I definitely appreciate service with a smile. Doing a bunch of delivery driving and ended up here. I love that McDonald's has pretty delicious lemonade so on a humid night I can get something slightly hydrating like that. I also wanted a salty snack so hay, large fry... I ordered an iced coffee using my rewards on my mobile app because my points were going to expire. I don't order iced coffees from McDonald's so I didn't know cream and sugar were automatically added. I thought I was going to get a plane iced coffee. When the lady at the window went to hand me the iced coffee I stated I didn't want cream. She said "this is iced coffee" and I responded yes but I didn't know it was going to have cream. She asks me if I ordered thru the mobile app, I said yes, she says again this is iced coffee. I say again I know, but I didn't know. I asked her if there was any way to just get it plane with nothing added. She slammed the ice coffee down with annoyance, asks me if I want sugar and I tell her no and that I'm really sorry and had I know I would've opted for no cream or sugar. I profusely apologized to the point of almost crying because it was an honest mistake. You should never treat your customers this poorly. It was an honest mistake and out of everything, a simple iced coffee. Mistakes happen, on both ends. I've had plenty of McDonald's orders incorrectly made where it wasn't my fault. Please be more kind, a smile goes a long way versus a grumpy demeanor. Food was hot and tasty....and that's it. This is the first time since 2020 that I've set foot inside a McDonalds. Cold and impersonal was the first thing that came to mind. The store was clean but dimly lighted and dreary with these giant cell phone looking things where you order. They make it apparent that you are not to interact with another human being. Went to the restroom and it had a keypad...had to find someone to get the "code." What an ugly, inhumane experience and judging by the other posters, the drive-up isn't much better. Go back to more personal contact with carbon based life forms...it shows that you care about customers. Have a manager on site who can oversee quality and resolve any issues that arise. Train your staff on courtesy, basic manners, and hygiene. This experience was more like living inside a bad Netflix sci-fi movie. read more

The establishment was very nice, and clean. Restrooms need a code to enter, and they looked like they upkeep it often through out the day. Unfortunately the customer service was slacking. The only McDonald's in town that stays open all night long, the availability of this location is great. However, sometimes on busy nights you may have long wait times, and much of the staff seems disgruntled, sometimes rightfully so given the rapid working conditions and the staff shortages. But sadly they didn't give the BTS themed bag for this special meal. I understand the company feeling they need to ask high prices for sub par food, but when they have houseless living in the woman's restroom and door was locked even with a code that's more than troubling. I pay over price on food and can't use bathroom because someone is living in there basically? Won't return to this McDonald's again. Ambiance is - to me over both these reasons. read more

Manager is rude and spends more time on the phone than working. They all always disregard walk in customers and DoorDash drivers. The employees never have their hair up and their masks worn correctly. Would avoid this location altogether. Even amidst a pandemic it isn't unrealistic to expect acknowledgment when walking into an establishment. read more

Just had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. I work from home and will somewhat regularly place an order on the mobile app, hit the drive-thru real quick, and get back to work. This morning, I went in as part of this routine, however, as I pulled into the parking lot I found that my phone had started doing a software update so there was absolutely nothing I could do to get the code to provide at the drive-thru. Dressed in shorts, flip flops, and a t-shirt (again... working from home, and had no intention of needing to be "ready for public") I went inside to see if they could assist (I was hoping they could pull up my order using my name, or something...) Unfortunately, without the code from the app, they could not process my order, FORTUNATELY, the manager understood my dilemma and just rang it up at zero charge. I offered to pay for it, no problem, but she just said, "This one's on us today, have a great rest of your day." Such a pleasant surprise and kind gesture. Thank you! read more

This is gonna be a long one, but it's WELL deserved!! First off, the night Manager seemed extremely irritated from the get-go, and had an attitude from when you first came over the speaker in the drive-through. Then once we picked up our food he quickly shut the window before I could even ask for ketchup. Then he proceeded to look me in the eyes, give me a what I would call a disrespectful type grin before Completely disregarding me trying to get his attention and blatantly just walking around the corner! Then when I received my order, not only were the fries not even halfway filled up in a large container but they were cold and soggy. So I went back through the drive-through, was trying to be extremely polite and the female that was working with him started having an attitude after whispering something back-and-forth with him.. Then she called him to the window and from the start he acted like I was in the wrong for even bringing up the food incident. Then he proceeded to tell me that my mobile order couldn't be fulfilled because their restaurant was going to be closing in 30 minutes even though it went through on my app. I showed him the screen of the mobile order going through and that it was at his restaurant and he just completely shut down and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. So I gave up, started to drive away and one of my backseat passengers got in a little fight with her boyfriend and said a little bit of profanity towards him and the manager of this location literally stuck his head out the drive-through window as another customer was pulling up... And his words to me were exactly this "bitch fuck you, you dumb ass hoe" I'm sorry but that was entirely unprofessional!! Coming from a manager of a business who has to do with hundreds of people on the daily, for him to come at me and say something like that especially with another customer coming up to the window?? Like why would that franchise want to have somebody like that represent them and be a manager for them? I was absolutely appalled and disgusted by his choice of words, And the way he must think of women because if he'll do that to somebody he doesn't even know when he's a MANAGER, on duty, I can only imagine how he treats the women in his life when he is not working!! Regardless, the whole situation was extremely unprovoked and extremely unprofessional and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that this does not happen to somebody else and at least demand an apology from that manager himself although that will not make it any better. As a matter fact I think he owes the people who pulled up behind me an apology also! I would maybe reconsider who I have as a manager if I was the franchisee of this specific location. Disappointing. All I can say. Negative 2 rating. I went through the drive through with five other cars in front of me, waiting for my two ice cream cones. The worker has a black ear piece in and was scratching his junk... he proceeds to grab cones with his hands without any gloves or hand-sanitizer on his hands. Had a great day with my two grandsons ages seven and five. On our way home my seven-year-old wanted to go to McDonald's. We walked in and were literally the only people inside & maybe there were five cars in the drive-thru (it was about 7 PM) My Seven year old had to go to the bathroom needed a code. We asked her for it three times and was told " i'll be with you in a minute" this employee only needed to give us the code but twice told us to wait a minute as she was taking food out to cars out front. When I told her "she could speak it to us on her way out the door" she told me I needed a mask. Did I mention that we were the only three people in the place... she then blurted it out so fast neither of us understood what she said and when I asked her to repeat it again she said I'll be with you in a minute!? We left. Their second choice was MOD Pizza in which the staff was friendly welcomed us when we walked in the door and thanked us when we left. Worst customer service by supposedly manager by the name of "TODD" today. I work pretty close to this Macdonald and have never had an issue here until today. I did a mobile order and went inside to pick up and go. These employees one specifically in a gray jacket, he looked maybe 15 but I'm sure much older to be a "Manager" he was incredibly rude and obviously couldn't do the minimum of his job duties. There were two people as far as I Knew that had mobile orders. While he was joking around playing with his coworkers during a busy (lunch time) he flung a bag on the counter and said "mobile order" no number or no name. Nothing - Then again flung another bag and said "mobile order". I've done a few mobile orders here and they've "always stated the order #. After I asked him what's the Mobile order to know which was which - if one was possibly Mine. he stuck his hand in one and said "well did you get cookies" he was ridiculously unprofessional and as if it was asking for way to much then to do his job and state what order was for whom. He made a very easy process incredibly unpleasant and unnecessary. After I asked who the manager was which was supposedly him and he didn't even have a name tag on. I asked for his name and after he thought about it while saying "uhhhhh, Todd" I knew he made it up. Do better or have higher expectations for your employees especially supervisors. read more

If I could give this place a negative number of stars, I would give it a negative 100. The person taking the order appeared to have trouble understanding the order as I had to repeat it several times. When I picked up the order the lid on one of the coffees was loose so that hot coffee spilled all over me scalding my arm. Later I discovered instead of what I ordered, I mistakenly got two SAUSAGE, egg, and cheese biscuits. I wound up throwing the food away. The whole experience was a disaster and a waste of 10 dollars. I submitted a complaint on McDonald's website, but their response was to tell me they couldn't find the location of the restaurant even though I gave them the address on the receipt. We are regulars here. Maybe 4-6 times per month. We have always had good fast service any time of day and good food... breakfast sandwiches, burgers, chicken nuggets, shakes, cokes, and fries mostly. And the price is less than competitors and even slightly less than other area McD for comparable orders. If we want good fast food, this is our go to McD location. read more

This location has the most incompetent staff/manager that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. In the early morning hours of 12/30/2019 ,My Fiancee after an Overnight Shift at the airport , decided to stop at this location to grab myself and her some breakfast at the Tualatin Location. She made our order on the McDonalds App before the headed there from Portland. When she arrived there not only did they not have our order, but she was met with rude, condescending, and downright disrespectful questions from the staff and manager who was on duty. Questions and comments that included "are you sure you ordered with mcdonalds", are you sure you have the right location?, it's not on our screen, please move you are holding up the line. Keep in mind my Fiancee had the confirmation pulled up on her phone showing the location and confirmation on the McDonalds app. They couldint even show the common decency/customer service skills to try and help one of their very loyal customers figure out exactly what went wrong with their order. They showed no empathy, provided no solutions and completely disrespected her. We will never go to this location ever again.
