Best milkshake I've ever had from a fast food restaurant and, because of the flavor, the best I've ever had. I had just hiked 5 miles with my friend and on a whim we decided to order this shake on the way home. It was so refreshing. The texture, flavor, temperature, whipped cream, so good. 2 small milkshakes were $10.98 but it was worth it. I should've gotten 2 large ones. A summer memory I'll keep forever. read more

For such a big location with two floors that can host big parties, I am disappointed that their baby changing center (Koala Bear Kare) is only located in the women's bathroom area and not the men's too. This does not make this place very friendly or accessible to those who might be a male gender and have baby changing duties. The food service is okay but sometimes the food comes out a little overcooked or burnt. The beverages tend to deliver as advertised. I do wish for more low sugar option for beverages. read more

OMG, this is a local favorite. The drive through is very organized, and the parking lot is wide enough for the drive-through line and for cars to easily pass the line on the way out of the parking lot, unlike the one at the Carmen Drive exit of I-5. If you. Are taking your Burgerville meals home, consider putting them on real plates to make them even more enjoyable. Walla Walla Onion Rings are my all time Fav! For burgers, their new No. 6 burger is to die for. It has a Grand Central bakery bun, and hand made grass fed beef patty, topped with a thin slice of Red Onion, and yummy sauce, etc. Burgerville is open until 10pm. My boyfriend and his family love Burgerville, so I was super excited to finally try it while visiting! It did not disappoint! As someone who loves a McDonald's-style burger, this was perfect for me. I got a bacon cheeseburger, and it was delicious--the buns were so fresh. There are also options for everyone, with fresh fish burgers and chicken sandwiches. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft inside--perfect. The star of the show, for sure, was my limited edition Portland cold brew milkshake. This was one of the best milkshakes I've ever had, with so many flavors to choose from. I really wish I had a Burgerville near me! Definitely go check this place out. They do not tell you on their app that they do not do curbside anymore. When you get to the restaurant, the "pick up" signs out front are not marked as "not available at this time" either. Therefore, I waited for my food to come out and it did not. After a while somebody finally walked out and asked me if I was waiting for an order and I said yes. They said they no longer do curbside and handed me my food. It was so cold we had to take it home and microwaved it. Yuck. Not happy. read more

I ordered online using their website, which one would think is a relatively simple system, right? wrong. I ordered and placed my order with little to no issue. After placing my order, I was given absolutely no pickup instructions other than to navigate to the store. Upon arrival at the store I pulled into the drive thru (which took me nearly 20 minutes to navigate through despite only 4 cars in line) and once I got to the order window, I was told that they can't just give me my order (which I ALREADY PAID FOR) because it's an online order. So instead I was told to pull into a spot at the front of the store and text a phone number on the sign. So I pull to the front of the store, I text the number, and I wait for another 20 minutes with no response or indication that my order is coming. After 20 minutes I walked to the front of the store, which for no apparent reason was completely locked on the inside. I knocked on the door repeatedly and waited for another 5 ish minutes before I was met by an incredibly rude manager. I explained my situation to her and rather than repair the situation, she opted to sneer at me "well nobody told me anything" and then begrudgingly got my food. My milkshake was completely melted, food soggy, and fries cold. I will absolutely not be returning to this location and I wish I could do more than write a bad review. read more

We have always enjoyed Burgerville in Canby and Oregon City, so we drove the 25 minutes to West Linn's Burgerville location this time. Our hamburgers were good, exactly what we ordered. Breaded asparagus was the special of the month and although it was tasty, the breading would not stick, they could have been better. We are waiting for our favorite though, the Walla Walla onion rings.....can't wait! The staff was courteous and friendly with our order being accurate, a true plus! But, we were quite disappointed with the condition of the restaurant itself, the inside of the building looks quite dated and old, it needs a face-lift! It was clean, but looked haggard. I don't know if we will return to this location anytime soon, but considering that it is located in West Linn, we expected the restaurant to be better maintained. read more

Seen this place packed at the drive thru on my way home from Mary Young park with my dog and had to pull through the drive thru once with my mom and dog to try this joint. Well, it will be the last. Want to know why? You do know tipping is when you bring my food to me or make my food, you young kids aren't getting a tip for pressing a button and handing me a bag of food. I don't understand this 15,18,20 percent tip for literally doing nothing. Last and thirdly, your food is over priced. It's not even in and out nor a gourmet burger. I wouldn't even say it's as good as McDonald's, and the last time I had a cheeseburger from McDonald's was in 2003. And that at least had more condiments on it. These burgers are a literal joke. Burgerville has some of the best fast food in the PNW. Their burgers are simple and similar to McDonald's with better ingredients. They have great shakes and often have different seasonal flavors. This months flavor is Raspberry. The downside to this Burgerville location is that the drive-thru tends to be slower than your average Burgerville and my order has been messed up several times. I would recommend coming here unless you have a food allergy since they often give you the wrong order or do not comprehend custom orders that exclude condiments or specific toppings on their burgers. read more

A simple strawberry milkshake. The fruit is to be blended in a shake so you can still consume it with a straw. The whole bottom third was strawberries. I mean big chunks including some whole strawberries. I think they just dumped in the strawberries they use for shortcake without blending them at all. read more

I've read reports on Nextdoor that quality has declined but we just had not experienced until tonight. 1) whole order was cold; 2) burgers were dry and inedible; 3) fries were dry, over salted, cold and shriveled up. I am always so sad that Eugene does not have a BV yet...but then again, maybe it is a good thing because I would be eating junk all of the time. BV is one of the only fast foods that I will stop at because it is fresh ingredients. I crave the fresh strawberry shortcakes. They remind me of the ones Granny would make on the farm. I was so happy I stopped in on time for the fresh strawberry season. I also like the halibut baskets. You also can't go wrong with the regular cheese burger with their special sauce. I know. It it like a little hockey puck, but so full of flavor. I have yet to try the new fresh salads. I almost did. One of them had fresh salmon on it. They look really good. I love Burgerville so much, but this location is sub par. Not only because of the long waits in the drive through, but also it's super tacky that they basically force you to tip them when paying with a card in the drive through. The new card reader is super complicated to use and puts up percentage tips on the screen. Why would I tip 20% at a fast food location that isn't even fast? The staff are nice and I have never had an incomplete order despite visiting this location at least 40x over the last 6yrs. read more

Mmmm... burgers. You know you want one. When I have that special craving, I (gasp!) go elsewhere. While this is my favorite Burgerville location, because it has a cute little park with a white picket fence and large willow tree, I'm just not a fan of their burgers or the higher prices. What I do enjoy are their seasonal offerings... yukon gold fries, sweet walla walla onion rings, caramel apple or berry shakes. Burgerville is constantly doing fundraisers for our schools and sports teams, so they seems like the kinder, gentler fast food chain. I do wish I enjoyed their food more. read more

I love this location. The little park adjacent to it is quite nice as well. It's an interesting set up also. Kind of a two story building. I've never seen another Burgerville quite like it. It's usually my stop for a snack after visiting the dentist (I know doesn't make any sense) but it's close by and usually a twice a year event so there you have it. I like the specialty items they normally come up with. This is not an inexpensive fast food place but I find it's better tasting than most quick stops. I'll be back again. read more

They refuse to reopen their dining room (it's APRIL 2022!) so everyone is pushed into the Drive-up and it is VERY VERY SLOW. I think they get by with fewer employees with the dining room closed and corporate likes that. read more

This has turned out to be one of our last fast food restaurants in West Linn. With the high commercial rent rates, it seems that other fast food restaurants have left, e.g. McDonalds and Jacks. Who needs McDonald's or Burger King will you have your local and neighborhood friendly Burgerville? Living in the Westland neighborhood means I am free to visit this burger joint whenever I like and not once have I eaten out here and felt disappointed. Or a fast food establishment, they have some good burgers, fries, and there are milkshakes alone or reason enough to stop by. Plus I love how they play it up with their seasonal goods , which really helps to bring patrons back for more. Well, I do wish they'd bring back there a Coho salmon sandwich. It's been years since its last thing on their menu. They're food aside, I really enjoyed this Burgerville quality service. The employees that are really friendly and it's always a pleasure to say hi you either Chris or Natalie. And those are just two I can think of off the top of my head. Plus I love how they keep the environment so clean and are always helpful and making sure that everything is alright with orders and service. If you're looking for a quick meal after getting off work at night, and you happen to live in the West Linn area , Burgerville is always good for a quick stop. I am a regular at Burgerville and have ordered from them for years. This location cannot seem to make burger in under 20 minutes. Regardless of whether there is one car or twenty cars, you can expect to spend a minimum of twenty minutes in line and more frequently over 30-40 minutes. It is maddening. I have complained several times but they still don't get it. I now drive out of my way to other Burgerville's just so I am not frustrated by the snails pace at this place. read more

West Linn is the best of all the Portland area Burgervilles. The staff there is great; the managers especially are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone seems like a family there. I love Burgerville because they locally and ethically source their food. When I eat there, I don't feel like I'm eating your typical low quality fast food. Blech! I feel like I'm eating food I would make. (And I'm a good cook. ;) I love their rotating seasonal menu: onion rings, asparagus, sweet potato fries -- yum! If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to expand the vegetarian options (beyond a salad). I wish Burgerville offered a great grilled cheese sandwich. It wouldn't be hard. Just make sure it's a fantastic bread with plenty (I can't emphasize this enough!) of Tillamook cheese. Maybe a Parmesan crust on the outside and an "add grilled onions or tomato option. They aren't as fast and they aren't as cheap as the other guys. But they are ten times better. read more

This is an excellent Burgerville. The staff always seems busy, but are still polite and maintain positive attitudes. I have never encountered an employee that is rude. They are always accommodating, even when busy. Today they made sure I didn't miss my bus. This will always be my Burgerville of choice. read more

First, let me say the employees are some of the nicest people ever. It's also clean and the food is always great. However, EVERY time we go to the drive-thru they get our order wrong. I used to call and say something but I actually had to do it so often that I stopped even though they were always great about it and would comp meals. The other thing is the iced tea and it's that way from every Burgerville I've ever been to. It's straight-up rancid and unpalatable. I keep thinking it will change since I don't drink soda and have no other healthy options, but it never does. How is this such a problem? Making tea is easy! read more

Ok, so there's a huge children's party in the downstairs area which isn't the problem, but they were very busy. It was also the cheeseburger/fry weekend deal so people were coming in left and right, which isn't the problem. The problem is that no one received their food inside the restaurant (besides the birthday party) yet the drive-thru line just continued to cycle through as if their food was already ready. And to top it all off, Burgerville continued to take everyone's money inside, leaving the amount of food to be cooked and delivered to paying customers stacking up even more! Quit prioritizing the lazy people who didn't get out of their car (and who ordered behind everyone else inside the restaurant) and serve the food to people who ordered ahead of them and are patiently waiting inside. 45+ minutes and still no food = asking for your money back, unless you're in the drive thru line, in which case you would have received your food 30 minutes beforehand and have already eaten it! The manager "politely" apologized but didn't seem to be able to do anything to resolve the situation besides giving our money back. Hire competent staff and less prioritizing the drive thru line, take care of your paying customers inside! We will not be back to this Burgerville again, stay away! read more
