Great food hear! I stopped by for dinner last night and found the Mexican food very good. I had the grilled chicken quesadilla and my wife had the tortilla soup. The staff is quite friendly. They never really let me down. If my order isn't right they accommodate me to correct it. No issues. Their ingredients taste better than Chipotle, and that is why they are my go to. I placed an order via the app for pick up. I arrived after the time my order should have been ready and called the store for the instructions on the curbside pick up sign out front. The person who answered said OK give me a minute to which I replied OK. Eight minutes later I was still sitting outside waiting for my curbside pick up. I have a child in a car seat in the backseat which is why I didn't want to go inside. I ended up getting him out and going inside anyway where my order had been sitting on the pick up shelf for who knows how long. The food is delicious however my son's order was wrong and I was disappointed about that as well. I hope that in the future the costumer service will be better! read more

There's a lot to like about Qdoba. Chips are thin and crisp, multiple toppings are available for nachos, and the adobo chicken is moist and flavorful. If I had eaten in instead of ordering delivery, there might have been two more stars. Unfortunately I did not. Qdoba generously allows up to three salsas on menu items, and I have no idea if I got what I ordered. Though delivery was impressively fast, the salsa, queso, mashed beans, and toppings melded together into a barely warm, light brown soupy mess with bits of chicken and beans suspended in it, and small amount of what was once guacamole melting into the middle. Chips were in a separate bag. Since nachos often do not travel well, I understand the idea of chips coming separately, but it's unrealistic to think that three liquids (sauces) could remain recognizable when dumped together into a bowl, or that the guacamole would not disappear into the puddle. Very, very unappetizing. I'd try the nachos again for dine-in, but never again for delivery. A wiser arrangement might be to have melted cheese, meats, and beans arrive on the chips, but package sauces on the side. read more

Don't bother ordering online. I placed an order at 6:25 for pickup at 6:45. I arrived at 6:43 and was told that they were working on my order. That was patently untrue -- I watched the orders in progress after I was told that and none of them turned out to be mine. My items were not made until well after I arrived and I got my food at 6:52. The queso sauce & food at this location is very bland. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the bland queso sauce a few sporadic times but this last time solidified that it's not me it's them lol I came home and couldn't even figure out how to fix my chicken "queso" burrito. There's a chipotle near this location, I'll have to try their new queso option. All the other locations seem to have a little kick to their sauce. A little more red peppers. I love Qdoba in general, but this one is exceptional. The food is fresh, the steak isn't burnt, and the chips have salt, unlike some locations. The service is great; nice people working fast and efficiently and with a smile. The place is clean and well stocked. I never have to ask or napkins or straws to be refilled. This was my first Qdoba experience and I was pleasantly surprised! Friends had told me that Qdoba's burritos aren't Chipotle caliber, however, and I must concur. That said, my veggie burrito was really tasty; it was as big (or bigger) than its competitors; and the guacamole and veggies were fresh and delicious. The service here was friendly, too, and the restaurant itself was impeccably clean. Although we made it in moments before the lunch time rush, the staff appeared to easily manage the line behind us. A tip: On a nice summer day, take advantage of this Qdoba's three umbrella-covered outdoor tables. Make sure you snag one quickly! read more

The manager is Sebastian, great and friendly guy! He goes above and beyond for customers. Perfect spot for a quick work break get away! I was feeling something spicy! I ended up getting a $6 kids meal which consisted of customized nachos, a drink and a side of more chips to add with my current nachos! This place is clean, friendly and delicious! I will say due to the location it is much more expensive then most Qdoba that I have previously been to such as the one in Columbia but of course the location plays a huge part in it! First time here and was pleasantly surprised. Order taker had very little personality but then again you don't have to to make a good burrito. I got the grilled steak with veggies, generous with the meat, tasty toppings and not as crowded as chipotle. Manager was super nice when he rung me up, bout the same price as chipotle. Atmosphere in dining area is pleasant, open and airy. Plenty of seating without being crowded, tvs showing World Cup which was nice...oh and free wifi. I will definitely come again. Update: Have been twice since my first review....All staff has been courteous and pleasant. Even saved me 5% when I brought my son because they said he was a student and on Wednesdays they give student discounts! Awesome!!! read more

You've heard of Chinese-American and Italian-American, loosely based on an ethnic cuisine but dumbed down for the masses? Well, I've got to call this Mexican-American. Now, "authentic Mexican" is not really meaningful, as there is a lot of regional variation south of the border, but you can find food that uses the traditional flavors even around here. This isn't anywhere close. I ordered the Anjo Burrito. Can't fault the quantity, it was too big to eat out of hand. The foil wrapping had turned the tortilla to paste, so it was not easy even with knife and fork. The ratio of meat to starches was adequate. The sauce reminded me of supermarket BBQ sauce. Chips crunched at first bite, but then turned to mush like Wonder bread toast. The guacamole was timidly seasoned, but fresh, and it's all that saved the second star. And BTW chips are not included, even with just salsa. Despite having only had coffee for breakfast, I left some food behind. If you must have Mexish food around there, a Chipotle is just up the road. Carrumba, I'd even prefer Taco Bell - at least it doesn't pretend to be anything but what it is. read more

The prices here are much higher than the one in Columbia, I'm guessing because of the location but still it was ridiculous. A kids meal here is $6 vs an adult item $7. The food was okay didn't seem freshly made, it was a bit cold. Staff members do their job, not much personality but they get the job done. Perhaps when you go to another place and they raise the expectation bar it is shocking to see another facility complete the bare minimum. It was just a bit shocking to see. I have been going to Qdoba since 2008 and to actually see another Qdoba and recognizing how different it is from the other one makes me grateful that I been going to the one in Columbia for this entire time. read more

Just bought the breakfast bowls. Very skimpy like they don't really want to sell you anything. There was no bacon. The bowls are only half filled. Not going back as the chicken is thigh meat. The women can't hear you at all. Plus they also want a tip seriously those machines always ask for tips even if someone is doing their job by putting food together on an assembly line. read more

I come here quite frequently for lunch or dinner. They have some great tacos! I especially enjoy The Gladiator. I also like their nachos and quesadillas. I've been going to this place for 2 years, and they usually always have great service, but not today. Today, my daughter and I went there and.... First off, when i asked them for lots of rice (which i always do) they lady serving me gave a disgusted/rude look. And when my daughter asked for another water cup after i accidently spilled it, they lady gave her a nasty glare. Some employee's are nice but some arent. Not too friendly. In my 10 + years in coming to this location ive never had a single issue with any staff or food quality. Until tonight! Yes I am a large man and I have always ordered an abnormally large burrito that is very difficult to roll. That is all fine and well but one thing that we do not do is give customers an attitude while doing so. The associate in question is Luisa. By far was of the rudest and most unpleasant person Ive had the pleasure with dealing with in a very time. Trust me I struggled moving this review from a 5 star to a one star because my statement is the reflection of one person. When I saw my burrito being rolled it literally broke apart and gushed out. She continued to roll in the foil like she didnt see it. Most would have grabbed another toritlla and just roll it up to prevent leakage (which would have been fine). When I asked her can she please reroll it she simply stated that " you order too much food, you should order a bowl". I did not want a bowl. I wanted a burrito. Can you please re roll it. She took my burrito and tossed it to the side so I waited patiently. Then she demanded that I pay for the buritto before they remake the order and I asked her can I watch the new one before I paid for it. She says " no you have to pay now " So I paid for it. Second one gets rolled and only have of the burrito was rolled in the foil. Rather than give it back I just asked the young lady (Luisa) for another piece of foil. She ignored my request. I asked again and she ignored me once again then one of the young ladies on the line brought me another piece. For a long time customer to be treated this poorly really struck a never the wrong way. God only knows how much Ive spent here over the years and he may just be alittle disappointed in the amount ive spend. What can I say , I loved Qdoba. Not any more. We are breaking up qdoba. Two thumbs, WAY UP! I appreciate EXCELLENCE every where I find it and yes, we found it at this restaurant. One of the employees was even wiping and polishing the stainless steel grill top while we were there! At an alternate work location and I needed lunch. I love eating in this area now as there are choices in walking distance that were none before. I've had trying Qdoba since they were very close by. Nice fresh and clean restaurant. Good staff that took their time with this first time newbie. I got a taco salad bowl with lettuce, black beans, grilled onions and peppers, cheese, sour cream, guac and grilled chicken in a fried tortilla bowl. It was very tasty and very fresh reminds me of Chipolte as the ingredients are very similar. I liked the fried tortilla bowl as i was breaking of pieces to join the salad. I also enjoyed one of their signature Taco's I chose the one with chicken and I cant remember the name of it. Next time I will get my taco to order. Not that the taste was bad from the preselected ingredients I just like my own choices. 3.5 stars for the taco and 3.5 for the bowl. Very good and fresh just not sure why I would choose this over Chipolte but they do compete. read more
