I have not had Killer burger in years so it was nice to check them out again. My boyfriend lives near this location so we stopped in for a quick to go order. I got the Jose Mendoza burger without cheese and onions. I had it on a lettuce wrap. He got the same thing but on a regular bun. We also got an order of shareable fries. Overall the meal was solid and hit the spot. read more

I'm not much of a hamburger guy, but had a craving about a week or so ago, and this discovered this place. The burgers here are excellent, really gourmet quality. Everything is prepared fresh, and comes out pretty quickly and with very nice French fries. The place is clean, the people are nice, and the food is excellent. read more

We've recently been on a tour to try several burger restaurants to compare burger quality, dining experience and price. If you're looking for a burger that's just a little better than a drive thru this is the place. The burgers have a grill style taste but I don't think it's quite as good as most dine-in restaurants. In our party of 3 we each ordered a burger, a fountain drink and a shareable fry order. Our bill total was in the $50 range. We ordered a classic burger, a Jose Mendoza, and a meathead burger. They were all served hot with the included toppings. They're good tasting burgers. The buns are the cornmeal type and were nice and soft. The dining area has a nice look but isn't kept "wiped down" clean. It's comparable to any fast food dining area that's not regularly checked. We did enjoy the meal but we didn't feel that it was worth the higher price point. There's a lot of local burger places that have a great burgers in the same, or lower, price range. They do have some interesting, unique, things on their menu so it can be a fun trip to try something new. read more

Love this Killer Burger! The staff always has a great attitude and so kind. My husband and I often go midday and feel so bad that the staff has to deal with hoards of disrespectful and messy teens. They are very patient in(at least what we've seen) truly frustrating interactions. Nothing but love for the crew! read more

This Killer Burger location is new, opening in July 2023. The menu is the same as other locations and the burgers are what you would expect from Killer Burger. I had the barnyard and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the place was silly clean. read more

This is an extension of the popular burger chain in PDX. This is a convenient location if you're hungry for a burger and used to be on the wrong side of town. They are bustling with opening week energy. There's great outdoor seating, but it is limited. They are running a great opening weekend deal for a burger, fries and beer... read more

They would not give us our French fries we were waiting for 45 minutes with and empty restaurant and still took for ever

Not a good experience. Went to the Killer Burger in Eugene last week, and it was amazing! Not a single bad review! Decided to try one closer to home, and not so much.. right from the get go the atmosphere was... "unprofessional". Got our food in decent time, minus a fry that we ordered, but never got put in. Not that big of a deal, we didn't get charged for it. I went to take a bite of my burger and there was a 6inch hair looking right at me. They took it back, no questions asked and remade it. But the entire time the remade the Burger we had to listen to them argue with eachother about who's hair it was.. completely different experience this time around.. read more

Well played Jane, the remake of our order and the intent to deliver it, however, was never communicated. My husband intercepted the delivery when he arrived at the store to sort the issue out. So, now we've paid for delivery when that's not what we got. He's fine with the free burger cards, but if I'm ordering I'll do so from a place I know will deliver the correct order. read more

I live on the Big Island; my daughter lives in W. Linn. Her birthday is approaching. As usual, I'm am at a loss for the perfect present for the perfect daughter. A Killer Burger gift card was suggested as the perfect present, as she is a huge fan. I called the West Linn franchise and spoke to a manager (I wish I remembered his name) who was over-the-top helpful. "Sure. I can mail a gift card to you. But, I would be happy to deliver it to her house for you." (I opted for USPS.) As soon as we concluded the credit card transaction, he told me he would walk right over to the post office (I suspect he went to a drop box, as the closest PO is Tigard). The gift card arrived within a week - that's pretty fast by Hawaiian standards. To say my daughter's family are exclusivores is an understatement. (While she is an omnivore, she IS persnicketous about her ball caps.) I mention this because I am certain that if all of them can agree on Killer Burger it has to have damned good food. Mahalo iā Killer Burger. He nani loa kou poʻe kānaka! I will be sure to stop by next time I'm in America. read more

I like Killer Burgers' other locations but for some reason this location can never get my burger order correct. They need a better system for reading their grill slips, if they even have one at all. read more

Great fresh tasting ingredients. Like the variety of styles of burgers. Love the inexpensive additions, including bacon! {I put bacon on my bacon}. For unknown reason, wait time for online ordering was 18 minutes when I bet it was closer to 12, no crowds at 2 pm. Dining area was clean. Love the outdoor patio. read more

Was excited to try after all I've heard so we ordered 2 each of 4 different burgers to try. We tried the peanut butter pickle bacon, motley que, classic and Mike's hot chicken. The meat was good but extremely disappointed that all of them as they had next to no toppings, I mean like teaspoon amt of sauce. Could barely taste the peanut butter which was the one I was most excited to try. The entire size of the burger was as big as a McDonald's kids cheeseburger- granted better meat but tiny and looked nothing like the photos. The chicken was decent size and very good but again I was looking forward to the coleslaw and toppings and there was barely a tablespoon of it on top. So basically tasted like an ordinary chicken sandwich. For the amount of money we spent? I will probably never order a killer burger again read more

Would give no stars if I could. I'll give the one star for the nice employee who acknowledged us as we left. My husband and I went last night, last minute decision to take advantage of the Valentine's Day special. Arrived around 820pm, they close at 9. Place was dead, only customers there. Once we opened the door, the look the employee's face gave us was already a red flag! I told him we would like the deal and when I told him dine-in, the body language and groan he displayed was such a turn off. I asked for no mayo, was told "no modifications." It was not busy, I wasn't asking for any substitutions. Just didn't want any spread. Was flat out denied. Instead of nicely asking what we would like to drink, he motions silently a look ""well?!?" I was beyond mortified and couldn't believe we were treated this way! I honestly wanted to just cancel the order and leave, but I was tired and hungry. Just wanted to eat a quick meal and go home. We walk over to sit down, and see him lay his head down on the metal counter...bizarre... He then comes out to the dining area and proceeds to move chairs and items off tables as loud as possible. He hits my chair and says nothing. Food arrives, couldn't eat in peace, with the same employee rudely disturbing us, being loud and obtrusive. Meat is bland, not seasoned at all, scraped off the spread. Ive lost my appetite at this point. Husband liked his burger. He comes over and abruptly comes behind me to remove everything - condiments and paper towels off our table!! We were still sitting there!!! My husband and I just looked at each other in shock and disbelief we were treated this way! Didn't finish my food. We get up to leave, not a peep from the employee, but a friendly young man in the kitchen acknowledged and thanked us for coming in. Honestly, I get it we all have stressful, bad days, which I was having. The way that employee behaved and how we, as paying customers, were treated was inexcusable! NEVER AGAIN will we return to this location, because one encounter with this young man was enough to last a lifetime. He should avoid any jobs that involve customer service. There's much better burger places to choose from and are welcomed for your patronage! read more

Sorry. Wanted to love this place. I've tried it twice. The best items are the French fries. Hot and crisp. Unfortunately the beef for the burgers, though visually appealing, has zero taste. Totally bland. Not to mention pricey. Sorry. Gotta pass on any return visits. read more

Ok, I have to be honest here. I like Killer Burger, but my wife doesn't. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I have to have some loyalty here. The burgers are consistently good and fresh. I haven't been disappointed yet. read more

Really upset they stopped with the chicken patty and went with strips. That being said, this location is the best one by far.

Food is good but nothing special, one of the better fast casual restaurants in the area. Service is fast and location is normally pretty empty read more

Steven is the best part of this place. He is exempt from cleaning for the rest of his time there and he should get a raise. We'll be back for the burgers but stick around for Steven. read more

Burger was very bland in flavor, the bun was cold and soggy, definitely needs to be be slightly toasted or warm. Burger Patty was so thin and greasy. House sauce was heavily over salted as well as The fries. Also very over priced. The only pros were the food was hot and service was polite and prompt. read more

Awesome burgers, beer, and fries. Simple and to the point. Will choose killer burger for burgers and chicken sandwiches any day.

I live in town and it is nice to have another quality burger place better than fast food. I was in this past Thursday and got my usual, the Fun Guy. I'd give the burger 4 stars, but I stopped ordering fries and tots here. For some reason they simply don't taste good to me anymore. I do like their drink selection with the apple, Lemonade and peach tea. Good additions to soda. One thing to be aware of if you come here is they close at 9pm, but if you come in at 8:10pm they tell you they are takeout only that late. We got our order in around 7:45ish and ate it there, but we ordered a burger to go for my wife and all the families came here after the band concert at Rosemont from 8:10 on were not allowed to eat at the restaurant. The food comes out in less than 10 min, I just don't see why people were turned away eating here coming in at 8:10. I understand takeout only at 8:45, but 8:10 is very early for that in my opinion. I dislike takeout so I'll probably go somewhere else if I get there later again. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the workers. read more

I hate to write a bad review. The staff were fabulous. Very welcoming and went above and beyond. The restaurant is cute with shaded outdoor picnic tables. It was the burger. It was enormous but just lacked any flavor. It was very very messy and just a mushy mess. The meat patty was thin and greasy. I suggest making the burger a bit smaller, using better beef, and having the grilled onions visible ( couldn't find them or taste them). It was difficult to eat since it was so messy and fell apart. read more

Grabbed a burger and fries to go, and had a pint while I waited. The server was friendly. The burger was delicious. The fries were crispy.

Nailed it. New places tend to struggle at first. Not this place. Ordered for pick up, was ready right on time. Place was hoppin. Burgers were hot, fries were hot. Price was right. What else do you want? Ps: the peanut butter pickle burger is the only burner on the menu, don't bother getting anything else. Your welcome. read more

This killer burger location has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Not once was I greeted by the employees. Why I continue to eat here is a mystery to me. not to mention my order was WRONG again. I do not understand why this continues to happen. this is the 3rd time in a row that they have messed up my order. read more

Burger and fries are really salty. Another family we talked to said the same thing. Also lettuce was soggy

I'm giving three stars for the nice people who run this place and the staff. However I won't be going back because the prices are outrageous. And I believe they've already raised them after being open a month. 9.50 for a 3 oz Mendoza Burger that doesn't come with fries or anything else. The toppings are tasty but a bit scarce. For that price I would suggest making it minimally a quarter pound burger and make the topping so you can actually taste and see them. Give me a reason why I would come here and get a 3 oz Burger and fries and it cost me $13 and I can instead go to restaurant 503 and pay 19 bucks for an amazing half pound wagyu beef burger with fries. read more
