Ceasar salad (regular size) not the small.
Sally C.

Overall the food was good! We came on a Sunday around 6pm. They had quite a few tables but the place was not filled completely. But somehow it still took a while for our food to come out. We waited a long time for our beer also. But that wasn't the servers fault. In fact, our server did explain they had to open a new tap. Our first beers came out extremely flat and was half foam. But the server kindly replaced it for us. Overall, once the food came out, most of it was delicious. Sadly, we paid $12 for a small bowl of ceasar salad. We had to double check to make sure we didn't accidentally order the smaller one. But nope, this is all you get for $12. Our whole group loved the pizza's and wings though! Our server was excellent! We figured it may have just been an off day for the kitchen, which is why it took so long. But we'll defiantly be back!

The patio is dog friendly. I enjoyed the lychee gimlet. It was very refreshing and perfect for the warm weather. We ordered the beet burger with a salad and waffle fries as an appetizer. Good service from the servers.

Came in on a rainy night about an hour before closing and got great service. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and portions were a good size. We'll definitely be back!

I've been of a fan of the Tigard location and was stoked to hear they were opening closer to home. Everything great about the other location is the same here. Solid pizza, good burgers/sandwiches, and friendly staff. I'm sure the beer is good but I don't like beer so I don't know. I will take your word for the beer quality once you post a review. It's a little loud inside with all the flat walls for the sound to bounce off of. Looks like they are still setting the place up and I look forward to some acoustical treatment.

This place just gets better! We went during the Robin Hood Festival. It was busy, but the service was good. The food was excellent! Their wings are some of the best I've had. The pizza was delicious, with more of a chewy crust (not wood-fired). We were a party of 8, so the tip was automatically added to the bill. I really appreciate the server pointing that out when she dropped the off the check. She didn't have to tell us and at least a couple of the people in the group would have tipped her again. I appreciated her transparency!

My wife told me this is the place to go in Sherwood. Wow love the atmosphere and the waitress was so nice the food was brought to us fast. It was delicious and full of flavor. I give them 5 stars and highly recommended check them out . They make their own sauces and brew there own beer. I had a raspberry lemonade cider . It was great. Check them out in Sherwood .

Happy that there is a new place in this location which appears to me a major upgrade from the previous tenets. The feeling when you walk in is welcoming and refreshing. Smells like wood fired pizza and hops (what a great combination). We tried a bevy of items off the menu from salads, burgers, Mac and cheese and some kids items. Overall, flavor profiles were really good but the only downside is how expensive their menu was (aside from their kids menu). We loved their waffle fries and enjoyed a nice flight of beers, the patio and kind service. Overall a good experience.

They are now only doing lunch on Friday and Saturday. That's a shame. I don't know why they'd turn away the lunch business on other days

Criticizing the staff, or accidents that happen, or because you did not get HH pricing by accident? Here is a honest review. Ancestry is good at what they do. You might wonder what they do? They create a space to grab a beer, bring the kids, talk and meet new people, eat consistent good pub food that comes out quick, and enjoy a moment before your next big adventure that lies ahead. Every time I come here the girls are running and I have a beer in my hand. Yesterday, my husband and I came for lunch and the two girls working were tentative, kind, working hard, and even took a moment to ask how everything was. We had two beers, fries, and split an entree. Support the local businesses in our area. Support their team working hard to make everyone happy. Support them, don't tear them down because YOU had one little picky comment to pick and make. Do not sit outside in the heat if it is hot, do not come to a local bar and be offended when they say hi to locals, and don't shame the staff because of their appearance. Instead, applaud their work ethic, support of one another, and consistency to keep going during the busy rush and always pour a consistent pint of Best Coast. Go TEAM ANCESTRY! Block out the noise of those wasting time complaining.

The brewery is aviation themed and the decor matches up with that quite well which gives the place a unique atmosphere. We had to different beers from this brewery. Both were solid and enjoyable. The first beer I had was a Mexican Lager. One of my favorite kinds of lagers. The name of this one was Midnight Mariachi. The flavors you will pick up with this beer are a malty and biscuity flavor. I might add this is a dark Mexican Lager as there are light ones as well. The other beer we had was an IPA. This one was called Island Jumper. Flavor features to enjoy with this one are citrus, tropical, some sweetness as well as bitterness and hoppiness. A very good IPA! Good stop for sure and fun brewery to go to if you are in the Tigard area.
