The Onion Rings are incredible. Almost furry. Had a lot of Onion Rings but nothing like this. WHAT A RECIPE.

I always get the Walla Walla sweet onion rings when they come out every year. I don't know what happened this year but they don't taste as good as they have before. I also tried the sweet onion cheeseburger and that was a soggy bland tasting mess. Wasn't what I was expecting. I've never been disappointed by Burgerville before aside from being too high priced but whether it was just the location or their quality has dropped. I bought dinner for friends and everyone had the same thoughts. Hopefully just a one-off but like every other food chain it's common to see quality decline in today's times. read more

Went to this Burgerville during the October seasonal menu such as a vampire slayer burger and sweet potato fries. Such fun and festive foods at Burgerville and love how much they change it up and bring back old favs like the pumpkin shake! One of the workers saw I was taking pictures of my food and he gave me a coupon for a free cheeseburger! Can't wait to go back soon! read more

Walked into a very clean restaurant staffed with people that SMILE WHEN THEY SEE YOU!! My cashier was very welcoming and patient as I navigated their menu for my first time. I ordered the Northwest Burger and it was a home run. Maybe I'm just having good luck lately or maybe it's that I smile when I walk in, use my manners, and make sure to thank someone who is helping me... another 5 star review for me! THESE FRIES!!!! Ordered online through their website and arrived just 3 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Walked up and they had a specific place for pickup. The employees were fine but offered unnecessary commentary regarding how long my food had been "waiting". While hot, the fries tasted like they had been sitting and had been cooked in dirty oil. The burger was subpar as the quality of the ingredients looked as if they had been thrown on. The iceberg lettuce was an unsightly thing and looked like the end of the head - meaning half of the burger had a lot and the other half has a little. We have really enjoyed the quality of the food in the past at burgerville, but today not so much. The French Fries were soggy and the pumpkin milkshake was lacking flavor. Now northwest cheese burgers were good. The staff were polite and friendly. The web app for ordering was fairly easy to use. When they first opened, the food was great. Now things have gone downhill. Every time I visit my order is wrong whether an item is missing or I receive the wrong order altogether, wrong drink you name it. Every single time. Today I decided to go inside thinking it would be better. After waiting 21 minutes for a single chicken sandwich with cheese and a Coke Zero I received a regular Coke and no cheese. It's bizarre. As I'm writing this in my car after receiving my corrected order the cashier very sweet girl taps on my window and says "I think he gave you the wrong order" I open the bag and sure enough it's someone else's order! Now they have to remake someone else's food because it was in my car. I work in Hillsboro and visit their location also and I've never had an issue not one time. read more

I am without a car at the moment and Burgerville has a Bicycle inclusion policy that most places don't. I am grateful to be able to enjoy National Cheeseburger Day. My only issue is that the drive thru employee was not aware of that policy and did not want to serve me, until a supervisor told her to take My order. The burgers are Awesome though. read more

Burgerville Fans are packing this restaurant for this grand opening Friday We're so excited to have a Burgerville in Wilsonville. The dining room has windows on 3 sides with a view of the trees and sky. The music has a nice happy beat, and all the customers are very happy The staff is at the top of their game serving our food to our tables as soon as it's ready. Burgerville's employees are all ages which I applaud knowing that this is a great place for retirees and teens to earn extra money I ordered the grand opening special of 5 Original Cheeseburgers and free Friday fries I also ordered Walla Walla Onion Rings to put in my cheeseburgers For my drink I got a large Marionberry Lemonade Everything tastes great Of course I will come back! I had delivery via DoorDash tonight. I've had Burgerville one other time and I really liked the No 6 Burger, but this time they didn't follow my directions. Didn't want pickles or mayo but it seemed they actually put extra: mayo slathered on both sides and lots of pickles! Yuck! Not edible for me. This one is made with a grass fed burger patty that is really a quality patty. The Double Cheeseburger was really good, made exactly as requested. I'm not quitting on Burgerville, yet! They deserve another chance and they have good fries. read more

Burgers were pretty good. Way better than anticipated. The buns are soft like a brioche bun. As a vegetarian I had lots of options. They offer beyond burgers as a substitute for any burger even their slider. If you're vegan they have vegan cheese. "Lots of sauces to choose from. The original spread is a mayo mustard sauce and can be purchased for $6 to take home in a peanut butter sized jar. My kids liked their food except for the bacon. Said it didn't taste good. They also have gluten free buns! Kind service too. read more

For the prices I would expect the place to be well maintained but I found the tables dirty, the restroom dirty, and when I came back from the restroom my table tent had been removed before the food came out. The food is good but if they don't want to maintain the dining room they should just do pickup and drive through. read more

Super friendly drive-thru at all hours of the day. I have gone several times since opening and the food is always immaculate. I've eaten from the burgers to the wonton salad and even the chili slaps. Also fast service for breakfast at 9 am. 10/10 would recommend read more

This place needs more five star reviews. There must be a bunch of negative Nancy's and Karen's in Wilsonville. Their food is always consistent and if you have to wait, get over it or plan ahead. Start worrying if the place you chose to eat at isn't busy but Burgerville consistently delivers and yall are lucky that they even gave you one in Wilsonville. Nancy and Karen should go commiserate at McDs over a McFlurry with one spoon. read more

I went into the restaurant to place an order to go as the drive thru was crazy busy. The service was good, the restaurant setup is just weird, and visually unappealing. I got my order and left the nutso parking lot to eat my bacon cheeseburger in the Target parking lot where it was nice and quiet. The fries were hot, but that bacon cheeseburger was undercooked and not even warm at all. Nevertheless, I drove back and took it in, and said I can't eat this. They offered to make me a new one, but I declined as my appetite was ruined and I didn't have time to wait for another one. If I go back and order a burger again, I'll definitely tell them I want it cooked well done. read more

Worst Marionberry Lemonade ever. I have been going to the next Burgerville north almost daily all summer, first for the Raspberry and then the Marionberry Lemonade... always excellent. The Marionberry Lemonade from this new Wilsonville location was ridiculous. I drank all the lemonade, thinking that I'd been shorted marionberries... then finally opened the container. What did I find? A whole bunch of marionberries, half-frozen on top of a whole lot of ice cubes. They never mixed them in! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to make lemonade? read more

Best Burgerville experience I've had. Got the half pound colossal burger and it actually looked like the picture. I wasn't moved to make a review until after I ate it. It was delicious. Food was cold. Burgers came out within minutes of ordering but it was all cold cheese didn't even melt at all. Frys cold and well, the milkshake was also cold. Not coming back. Restaurant was lacking in friendlyness and working were constantly coughing. Costco is right across the way and the food is warm, inexpensive, and much better. read more
