up. I also recommend getting your salsa on side too, if you decide to get salsa, or the watered down tomato & onion water you're served will get all over everything. Step it up a notch y'all, even Chipotle does better, & that's not saying much. You're in Bridgeport Village, & not one person I know can recommend your food. Baja Fresh is much friendlier & consistent with the food they make. It's too bad to be honest.
