Manager Tyler is awesome. Greatly appreciate his enthusiasm and customer focus. He is by far the best customer facing employee I have come across i years. It's a tough, sometimes shitty job, and he is amazingly positive. Love me some Tyler!!! read more

It's a hit or a miss, a miss a lot more than a hit just chicken and cheese not hard right how can they never get it right, they are nice enough now that the tweaker is gone, 45 minutes to go through the drive through is insane but that's constant, I don't care about the waiting. I care about getting the orders wrong every single time when someone says they don't want lettuce they don't want lettuce and onion. It's simple. The ambience is run down and dirty, the only good thing is they give out sauce like they should read more

Every time I have came to this location they are so disrespectful. I just went today wanting some taco bell went up to the window and asked if I could add two more tacos and the manager said they can't add sh**. I was not gonna spend money to eat crap food with crap service either. read more

After this review I'll give the health department a call. If this Taco Bell has a manager, they should be ashamed. Or replaced. So should any staff member who connects with customers. Our order was incomplete, but we love the tacos, skimpy as they are. We couldn't get anyone's attention when asking for what was missing in our order. Then from the kitchen came sounds of someone "coughing up" loudly, when it was mentioned that it sounded alarming, she (her name is Roxy) came over to us, told us she has asthma and "what am I supposed to do, not laugh with my coworkers?" then flipped us off, and told us that the only reason she works there is because "no one can afford their f-in rent" - she went on and on cussing and spewing anger. They also insulted an older woman who got the wrong beverage. The floor hadn't been swept, the tables hadn't been wiped down, the condiment table has pretty empty and full of trash, and the bathroom was filthy. We stayed because we couldn't believe what we were experiencing, like rubbernecking. Simply tragic. read more

I keep giving them chances and they keep disappointing. How hard is it to just not put meat on something. My last 3 orders in a row have been wrong and they add meat every single time. I can say vegetarian or no meat - doesn't matter - I still get home with food I can't eat. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I've worked customer service myself but this is just indifference. read more

The portion sizes here are a fuckkng joke. The workers are racist as fuck too. I waited over 40min in the line, only to get to the front and realize some bozo at the mic didn't check in our mobile order, so they hadn't made any of the food. Got every single item wrong--including the drinks. When I went inside to have it fixed, there was no one else in the lobby aside from two black women who were mid-conversation with a white employee. They were asking him about their food which was also fucked up. The white guy literally cut one of them off mid sentence the moment I walked in to ask what I needed help with. I told him I think the women he was already speaking to were here first. He waved his hand and said, "yeah, but..." and then asked to help me again. Are you fucking joking????? The manager should be ASHAMED. I have no clue how this location is still open. read more

Sat in line for 45 min and watched the midnight worker cuss another customer out and call them, white trash, saying, "white trash go somewhere else!" And closed her window. Each car took on average about 10-15 minutes at the window and the line was all the way to the exit. Steady 10-15 cars the entire time! Will not be coming back here in middle of night again. read more

My Korean friend said Taco Bell was authentic Mexican food. I am also lactose and I got mixed up with some laxatives. If you couldn't tell what happened, I ate the food and started to sprint to the bathroom where the music was so loud I couldn't hear my self fart all the way there. I blew up the bathroom and even pooped on the wall. Other than that, there were no Mexicans serving any of the food. Mid service. read more

Best Taco Bell location by far. Not quite sure how to spell her name but I really enjoy chatting with the manager layla/laila at the end of my work shift. Shes the sweetest! I work at a neighboring buisness and choose this location over the one next to my home. read more

Laila and kara are amazing. gave me everything with an amazing attitude. sweet and kind. fast service. way better than the other location

This specific taco bell has an attitude problem.. As a small business owner myself, I know culture starts at the top. It's not difficult to see the owner of this franchise is not a hospitality specialist. Additionally, the portions are short or light by comparison to the other TB in the area. Note to the ownership: if someone comes to your resraurant, these people go to other establishments also. The apples to apples comparison happens all the time. Do you really want to single yourself out as the short guy? People talk. read more

What happened to their portions? A big beefy layer burrito used to be enough to fill me but it's shrunk in size significantly. And the prices?! Why are they charging over $11 for a burrito and 2 regular tacos? Didn't seem right to overcharge for what little you get. What a shame. read more

Wow! I usually have no issues with Taco Bell, and almost always am entirely satisfied. Tonight convinced me that I need to rethink this. The young lady who served me was great, but man, the tacos were terrible. This location apparently doesn't even try when the drive-thru is busy. I ordered a 3 crunchy taco meal and received three of the poorest, least filled tacos I have EVER received in my entire Taco Bell experience. I am NOT a Taco Bell hater, and usually am happy to run for the border" when looking for fast food. Probably won't do it again here. So not worth it. Check out the photo of a very sad taco. The other two were just like it. read more

Taco Bell - Representative of the three tacos I received in my crunchy taco meal. Just a sad taco with little fillings. - Fast Food Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

All the reviews are not exaggerating. This Taco Bell has such bad customer service. I ordered through DoorDash and they completely ignored my Dasher when she asked about my food. She waited 35 minutes before even being acknowledged by a worker. At this point I had called the store to ask what's up with my order only to receive the craziest attitude from a male worker saying my Dasher went through the drive-thru, they told her to come inside, but she stayed in her car. I asked why they wouldn't just bring it out to her if they see her out there or at least signal her again to come inside. My Dasher said there was only ONE customer every other 5 minutes, and 10 people in the kitchen and she continuously tried to get their attention but was ignored. There's no reason it should've taken this long. The male worker just said 'No we will not do that! We told them to come inside. They decided to sit in their car. That's not my fault.' As someone who has worked in fast food, and now hospitality, even IF my Dasher was in the wrong, why am I, the customer, the one being yelled at I was ready to just drive over there myself at this point but as soon as I hung up they finally yelled at my DoorDasher who was WALKING OUT THE DOOR... meaning she was already inside (these mf's ) and gave her my food. Arrived cold and soggy as expected. So they didn't even think to remake it after having her waiting and harassing for my order for 35 minutes. This was Monday at 9:00pm. I hope you guys give whoever was working that night some Customer Service training. read more

Do not go to this Taco Bell. Workers are literally insane. I ordered two baja blast freezes, got to the window and she gave me the sodas so I politely stated that they were supposed to be the freezes and she started going off on me that I should've said that on the intercom, which I did. Then she proceeded to tell me to take my service elsewhere because I "don't know how to order correctly" and then slammed the window in my face and walked to the back where I then waited for 10 minutes to be helped after I had already waited 10 minutes in line to even get to the window. A man finally came to the window and proceeded to just give me the sodas. Absolutely insane, they're not getting paid enough to be doing all that. Just give me my food please. read more

My girl went to this taco bell after work at 3am. they took like 10 minutes to take the order and like 20 minutes to finally make the 6 things in the order. Prior to this recent visit, I haven't had Taco Bell since the early 2000's. Now I remembered why it took me this long to return. And after this past visit, even frozen dinners are better than eating what this place passes on as "food." The online ordering system is great, as they have expanded their menus since my last visit, 1-star. You can order online and go through the drive-thru to pick-up, rather than trying to figure out what you want while you're at the drive-thru. We ordered: - Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme - Meximelt - Mexican Pizza - Nacho Supreme - Burrito Supreme It was as gross as I remembered. Not only was all the food room temperature, it was mushy and disgusting! I would never subject anyone to eat here unless you want to punish them. Yes, it's that bad and expect to 'make a run for the "toilet"' afterwards. This is the perfect reminder that life is too short to eat crap like this! read more

It's fast food, I get that. I'm not expecting a gourmet meal, but I do expect my order to be taken and food more or less accurately made. 1) Ordered through the app to pick up in store. The employee could not figure out how to find my order and seemed totally baffled as to why I was in the store. I had to explain several times how I ordered. I finally showed them my phone before they believed I had done the process correctly. They eventually found my order amongst the drive thru line orders. 2) Ordered via the app, but for the drive thru since my going in the store caused so many problems. I got there and the location was not even open. I was able to cancel and get a refund through the app, but wasted my time. 3) Didn't bother with the app, went straight to the drive through for breakfast (just before 8:30am) that was being advertised from a sign on the street. It was closed. 4) Ordered from the app, drive thru option. Sat in a 20 minute line to get to the speaker. Then sat 5 more minutes at the window because they'd lost track of my oder. Finally received food and it was not what I ordered. Kind of close. But not really. read more

With Taco Bell, you get what you pay for. While you don't expect a gourmet meal for just a couple of bucks, this location on McEwan Road off of Lower Boones Ferry fails to live up to even lowered expectations. The late night drive thru has long lines, and the staff is generally apathetic and unhelpful. The employees of this specific location are remarkably rude, and will often have you park to wait for a long order, only for someone on break to walk by your vehicle while smoking. I was told over the menu speaker that they couldn't complete my order one night because they were running low on menu items, yet they didn't turn anyone else away. Weird. The food is average, and nothing really stands out as exemplary on the menu. Good if you're starving or low on cash, not so good otherwise. The other Taco Bell location on Martinazzi nearby is much more helpful, since the employees actually care and the service is far better. read more

This is the second time they messed up our order in a month. I clearly told them not to put any meat in my order and substituted with beans. My order not only had meat but wrong items as well. I called them to complain, and the lady on the phone was so rude, I had to repeat myself a hundred time telling her my order details. After wasting 20 minutes on phone she told me to come to store right now in order to get my refund even though they had my card details. No apology was made. I would give 0 stars customer service. I have always been enamored by my flexible will power that strengthens me at some times and is non-existent in others. I swore I would not fall for gimmicky food, limited time food items and yet here I am at a Taco Bell with an order of Black Jack Tacos on my tray. I am not sure what they are trying to attract with this Taco, is it the official snack food of the EMO crowd? Is it the new designer food of the Goth kids? Taco Bell says that it is a celebration of pepper-jack. Whatever. After trying one I just was not sure about what to think. I tried the black shell alone first but could not discern any different or new tastes, it was just... black. The innards of the taco (yes, innards is an acceptable word) was your usual swath of re-hydrated beef and lettuce, but they used a pepper-jack cheese and a pepper-jack sauce on it. It was actually quite tasty. I had a few where the shell split and a few days alter I found that they didn't travel well as the shell stuck to the paper wrapper and broke while I was trying to free it. However it still tasted good, what I didn't have to lick off my hands. Good for Taco Bell to find a way to make the Taco a little more interesting. A Black Soft Taco would be nice too; but you know what I miss? They used to have breakfast at Taco Bell, and it was decent. For now this will have to do until the once again re-invent the Taco. read more

You did it again Taco Bell. How is this possible to get worse than before. If i could give less stars i SO this place is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. We were at the drive thru and The woman was so very rude. My questions were simple, i couldn't read the sign and I've never ordered breakfast from Taco Bell so i wanted to know what was in certain things on the menu. Her answers were rude, cut off and not very helpful. All i asked was "what's in the bfast burrito" and "what's in the crunch wrap" she huffed loudly on the intercom. When all was said and done, i got the Sausage bfast burrito and after paying went to leave i said "thank you so much have a wonderful day" as i normally do, worked customer service and sometimes just a simple thank you with a smile can change a persons day, apparently not this woman's... she replied "yep" and slammed the window. I drove off in shock and was very glad i only spent $1.50 there. I went down the street to Burger King and was greeted with amazing customer service and a smile. I will never be returning to this location. Maybe a little training in customer service will help. It's not about what you do it's about how well you do it. read more

Horrible horrible service. Will never go to the Tualatin Taco Bell ever again. They always manage to mess up the order.

I usually don't rate Taco Bell, but the manager was friendly, professional and precise. She was also training her younger employees kindly and taking the time to teach them correctly. Customers can hear the type of environment being created through the drive through window and I approve. They're obviously needing more staff, but working on it. Food was relatively quick, correct order, and we'll-put together. Good job! read more

We had the worst experience we have ever had with any fast food restaurant. We ordered in the drive thru and asked for no cheese 12 pack of tacos because of dietary issues. The order had cheese in all the tacos. We brought tacos to the front door and my son was told by the manager he would not replace the tacos that they made a mistake on until my son said we have dietary issues and can't eat what they made. We waited almost an hour. They left us standing outside waiting. I had to knock on the window. They looked at me in the window and avoided communicating until I walked through the drive thru behind a vehicle to the window twice. The manager at the window said someone should be fired but he was the person who told my son he did not want to remake the tacos. I hope the person who manages this location addresses this with everyone on shift Wednesday Dec 22 from 9pm to 10pm. This seemed like very bad leadership and a very dysfunctional workspace. There was a younger person working who attempted to assist my son originally but the manager did not agree with redoing the tacos they did not make properly as ordered. We will not go to this location again and we had a lot of sympathy for all frontline workers and conditions during this pandemic...this was way over the top even given the circumstances. We had a very important event we were trying to get to and after that experience we changed plans which was incredibly disappointing. I was concerned also by staff I saw inside without masks- FYI. read more

This is got to be the most rude and idiotic Taco Bell staff I have ever been subjected to. From the minute they start talking to you through the electronica speaker you know you are screwed! The guy literally sounds like he is high on heroin and about to fall over face first into a vat of hot beans ! Maybe that would actually wake him up so he can take an order properly. The order is never right even asking for "none "of something I get extra instead LOL . They usually just throw it in the bag and let it smash all over the place sauce just dripping all over the bag. You have to repeat the same thing over and over and you are so scared the whole time because you know that they are just not comprehending it and that you are not going to get what you are trying to order and instead are going to be served a bag full of mashed up trash!! Sadly they do not have the brains to even work at a super busy drive-through nor do they even care to make your order correct or even edible at times. Don't even bother man. read more
